This thing wey u write is it sensible to u? How many people own their own house in this country? You do you own your own house?! if adoption is to be pegged on the amount you quoted, how many average family can then adopt a child?
1st off yes I own my own home and many more U think say me n U na mates. Also, you do not expect people who are not able to feed themselves properly to adopt a child. Go and read up the requirements you need in order to adopt a child in western countries then come back and check if what you wrote has any iota of sense, lazy youth!

Gobdddd:
Good evening brothers and sisters in the house.

Pls I need a little guidance on what next to do
My building project is at the level of Plastering right now.
Can someone help me out with the approximate materials I'll be needing to execute this stage.
Reason am curious is, I don't want to be stock in-between.
I also need to be guided.
The building is a 4 bedroom duplex with 3 kitchen, 2 front sitouts, ante-parlour, living room together with the dining.
Each room is approximately 12×10. Master bedroom is approximately 14×12.
The parlour is not too be with the dinning, about 25×20ft².
No need to plaster the deck cos it will carry parapet.

Thank you as you respond
Start with 40 bags see where it goes.then do the maths of howmany you have used per room.

Government should make adoption more affordable and easy so that these kind of rubbish would fade out!! Anyone knows a genuine and reliable adoption agency should DM me. Location : Lagos.
Adoption cannot be cheap so people do not turn it i nto trafficking, If I was i n charge 1st qualification would be you need to own your own house and guarantee of a good life for the child, this is easily more than a N20M request.

Yes, no surrogacy law in Nigeria. That's why I said enact one. I'm sure you lot can comprehend that.
well let me enlighten you a bit, even in the UK there is no clear cut surrogacy law, the part of law that concerns surrogacy is the surrogacy act 1985 and here is what it say and its limit, you will understand why I said it is limited or do not work
In the context of surrogacy, the role of a solicitor is limited. Let me explain:
Surrogacy involves a woman carrying and giving birth to a child for another person or couple.
There are two main types of surrogacy arrangements:
Traditional Surrogacy: The surrogate is artificially inseminated with the intended father or donor’s sperm. In this case, the surrogate not only carries the child but also donates her egg, making her biologically related to the child.
Gestational Surrogacy: The surrogate is implanted with an embryo via IVF. She is not biologically related to the child. Often, the sperm and egg of the intended parents are used, ensuring that the child is biologically theirs1.
Legalities and Surrogacy Contracts:
Surrogacy law is complex, both in the UK and overseas.
Solicitors cannot arrange, negotiate, or advise on a surrogacy contract for payment. It is against the law for any third party to do so.
However, it is strongly advisable to have a written agreement in place, even though solicitors cannot directly negotiate it23.
Expert Guidance:
While solicitors cannot negotiate the contract, they play a crucial role in providing legal information and ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place.
They help parties understand the legal complexities and guide them through the process.
If you’re considering surrogacy, consult with experienced surrogacy solicitors who can offer support and ensure a smooth journey1.
Remember that while solicitors cannot negotiate the contract, having legal guidance during the surrogacy process is essential to protect all parties involved.
I hope you now see why it is Complex and why we have these makeshift Agents plugging the gap.

Hi, not minding money and trying to get a washing machine for the first time, which one is the best to buy between Front loader washing machine or Top loader washing machine.
Front Loader all day every day
Mostly Automatic
uses less water
Has the ability to spin dry at high rotational speed since it has heavy balance beam inside
Can fit under kitchen work top so can be plum easily to waste pipe under sink.

Alaye shut up you’re not making sense at all.
Does government recognize baby factories? No
Does government recognize surrogacy? Yes

Carrying a child on someone behalf have to be legally bounded and government have to know about it. If the one that’s causing this fuss is recognized by government, police wont parade them.

