Properties › Re: Advice Me: I Want To Build A House In Mowe, With Aim Of Renting Out by eph12(m): 9:41am On Jul 01, 2016
Real estate investment is always a good idea any day any time. My advice for you is that you don't build an expensive house because house rent so it can easily be affordable. There is almost nothing to attract the high class people there so don't go all flamboyant in your building so you don't get frustrated.

Dangote for President 2019
You will be surprised he will get there and do nothing or very little. It won't be his fault but the system. Nigeria needs restructuring and until this is done there will be so many hurdles that one with ideas will begin to look like a fool.

Not true, the 800 are 'graduate trainees' and not 'experienced hire'
The Dangote I know will have mostly Indians as experienced hires. By the way we don't really have refineries perse so where will the experienced hires come from in this country?

Those to be employed have already been selected. If you are not part of this 800 and you were hoping to work there you can stop hoping now. Time to start looking elsewhere. Thanks

Senate has power to summon anybody but not on matters before a court of LAW.

They don't have such powers.

Is it not the same Senate that summon a minister who exposed them that it was because She did not bribe them.

Did u hear anything about that case again ?
I see. I only hope this is not how they will be fighting with themselves till 4 years elapses. Anyways I know this case will be dragged till forever just like Sarai's CCT case.

Some may look at it from the angle that those causing mischief are Amaechi boy's so he was able to control them and now he is unleashing them.

My dear, I strongly believe you can make it irrespective of the university degree you have.
And I agree with you. Just that what am saying is the probability of making it in that particular course you spent 4 very tough years to study in the university.
Education › Re: 43 Of The 96 Howard Univrsity Doctor Of Pharmacy Candidates Are Nigerians by eph12(m): 11:01am On Jun 30, 2016
Joice21:
Thanks but I have passion for lecturing already so I won't hesitate taking up a career in lecturing and please your afore stated points do not apply to microbiology alone but to virtually all courses in Nigeria. Mind you, I know microbiologists who are faring very well n pharmacists who aint, every course been studied in the university can offer you the opportunity to succeed in life, it boils down to how well u'r able to develop yourself and how skillful and dilligent you are @ what you do.
Of course there will surely be those that do very well in the courses I mentioned but there is not enough places to accommodate even a quarter of biological sciences graduate in the country. I am one of them and you hardly see job adverts from that sector so you know I know what am talking about. And the painful part is the stress our lecturers make us pass through to get a degree in biological sciences which is not even useful IMO. You either become a teacher or a lecturer or cross to another profession. Unless you set out to be a lecturer it will be a very difficult part to success as a biochemist microbiologist zoologist or botanist.

Joice21:
You just called microbiology n biochemistry a useless course? I bet with you, I'll choose microbiology a million times over pharmacy..watch what you say, u know nothing about those courses you just downgraded.
Sure grin But then after you graduate and you are faced with reality in Nigeria then you realize there is virtually very limited place you can practice your profession and the pay is meager and then you also need to get a MSc and probably a PhD for your microbiology degree to make sense. And the end the easiest way out is lecturing.
Education › Re: 43 Of The 96 Howard Univrsity Doctor Of Pharmacy Candidates Are Nigerians by eph12(m): 9:19am On Jun 30, 2016
If these people had remained in Nigeria they would have been pushed to some useless courses like biochemistry microbiology zoology botany

army boys dont necessary have to loot to be rich

i had a friend in the army who was posted to ibadan. during that petrol scarcity they were in charge of all the filling stations and everyone had to pay him to get petrol. on a day at that gas station and gas stations all over ibadan he was making like 10,000 dollars. this whole exercise lasted for 3 months or so. this was a little while back. my nigga went to england and bought a house cash down with the money. he must have made 2 million dollars. point being army boys dont necessarily have to loot to have 1.5 million houses in dubai. they extort from the public
Baba o. Why do you enjoy lying like this? Or is this sarcasm? If that your soldier friend told you he got the money from motorists he lied. He must have done something very bad for him to lie to you like this. And you too believed this? No questions nothing? Bros abeg you dull no vex.

So you expect me to be on Nairaland till 2 AM and still wake up 6:30 AM to come and comment on Buhari's activities ??

Go through my posts from 25th till date , I have always , ALWAYS emphasized that if Burutai is involved in any crime or corruption whatsoever , he should be hanged by his balls because that's what it really matters , and there was this other chief of staff or something involved in the arms probe scandal who has allegedly collect from the Dasuki loot, I heard he was arrested and i still posted the same sai baba , You can't keep the corrupt people in your cabinet , or let them continue unabated and expect people not to shout about it

I am not a hypocrite , what Buhari is doing to those close and far , APC members or PDP members who are corrupt is just by me , Fight against corruption has always been my favorite and i won't support shielding certain members from the wrath of law , Do yourself a favor , go through my posts to confirm what i just said
Please what's the name of this other chief of staff that was arrested?
