Let's sign the Ajax coach ahead of the new season. We can't keep up with these experiments. Let's get a young manager with some track record of quality football on time so he has all his in/out transfers and some tactics figured out before we start another season.
Rauf 6 months can't be enough to foster his pressing system since some of our current players are bigger than him and that's being honest.
What can help him not have a disaster right now is buying some midfielders this January capable of doing serious donkey jobs for him till May.
He will be better as a sports director for us.
As for Maguire, even his girlfriend won't take his opinion on the United squad seriously.

Pressing is just one aspect. We were drinking goals before but that's no more the case. I believe that aspect of our game was highlighted in Rauf's first conference and he spoke about correcting that. The stats show that we have improved there. What I don't understand is why our play when with the ball has become so poor. When we should be adding more bodies to the midfield so the FBs can press forward with ease, Rauf depleted the midfield and still expect the FBs to press forward. Many times there's almost nobody in the midfield to receive the ball. The lack of options is killing our gameplay.

The only reason Ole didn't lose the dressing room was because of the goal he scored in 1999. Rauf don't have that luxury, so he can't afford to gamble. He has to tweak with sense. His CV is not that good to command the respect from fans and non-fans

If it was just the result that was bad, I'd give this manager the benefit of doubt. But the style of play and tactics just keeps getting worse. There's absolutely no benefit of doubt to give here

In an era where forwards must join the midfield to play, our own coach is going with just 2 in the midfield and his useless formation.

I'm not expecting much from this team in terms of position and trophies. I just want to see huge difference in how we used to play and how we play now. With this, we just know that the purchase of one or two players should make us serious contenders. But it's looking like we need new set of players in every position.

Just listen to him complain about how Wolves bombarded the midfield. Did he not know to expect this? I'm not sure he studies his opponents. How can you line up 2 midfield against wolves 4-5 midfielders?
