This is what I want to say, they are not playing for anything, infact they will finish in this their current position no matter what they do. But look at the way they are celebrating almost relegating Bournemouth as if their is a trophy for that. I like that club before but I hate them now.

I think they are well coached because Arteta knows the limits of his players and adjusted the team to that and they were pretty much on point. Overall its the poor quality of players that has let Arteta down but otherwise they look like they know what they're supposed to be doing all over the pitch. Maguire is slow, no debate. Just needs a faster CB to cover for him whenever he forays into the opponent’s half.

He obviously wants others to move to more advanced positions but it seems that its better he gives those players the ball in our own half when it could be more threatening positions

Deliberately play a game of 9 ( first choice goalkeeper, defenders and midfielders) VS 11( first choice attackers ) in training to work on soaking pressure and holding onto results.

I think they do this normally. A local club I trained with back then did this, which is expected. The only issue is if those 2nd choice players can press like opponents would in real matches

Rashford has to learn how to be a good finisher from Greenwood. That is a fact whether you like it or not.

OGS the coach who is with them everyday that as far back as last year said Greenwood is the best finisher in the club is not a fool.

Foden who trains with Aguero and KDB everyday who said Greenwood is the best finisher he has played with is not mad.

Maguire must get his routine bashing per match na. Eventhough he was bombing forward last match from defence, orchestrating and linking play. I wonder why people have not noticed that Maguire is one of the best ball playing defenders in the league. Last match he even made a crucial last ditch tackle to deny Zaha, coming from a slip up in the midfield, but nobody de see that one.

I guess it's part of the game to have favorite players, bash others with little or no facts or logic

He's not copying Pep. The best way to guarantee possession from your post to the opposition half is by keeping the ball. Passes from back guarantee that.

We don’t have those kinda players. The right passes and movement will beat the high press. DDG is not good with the ball at his feet, Maguire needs time to think on the ball, Pogba and Matic aren’t the kind of players to exchange quick passes to beat the press and the attackers up the field entangle themselves with the opponent.

Even when we are given space our buildup is slow.

If we have more players opening up for passes, we will beat the press easily and create spaces for attack

No need for that, the creative players in the team tends to lose possession more than others...

That's why defenders and possession minded midfieders do end up with the highest percentage of accurate passes ....

Fernandez had a bad game yesterday, but was still involved in both goals .....assisted Rashford and made a key pass for the 2nd.

The draw was a loss.

That match had a lot of importance, and it showed that we're not mentally there yet. As for the team, we have one that can stand any premier league team, just the mental strength and energy needs to improve
