Well, I think Dangote made a reasonable decision to invest in an immediate benefit for Nigerians. We definitely lost the golden opportunity Dubai, Saudi, US, and other oil rich nation took. Well, this investment will just make life easier for us, and not to develop Nigeria. I believe Dangote's interest is always about himself. I have my reasons. And he isn't the only one but almost all the Nigerian billionaires.

I pray we find someone who will invest for the future generation. We need big time investment in housing. Government has started infrastructural development, and we need to start building modern houses. By now, Lagos shouldn't allow individuals to build houses anymore. Also, anything less than 25 storey buildings shouldn't be approve again in Lagos while reasonable low rise buildings should be retained to maintain a balanced eco-system. Anyone invested in these areas will not benefit so much personally, but they are investments for future generations that will position Nigeria among wealthy nations. You can imagine having like 500 high rise residential and office complex along Ikorodu Rd to Ikeja. And Surulere and Mainland are positioned to maintain low and medium rises.

Other areas are green energy, artificial Intelligence, and yes....nuclear innovation.

But the area I want to see real attention paid to is the inclusion of the disabilities in our economy. We need to put these wonderful people into consideration that they are citizens too who can contribute to the GDP if we include them. We need to include them in our infrastructural development.

It is well. I won't criticise or praise Dangote, but at least, let's be grateful that a reasonable competition in the oil industry has been giving birth to. NNPC has destroyed too much, but we can only pray for an advancement.

Leverage your money if it is not the problem. I will not tell you whether or not to go to school again because many comments have already addressed this. I will make a suggestion what you should consider. If you can find a way to take breaks from work or business without losing too much or any money, look for an affordable degree abroad that is hybrid. Hybrid classes are those that are held both in person and online. This allows you to maintain your regular schedule at home while studying abroad. Take a look at the expenses. If you can get this, go for it.

Go and observe the Yoruba elders, they don't argue with Igbos. Lol. But they known what they want. At the moment the Igbos are weak, that is when they always strike. And they always resist Igbos. Igbos hate Yorubas for this reason. This is how exactly what Awolowo did. Ojukwu was giving Gowon a serious hard fight, and Yoruba elders were looking. I believed they met with their leader who was Awolowo at the time, and they all kept quiet.

Do not disturb the peace of Yoruba land ooo. The day you try it, you are gone. Believe me cos I study Yoruba people very well. This is the reason Reno wants to force an affiliation with Yoruba. Why do you think Dangote associates more with the Yorubas. Go check all the Nigerian billionaires... they are more into the Yoruba people. My prediction:

The only coalition which might remove Tinubu must have the same elements of the one that removed Jonathan.

What I think will remove Tinubu:
1. All opposition must come together and form a new party. ElRufai, Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso, Amaechi, Fayemi, Fayose, etc.

2. They must start NOW and register the party ASAP. 2 years togetherness will give a good fight.

3. Presenting a northerner will not go well with some southerners, so, a southerner as the president and his vice from the north can fight well.

4. Number 3 above is tricky, and this is where wahala dey because the north will not accept a Southerner who will go for another 8 years. And no one can be trusted to do only one term.

5. So, if they really want to play save, the ONLY man qualified based on 4 above is Ex President Goodluck Jonathan. Obi cannot have the support of the north because of this reason. Never. Jonathan is the man. He cannot win election by himself, but when all hands lift him up, he will win.

6. If the president is south, ElRufai is the only candidate the north can bank on to take power. He is the right vice presidential candidate.

7. The process must go through a real primary where all contestants must be willing to accept defeat.

8. The main stumbling block is Atiku who will buy the whole delegates, therefore, another Tinubu is needed to spend money vigorously to defeat Atiku. The is the next main hurdle because Atiku is a spoiler. If he can beat Wike in terms of giving out money, then, you should know the kind of money Tinubu spent. And Atiku himself admitted many years before the election that the only politician who has money is Tinubu. That man is damn rich. Na potato for someone to move in bullion van to his residence during election?

The hurdles opposition must jump is too high. One of the highest hurdle is Atiku. That man is a burden to any party he is in. Trust me. That man is the wrongest politician to support. Unfortunately, he is the one with the cash.

I think the incumbent still has the capacity to win 2027 with "grab it and run away" strategy coupled with dishing out dollars. I may be wrong.

Jonathan, as the flag bearer of a new party formed with Elrufai as vice president and they must win a real primary election, has a chance of defeating Tinubu if they have enough campaign funds.