This is business for people, it’s a lucrative business that’s why you people can’t stop. People that smoke weed won’t like weed vendor busted, druggie wont like the news of busting drugs same as child traffickers wont like hearing the news of busting baby factories, thesame way yahoo boys don’t like police and efcc.

where in Nigeria have you seen service of surrogacy publicly advertised? Even in the Uk you cannot advertise it, you lot just come online to type craaaaap and make no sense. You throw about big words and yet cant comprehend the meaning, Have you in your Entire life seen anyone in Nigeria who came out to say they had their kids fru sorogacy in this Nigeria you live in?dont that shyte tell you something?
if you bothered to read what I posted to someone on here just now abut the legal part of it you will see that no law binds it as the pregnant woman can claim the child at anytime. So it lays on goodwill of the carrying mother whether you pay her or not. The law only comes to play when it goes to court about the recognised mother but the father remains same as his sperm contains the DNA same as the offspring.

Since they're all related, I think they can have a law that covers surrogacy and adoption and everything. If FG isn't moving, the SE governments should enact these laws since that's the region most affected. Hopefully, they can persuade these roadside people to register and go legit.
there is no law of surrogacy in Nigeria

baby factory and Surrogacy has a lot of difference, in Surrogacy there is a legal agreement btw all the parties involved, and it's also regulated in many countries... Baby factory, it's a business as u can see they are only concerned about selling babies, and then get ready to give birth again,if there's any complications during child birth, nobody will take responsibility..... Plus they use underage girls, dis girls are supposed to be in sch learning... Can u allow your younger sister volunteer for that type of job?
OK that is your understanding but you are indeed wrong. Both are the same in Nigeria as there is no legal framework to separate them unless it is proven that indeed the girls where forced to get pregnant which in court of law would be called RAPE, false imprisonment and kidnap .The term baby factory is a word formed by people on the street. Those agents you see there charge up to N5million cos they have to pay doctors some times to do IVF on girls.so if an agent have up to 5 girls/clients, he/she has to put them somewhere, they rent a flat or hostel to accommodate these persons. Feed them for 9 months then one person will report to police that oi here is a baby factory cos 12 girls live there and are pregnant. Then case goes to court and get dismissed. I there is indeed evidence of false detention and holding against their will happy days police would and should do the needful. These are very sensitive matters and the police should never have paraded anybody until case proven

So, humans should now be equated to animals that can be kept at a place, bred by some irresponsible men with some bad gene pools and then traded in the market like some articles No more dignity for humans? Mind you, many of those girls are held against their wills! That's worse than slavery!
where in the publication did the girls say they where held against their will? point us>

JuanDeDios:

The people on the street can't solve baby factory. It's those "raiding" the place who can solve it. Ask "baby factories" to register and become legit adoption agencies. Make the process of baby adoption simpler. Put measures and monitoring in place to ensure nothing untoward is going on. That's how you tackle serious problems like this.
i think child adoption agencies are under a separate ministry in service. There is no legal frame work for surrogacy either that a legal agreement would be reached by the three parties, ie Agent, Client and the woman and all paper work signed. Where the girl lives when she get pregnant is up to the agent. Some times an Agent can rent a full hostel if he/she has a lot of client. I have witnessed this go to court in PH and the case was dismissed as there is a legal agreement between all parties. .let me remind us that people who pay for these services are not poor or average, the mostly spend millions.

When your that your church member or distant who had been trying to concieve and suddenly you hear she has given birth after 9 yrs but you saw her sometimes ago and she didn't look pregnant.

From what I know here, girls who took in unmarried and can't fend for them are advised to go to such places by ppl. They claim to travel, birth their babies and return to their families quietly .They are also compensated
Those babies are adopted since most orphanages refuse to give out the ones they have to avoid closing down.

Nobody impregnates anybody
Thanks for shedding this, I did not even know of this part. Society need to stop castigating these brave girls. All these IVF kids that people come to church with Sunday in and out where do they think the girls live for the 9months caves?I just wish all you lot here castigating these girls do have wives and husbands that can bear their own children if not you will have to go fru IVF and pay millions and you will have to pray no one intarupts the process with baby factory aggravations.
