What I meant by that @bolded is that even Southampton were Challengers for the league at some point, Aston villa to, we were Challenger for a long while till mancity ran away with it, using at some point doesn't sit well with me.

You said we challenged, but I feel we are a challenging team already.

All we need as a team is consistency in cup competition and also try to reduce our draws in league matches, and edge out wins more.

In my view, we have been pretty consistent in the league.

I'll be waiting to see our performance and result against Roma. We really need to go past the semi final stage

I don't think his PsG team really implements tuchels ideas, I think he doesn't work well with super stars with egos, reason why despite his success at PSG I still wasn't convinced we were seeing his best.

At Chelsea he met a group of players who are quite the opposite of his Paris team, players with humility where he's the big dog, they'll be much stronger if they get a striker that can actually finish, he can really challenge city for the title.

However experience has taught us that the team can go sideways next season just when we expect them to do well. I hope that's the case sha

The people that negotiated 50m pounds for 1 season defensive full back AWB but were dragging their feet over the same fee for offensive juggernaut Bruno. If any other club was interested we would have lost out.

The same team that sent unknown men in suit to buy Herrera thereby delaying the deal by a year.

The same team that forgot that British Time is different from Central European Time, thereby scuppering any little chance we had of signing Haaland.

Those guys are just not serious and interested in spending that money. Everyone knows this by now. I'm not expecting them to do any major deal any time soon

But didn't we go for UpperMikano or at least show interest in signing him last summer? Instead, to prevent us from signing him Leipzig renewed his contract, made a funny tweet about it to mock us and then proceeded to sell him to Bayern less than 12 months later.

The other 17 teams in that league only exist to serve Bayern and make up numbers.
