that's a position we need a big improvement, and Matic should have come on for Fred.

It's not only Fred and Tom. Even our fullbacks, defenders too. It's almost as if they expect the ball to get to Bruno first before anything happens and I think maybe that's how they have been patterned

I wouldn't mind James energy on the team for a match like this but there're people that will crucify you here if you dare mention his name

Our attackers and midfielders could have done more to pressure City's defence into making mistakes. We really need that coordinated press with everyone stepping up. Staying back will just give them time on the ball to plan their moves though we handled that fairly today.

In our game against lfc, the team has to put that pressure on their defence

Whenever he is there, we are very shaky in defence and concede stupid goals. Look that that Stones goal, he mistimed his clearance confusing maguire and Shaw. The ball just hit stone in his shoulder to enter. Look at it from a better angle. Also his passing range is very poor, him and maguire are not compatible in defence, and tbh Maguire is better than him

Lindelof have dropped some nice passes to attack from deep in the past na. City were just able to block the channels today

Lindelof was better than Maguire, Maguire sleeping on duty was at fault for the first goal, people just like targeting Lindelof. Maguire was Shiite both in defense and attack.

Agree with DM, problem is I think we have too many midfielders to add another one. Ndidi is still the one I would want.

We have Matic, Mata, Lingard etc. While Matic is still useful, the DM should be able to replace him with younger legs.

We need a fast DM that's good on the ball urgently. Then maybe a CB. Our attacking options are quite okay

Lampard does not have what it takes to deliver the EPL or UCL to us, not today, not in 7years time. He needs to back and learn basics of his trade, and we can't afford him the luxury of doing that with this club.
