Having read from the link you dropped (thanks anyway), it is still possible that the accident involving the late footballer may been as a result of over speeding. From the eyewitness' report Jota's Lamborghini overtook him five minutes before the fateful accident. Here's a quote from the publication you posted:

My point is, a Lamborghini doesn't not need up to one minute to move from 0mph to 100mph. It is possible that soon after overtaking the truck driver, he may have increased his driving speed to a point which could result in that fatal accident. Five minutes is too much for a Lamborghini to move into an "overkill" speed. So in my opinion, over speeding could also be the cause of Jota's untimely death. May his soul rest in peace.

Did you study law? Cos you think like a lawyer. So, overspeeding should be one of the causes like you still insist. One other person said it is tyre fault and suspension failure. Unfortunately, the car got burnt, but I hope there might be evidences that can check the claims.

Bola Tinubu actually did not plan very well for Nigeria in my view. Inflation is getting too high. But I know that Atiku does not have anything good for Nigerians too, likewise Peter Obi. All of them are thieves. Period.

There is hope since Tunji-Ojo is the Nigerian man who will address this issue. If it was Aregbesola, mehn.......say "go-beeee". It is very simple. Nigeria needs to start giving Amricans 5 years multiple entries to Nigeria. It is as simple as ABC. Perhaps they can negotiate to 1 or 2 years with multiple entries citing over 95% refusals of Nigerians. Yeah. That's a point I would hold on to if I was the minister. As regards the issue of Nigerians over-staying in the US, I know where the US is going to which Nigeria will still find very hard to address. No one can make anyone not to overstay because it is a choice adults have to make, but the US will demand database of the financial and criminal status of Nigerians which I am sure Nigeria will not want to hand over because it will expose their incompency.

I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed. If its to revert to the old 2 years multiple visa, it will be a good deal also. But if 5 years with multiple entries can be achieved, that will be wonderful. If we fully cooperate with the US, then, we will be getting 10 years multiple visas.

Nigeria and its media are being mischievous. It is not about this new e-visa online portal, but it is about the visa itself. Nigeria has not at anytime giving Americans multiple visas. It has always been 3 months with a single entry. So, why are they trying to be mischievous? If you have American friends like me who visit Nigeria often, you will know. They always complain.

I've read comments here and I'm ashamed to say that most Nigerians don't understand issues before making comments. The spokesman who released the statement is mischievous by saying the American decision is not inline with reciprocity and equality. Here is the issue:

All my American friends (all holders of the US passport that apply for the Nigerian visa in the US) get 3 months single entry while the US gives us 5 years with multiple entries. I remember during Trump's first term, he raised the visa fee to exactly what Nigeria collects from the US and Nigeria had to reduced its fee. See, Nigeria is a nation that puts unnecessary burden on people.

So, instead of Nigeria to start giving Americans 5 years with multiple entries, they are saying that the US should reconsider its stand. Well, Nigeria would not mind the US becoming the UK that is asking us to pay way too much for 5 years and 10 years visas. Lol. While the US won't just increase its fee like the UK since the US has shown it doesn't need the fees to generate fund for itself, Nigeria will not want to reduce it fee. Nigeria will increase it to 5 years with multiple entries the way I am seeing it. And if Nigeria increases its fee, then, the US will increase its own too under the Trump administration.

Nigeria is the wahala here. So, readers, educate yourselves before making comments.

How can the court dictate to senate how to run its affairs? People need to understand separation of power, everything shouldn't be sentiment. In the hierarchy of governance, Legislature comes before judiciary. They make the laws. The court cannot be giving order to the legislative arm of government.
