The Canadian economy isn't that bogus. Honestly, I used to think the nation is superb, but I just don't know why the place does not attract me. Just me. And I was wondering some years back why I just don't flow with the residential routes they rolled out. Now, I get it. My intuition was right.

If you are smart, try hard to enter the US, if not, enter the UK. But make sure its the US. That's a land of opportunities. Enter the US legally. If you are on a non immigrant visa, don't overstay. Plan your way smartly.

If you can, avoid the marriage route also. There are any other reasonable paths to residency in the US.

The real victims of Nigeria are the Igbos, but they always think they can do "gra gra" to handle everything. I am just smiling here. And the Yoruba people will keep outsmarting them.

That June 12 is the real bone of contention that everyone is talking about, but because it involved a Yoruba man, Igbos are not ready even go down the main issue. Do I blame them? Nope.

I foresee IBB creating both an opportunity and a disaster for the north before 2027. And the Tinubu I know will explore the opportunities. Let's see what will happen. Likewise Atiku and ElRufai will explore the opportunities too.

One area everyone agrees is that Abacha is an evil man who has a bad legacy. His son is living in delusion saying history will vindicate his father. History is already messing up the Abacha family. I have previously written about how Hamas and Palestine will play into Israel's hands. I was even thinking that Israel would pinch them again, and they would respond, unaware that without pinching them, their stubbornness would work against them. Stubborness jam stubbornness is the name of the game here.

Hamas will soon give Israel a reason to begin massive bombing of Gaza, and the United States will officially take over the region. They will rebuild the area in collaboration with Israel, and within 30 years, Gaza will be handed over to Israel.

Nigeria's issue is really complex because even the laws of the land have cracks. One is the extend governors can interfere with local governments' politics.

Anyway, if Adeleke could stop the APC local govt appointees for his first 2 years in office (personally, I feel Oyetola was also wrong the way he conducted the election, but who should give orders when to conduct them....governors?), he can also conduct such kind of election and make them stay for the remaining 2 years he will be in office. Either way, Adeleke has won here. Oyetola of APC and other parties like LP who will not participate in the election will take him to court, and they will drag the case for the remaining 2 years he will be in office, main while, the chairmen who are his boys would have been sworn in. Adeleke will want his boys or no one to be chairmen of the local governments. That's it.

The next battle is the gubernatorial election, and nothing more. While Oyetola has successfully used this local govt issue to remain relevant in Osun ApC, Adeleke also will be more powerful with the issue since he will show his power.

Whoever wins the next election will be the ruler. And if Adeleke loses, he will use same tactic again to keep fighting in Osun so that he can hold the PDP stop. Any governor who can penetrate the opposition party and plant disharmony there like what Tinubu's APC is presently doing will rule for long in the state. The same applies to other states in Nigeria.

In general, Nigeria needs to split so that each region can write a well balanced law for itself. Loopholes in Nigeria's law should not be allowed to appear in the new laws that will be written. To correct these mistakes in this present Nigeria will take eternity, and this is one of the reasons Nigeria is not getting better.

Law is a service-based profession. Every service based job will only be paid high in an environment with high standard of living.

The edge law has over other service-based careers is that it is a professional that cross across many disciplines; therefore, if one wants to be rich with law, one must be extremely creative and smart. Law is an essential tool that is still very relevant today. For instance, you can easily digress into politics, become special advisers, secretaries to companies, stand for financial guys in many capacity, etc. Even lawyers have their place in the medical field.

The challenge is that citizens of poor nations are boxed to corners, and they fight hard to survive. This makes them to be unable to bring out their creativity because they are always exhausted. Also, there are too many stupid people around who can't use their heads.

In this hard economy, it is either you use your head, hands, or legs. You use your head to innovate, and tech has taking over innovation. Also, you can use your head in analytics because this is moving the world now. Like the author of this article mentioned, marketing is an ever green career, but you better get involved with data analytics if you want to go that route. Then, you include using your legs and hands with your head in sports, art, entertainment, etc. This is why it is hard to become a celebrity. Those guys are extremely smart.

If you have no head to use, you better find a way to use your hands. Become a skillful artisan in what you know still pays.

What is the definition of being rich? This is the question here. What's the difference between being comfortable and being rich? Also, have you considered the standard of living the person who you consider being rich lives?

Those people saying Nigerian salary earners are rich.....for example, someone earned 1 billion naira salary per annum, and they say he is rich. Well, for sure, the person is rich among poor Nigerians. This is the truth. But is he really rich when we use the world's standard?

Can you claim you are rich and live among the poor, and you compare yourself only with the poor? Are you not just being rich among the poor?

If we consider wealth in developed nations, a salary of $50,000 per month is excellent. But I haven't seen anyone with such that claims to be rich. Nope. Except the person is into some other things. For sure, even a monthly salary of $7,000 to $10,000 is great. It is nice, but they don't ever say such will make one rich over there.

To be really rich, you must compare the person with the world standard. In Nigeria, the only rich people are the likes of Dangote, Alakija, Adenuga, etc. Then, we can say the likes of Don Jazzy, Wizkid are influential and comfortable, but they aren't rich. I remember a year, Kanye West was on the twitter begging Zerkerburg seriously to help him as he is poor, and he has won many grammies that time. Do you think he wasn't comfortable at the time? Or do you think he lacks money to do things? But he wanted to do some extra ordinary things. Even though he raised capital to start his stuff elsewhere, we can see how he is today. He is a billionaire in usd. And he could have climbed upper, but the money don enter his head and he is presently misbehaving. Lol.
