One important thing i like from his presser is that its going to be his way from day one. It is the piayers that will have to adapt or get shipped out.

Hopefully he sticks to this. Once a player show they can't improve their work rate and attitude, they get benched and eventually shipped out. No second chance

I do believe 4-4-2 is the ideal situation for zirkzee..

I don't think 442 will give teams the control they want. There is a reason top teams don't play 442 anymore.

As for Rasmus, he needs to stay in the box and demand the ball more. There was a time Amad was driving in and instead of him to try to get to the front post or stay in the 18 in anticipation of a cross, he withdrew to the edge of the box. He won't score a lot of goals if he doesn't stay in the box
