Out of 11 players that started today, 7 were players bought after ETH became our manager

If ETH survives this season, I will just write off next season. There is no magic that wants to happen

Not everyone understands change management.

A proven personnel comes to manage your organisation, and is not getting result, you sack am.

Another proven personnel comes for the same thing and could not get results, you sack am.

You elevated an existing staff to manage the situation, yet no results.

You brought in a management consultant to undertake a brief period and provide you with the way forward.

The consultant comes in, does his job, and you proceeded to hire another personnel who seems not to be getting it right. The next thing is to think of sacking again.

It is evident that this is not a mere managerial problem which is at the surface, the problem is deeper!

A proven personnel is supposed to come in and bring along his best soldiers where possible or scout better ones or at least close for the organization, to replace the useless ones. He already knows he is coming in because of the rot. If he fails to do that, his time at the organization will be short. Either he is sacked or he resigns out of frustration. If he cannot convince some of his best soldiers to join him, questions must be asked. This one even convinced some of his best soldiers to join and we are already talking about replacing those ones. Its just year 2

Rashford can be a handful for most teams. I just think he has lost his motivation here and needs a break, maybe a permanent move away for a new challenge. He may not be what we need at the moment but doesn't make him a terrible player. He just need to go rediscover himself elsewhere

We've got one manager since 2013. Under this same manager we've gotten 4 different left wingers at different times before Rashford. Each big name wingers at the top of their game then. And each ended up bad with a forced move from the club. Rashford starts playing badly the way the others in the past did. But difference is we have a new manager now. I reckon you'd give Rashford a chance under the new manager, yeah?

A few games is enough to know if this player wants to do better and deserves another chance

I don't think Rashford has any fan left. We started complaining about Rashford long ago and many refused to see what was happening. But look at now, they have run out of excuses and will be happy to see Rashford go. Same thing will happen to ETH soon. Everyone will run out of excuses and will be happy to see ETH leave
