While Bruno couldn't differentiate between his teammates and that of Norwich. He spent most his time passing to a Norwich player.

we have to be careful about changing too much too soon. if players start falling like flies to injuries, the season will end worse than it started. it was obvious to every discerning eye how tired the whole team played, even from the start of the game.
those trying to lay blames on individuals should understand that fitness levels are conditioned at preseason. trying to recondition in season must be a gradual thing, and the use of the whole squad has to be proportionate to avoid large scale injuries.

If you ask me, this season should act as a training for next season. I'm not sure what we can still win this season. So let them run their socks off, and by February, it's already clear to everyone those that can't be here by August next year.

One thing Rangnick promised us was plugging the leak in defense. I'll say he's getting a pass mark there so far.

But I want to see the players run more biko. They just have to cover more spaces with speed whether with the ball or without the ball. Then can the players just calm down and play with themselves, instead of rushing to release the striker even when it doesn't make sense. They did that a lot yesterday, causing the team to turn over the ball almost every time we had it. We should hold the ball, let opponent chase shadows, then strike

Nah we should be able to play no matter what our opponents put out especially when it's a much smaller team. There is no coordinated press here and that's on Rangnick.

The intensity ended at 35 minutes. The players could barely cross the finishing line. That they were even able to do that much was a surprise to everyone. It was quite clear that this is not something these players have been doing before. I'm not sure where the confusion is here

The players were obviously good psychologically, with a cohesive environment and good team bonding. A good, robust squad, with good mixture of age and experience. They just needed a better coach to take the team to the next level. Nobody damaged anybody

They were playing at a physicality level well below their peers. It wasn't just about tactics. Their level of fitness cannot be compared to their peers in other top clubs and that takes time to correct

His training methods was damaging the players. Players train so that they can do same in real matches. There was no evidence that they were learning anything new during training

I doubt he’s ever lost any duel or 50-50 tussle with an opponent. He must win the ball no matter what. He looks short but he’s so thick.

Greenwood needs to enter the gym and bulk up. The natural ability is there but he’s physically hopeless. He needs to get in shape like Mbappe or Haaland to become a modern day centre forward.

Successful modern day strikers are physical monsters(Lewandowski, Ronaldo, Benzema, Suarez, Kane, Mbappe, Lukaku) - their physique enables them to go pound for pound against towering monsters like Bonucci and Chiellini. Someone like Greenwood would get eaten up by the Italian defenders no matter what he does.

The physique of a striker is becoming increasingly important in modern day football. The talent and the technique are not enough if he’s going to the get to the very top. Dude needs to leave Manchester chics alone for now, get into the gym and become a freak.

When most of your work as a defender is cutting out balls or winning headers, life is simpler. The players were not confused today about who is supposed to mark who or should go for a ball while the other stay back