Over 250million population isn't a joke. And up to 60% want to leave Naija. So, the result of the test is valid. Why? Very few British leave their land, so they won't even bother much about immigration, and they worry about politics only during election periods in most cases. Kemi will be gradually popular as election draws nearer. If she can go in for the next election, that's it. She will be heard all over the world..

South Africa is a very sensitive nation in my opinion, and the best for Nigeria is to stay out of their businesses again.

I have listened to the whites in S.A. and I have no sympathy for them. Same way, I have none for the blacks. At times, chains are used to stop madness. No one ever knew that black south Africans are mad themselves until after their independence.

Peace is a sensitive word, and can it be achieved? Honestly, I don't know. What I know is that the best thing to do is to leave violent areas and violent people. It's not worth doing anything with them.

Igbos always shouting marginalisation when most of the issues they identify are very funny. So, having six states equal to other regions when your region is so small is a good cause for equality. The issue is that Nigeria is too separated. Can I blame them? Nope. They too have seen that having more states means more financial allocation to their region.

My focus is on the regional commissions in all states that are recently established. I pray that Nigeria should break ASAP. Honestly, this is the solution for Nigeria because we will never live in agreement. If Igbo has the support of many sympathisers like Palestines, the Biafra war will never end. This is the human nature. So, the best way is we go our separate ways in my opinion.

One more issue is that from all the comments here, and from what we know in real life, no place will want to be added to the Igbo region. Ikwere people will never return to them. No place in Delta will ever want to go back to them. Nobody will ever want to go back to them. I just hope that this state they are clamouring for is not from any part of South-South or Middle-Belt. Cos if they suggest it, the place they want to hijack must first be willing to join them. The majority of the people in the area must be willing to join them and not that they will bribe some few there like how Russia wants to claim Crimea. Who will want to join them? This shows their real character. No one. Absolutely no one. But it's so funny that they controlled the whole of South South in those days. Mehn. Awolowo really injured the Igbos, and this is the reason they will forever hate Yoruba. And then IBB finished the job. Finally, their greediness made Abacha gave them the final knock-out. Yet, they have not learned.

Instead of Igbo to pursue the formation of regional governments, they still want to hijack from Nigeria when it is clear no one wants them as friends again. It is so clear. Isn't it? If I was in there shoe, I would simply focus on one single cause: to leave Nigeria peacefully. But that's not their mission. Their mission is to control everyone, and they are losers. The spirit of dominating others is in them, and this is what killed them.

Meanwhile, most parts of Kwara, parts of Kogi, Benin, Kainji from Niger will all want to join South West if Nigeria breaks. These places are from the middle belt and South- South. The only issue that remains is that the region they are with now should allow them go. In most cases, they always leave as long as their new host is willing to accept them. Also, there are other places in north that will be corrected. Southern Kaduna will definitely push for leaving the north to join Middle belt in my opinion....there are more scenarios.

But why will anyone not want to join the Igbos? It says a lot about them. Let them check themselves. Yoruba doesn't want to associate with them. Most of the northern part too. Why not South-South and parts of Middle Belts that they used to control in those days? Absolutely no one wants them anymore. Even those who were formally core Igbos that speak their real dialect. Those one's action towards Igbos show they are fortunate to leave Igbo people and they are not going back even they speak real core Igbo. Lol. They don't want to go with them again. This says it all.

I think Tinubu's money was the reason Atiku could not win APC primary in 2014/15. And then, he left for PDP when he realised Tinubu is a stumbling block and will keep supporting Buhari no matter the trashes thrown at him. And prior, Obasanjo had been the stumbling block Atiku was facing. He is always getting the primary slots to contest with his money. And Tinubu used his money to beat Ameachi, Osinbajo, and others in the last election. So, Atiku looks good to take it again in my opinion. Here is the truth: as long as Atiku is the flag bearer, they have failed before the election. So, it is better for any coalition to make sure Atiku Abubarkar is either defeated anyhow or not invited. But of course, they will want to invite him to put all hands together to win which may sound very wise but extremely foolish. No one can match his will to buy the delegates.

Atiku is the weakest link in this chain, but unfortunately the person who is capable of buying votes more than others.

Any decent human cannot get involved in the present day Nigerian politics. Despite the fetish nature of the career immediately after independence, it was still better. In those days, power was the drive for most politicians, but right now...it is money. Money is the new way to easily get power. While it was leadership that gave power in those days, people have found ways to hijack power by bribing others. In those days people followed you because of your skill and intelligence, but right now, Nigerians have learned how to control the majority with money.
