Watching arsenal, and other top teams in the EPL, we have a long way to go. We'll need everyone attacking and defending from the first minute. We saw glimpse of this in some of our preseason games, but I don't trust those guys to keep that up. Our last 2 matches have showed that already. Serious competition is needed there so everyone will have to step up if they want to be in the first eleven

I think we should get a very good midfielder that can keep possession and recycle possession. Someone very calm under pressure. If Iqbal can do it, that's fine.
