Let LASG and Uber & other ehailings do the right thing.
It is only compulsory that drivers will.comply to whatever conclusions reached by the parties.
Doing things rightly is always the best. |

xrayj: Like I said earlier Look for anyone that bought a corolla before 2009, do the conversion in currency as regards increase in dollar now to price of dollar then, u will find your answer there. Many of u started hearing of corolla after uber popularity and thinks uber is responsible for its price. Uber added nothing to the price of that car, but only made it popular. And what was the exchange rate then? You need to put this into perspective as well as the age of Corolla then, like Izzou mentioned |

pope191: Someone 2 weeks earning in one day boss tell them to review d trips and show the route's u took. If they choose to b wise, let go of d acct as Tojjah said and find a way to get another acct.
But what you are yet to tell us or I didn't get, if it is a card trip and their commission should b 11k. bamirotola: Fully involved with what? You need to slap whats telling you bullshit out of your brain... I lied with the screenshot too? You don't drive but d bullshit in you st drives tells u rubbish... What I can sense from this is that one or more credit cards was/were used on the account and Bolt already made payments to the bank account of the hacker's account as a driver the following Monday. Defrauded person(s) complained to Bolt and as such the 135k+ shows as 'Refund to client'. The 11k must have been the trip(s) amount after the review. It must have been a job done with an insider(s) i.e Bolt staff. These scams are everywhere telling drivers that they can credit their accounts with #120k ish and they share the proceeds when Bolt pays |

Omobarca: I'm not asking you to fire back but what exactly did you aim to achieve by texting him and according him that much respect ffs? To get an "Im sorry"? or what? Move on, bad and rude customers are part of the business. You ignore and move on to the next rider bro topsydee007: U are so wrong my self esteem isn't at low level and not just a driver ..the fact that I didn't flare up and insult him doesn't mean I have low self esteem and the fact that I didn't react the way u would have reacted Proves that we are two different people.
Perhaps how one react to situation at a particular time depends on lots of things. If I was the one, immediately I noticed he didn't understand it was his mistake and started the insults, I would have ended the call. No time for bad energy or arguments. Chatting him to convince him was pure waste of time and that's why Omobarca suggested self esteem issue. |

radautoworks: Sars had no jurisdiction for traffic stops and they would have been in trouble if they took them to jail because they have explicitly been ordered to get off the roads. If you're ever threatened by SARS, don't unlock your doors and windows down just a crack to talk. Ask why you were stopped and politely ask what probable cause they have to want to search your car. They won't be able to come up with one. if they make up one or insist, agree, in fact politely insist you go to the station for the search. They will let you go and beg for a little fuel money. I don't give it to them though. In fact they avoid my car now since the day they tried that nonsense and I insisted we go to station. They jumped in their car and I chased them down the freeway yelling "are we not going again"??
I don't suggest you chase them like i did but politely call their bluff about the station and ask them to follow you there as you have no money and would like a thorough search done where it can be documented. If they know you know your rights, they are likely to let you go. But then again, what do I know? You know so much o. I always learn from and enjoy your posts |

okorotalkative: If you have Etisalat sim, preferably old and active sim. You can get 1GB for #200. It expires after 3 days! No rollover, you can subscribe more than once per day.
Been using it since 2017. I no dey loud am until now.
Another quick tip. If you lock your keys inside your corolla 06/07 you can easily unlock your car by opening the trunk from underneath the car.
It happened to me yesterday night, i had to go on YouTube to find help. There is a drain hole right under the driver's foot mat that is near the trunk release. You need to open it by removing the rubber cover first.
At first i tried to push the rug up with a screw driver unfortunately it wasn't long and strong enough, so i went inside to get a hammer then used the wooden part to push the rug up and the trunk popped up. from the trunk i unlock the seat and open the back door. Please how does the Etisalat sub work? |

izzou: It's wickedness to throwaway a rider's property away. Anyway you want to twist and justify it doesn't change the fact that it's a wicked act...We should learn to be humane abeg
I return rider's property, not because I need any money, but because it's THE RIGHT THING TO DO
I have returned a single key, an umbrella and very little insignificant items because that's the right thing to do. I don't need your money sef
If I'm far away, I'll tell you I'll stop by when next I'm in your area.
Let's not destroy our conscience because of few naira notes. Let's try to be good. It's good to be good.
My opinion You are very correct. Riders can be very mean like Angryigboman said but one shouldn't avenge bad people's behaviour on others. Who knows if the other people you threw their things away were good people. Plus do not pay evil with evil. Even if a rider is evil or bad, just move on. Bad riders' behaviours should not make drivers become evil too. This life is too short to have us change for worse because of some few stupid riders that think they are Lords. |

Felicity001: Bro are you aware gearbox mechanic is different from ordinary mechanic. The problem you’re experiencing is nothing short of what I’d with my car and a gearbox mechanic worked on it and everything is fine. Gear selects well without any issue at all. So try get a specialist I don’t think that your gear needs a change now. Most times a change of sensor could solve the problem.
Just get a gearbox specialist. topsydee007: I have done that already same thing ...just want to know how much changing the gear will cost or if there is any other possible cause.
One mec told me the gear is 180k ..another said 70k.... Go with his advice. I do not think you need to change the gearbox outrightly. Just speak to people around you that can recommend a good specialist gear mec |

Freshprince91: Have you factor in the time the said bonus would lapse? How can a driver drive 10 trips within 1 hour?

Are you seriously asking me You have the tools in ya hands na. Shebi in this case, it is only to accept and not necessarily complete any trips. If you have two smart phones, just request with one as a rider and accept with the other and keep cancelling as a rider and hope 1 or 2 riders do same or approach a driver to help out too! Although, better to do it in between trips when one is still completing trips in order not to make them suspect foul play |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Epphy(m): 3:30pm On Dec 29, 2019 |
pope191: What can I do like dis oo djwdiamond: I accepted all 26 request that came through. Even the ones that rider cancelled I accepted all. This acceptance rate has been on 94% since I completed 10 trips, now I've done 16 trips extra but it's still on 94%. When it's 9pm now they will cancel it and tell me that I didn't complete the campaign. Same thing they did last week and didn't give the 4K after all the works. Taxify/Bolt promotions are scams! I hope you were able to secure the bag. What we can always do when faced with such issue (of lower acceptance rate) is to calculate how many more trips one needs to accept to get the bonus. For instance, if you missed 2 trips and your acceptance rate is 93%, all you need to do is to calculate if you need to accept 10 rides more (with having to complete few more trips if you need more) to meet up with acceptance rate. I hope you know how to calculate the % |

GentleChief: It doesn't matter Ma. I don't drive or work on fear. If it spoils, let it be. This is Nigeria and not USA.
We are survivors here. She's right you know... Since it is toks, better to start using recommended oil for it. At the end, cost of oil change is a bit cheaper or same as buying a cheap Mobil XHP. But on the other hand, if you prefer to change oil often cos you feel high funds for oil change less often is too high & may not be always available, and you plan to sell car off once you notice oil shortening, XHP is your man! Like in Chuwa's Dad's case, it is not for ehailing and as analysed by Dru23 as well. If you listen to sounds of different engines using recommended and mineral oil after few years, the difference is glaring. I use XHP though but I know the truth. If I bought a toks for personal use or ehailing today, I would go with recommended oil. |
