That's why we need a football director or technical adviser that understands the game, knows the kind of football we aim to play, recognizes the kind of players that can fit in and buy them. With this structure in place, a change in coach won't affect much.

As it stands, the players will get worn out fast because OGS will continue to use the same team every match day. I wouldn't blame him because he first of all needs consistency before trying out players that can fit
