I am talking about first time buyers who the government are desperate to get on the property ladder hence why they have schemes like joint ownership, low deposit payments etc.

Also what's a 5% mortgage? I have heard of 100% mortgage schemes for first time buyers, not anymore though, where the buyer doesn't put any deposit down.
