Hell yeah. Conspicuously inscripted on the engine cover. Why? Isn’t 0W20 a good engine oil specification?
I'm not saying that, was just wondering if that's what ur car manufacturer says.

Have you wondered why people are leaving Anglican and other traditional churches
in droves to the so-called John 3:16 if they are so perfect?

Even in the Oyibo countries, these traditional churches are being
closed down every year because attendees keep leaving in droves.

So why do some Christians prefer "thief" churches, don't you find that interesting?
Brainwash and perfect Acts by these scammers. Also these guys thrive where the government has failed its citizens

I’m driving a 2012 Honda Crosstour, after servicing it on the 25th of June this year with a Mobil 1 engine oil I bought for 48k, I thought I won’t be bothered with servicing for at least 6months or 10k kilometers whichever comes first.

But to my surprise, just after 1,067km and a bit more than a month, the oil change monitor shows on the cluster board the oil quality has dropped to 10%.

I bought the Mobil 1 engine oil from a Mobil station after assuring me it is genuine.

Is there anyone here using Honda crosstour? Do you experience this same issue using Mobil 1 engine oil?

Pic 1: Date oil was changed and mileage before oil change. Mileage on car before oil change: 181,567

Pic 2: current mileage on car: 182,634

Pic 3: Oil life % reading

Pic 4: Mobil 1 container containing the Mobil 1 oil used.
So you are telling me your car manufacturer specified that you use 0W20 huh

I personally think there's room for improvement on his customer relations. Our clients are literally our ogas.
There's no big or small client. In nearly all cases, a client may make small purchase first to establish trust or make referrals for bigger jobs
Rightly said, even Oga get Oga,There are loads of challenges in the construction industry due to inflation valuations and pure thievery. It was a very Interesting Journey for me with my DIY building I swear as I have to engage everyone directly.

Because a client was not treated properly, the secret sauce or recipe is now in the open.

I hope other vendors are watching what happens when you don't treat a client right. It takes just 1 client to bring you down.

I know potential clients are watching and taken note of the big exposè that this PR nightmare has thrown up.

There was apparently no credible alternative, now there is a vetted credible alternative.

The audacity of mistreating a client and turning around to publicly ask the same client to use his facility as a case study is icing on the cake of this PR fiasco for me.

I actually think he's rather a SMALL MAN!!!
You don't fight your customer in a public..What I would have expected is simple sorry to the customer, we would do better next time..Just one line and case is close..The rest of us here will take the battle if the clients continue to malign him...Luckily, he has not been accused of scam; just poor customer care and that is EVIDENT even from his response here...To climb ladder hard o, to fall yakata na ABC...
In his line of biz, you will meet all sort of customer ; the impatience, the not so good, the knuckle head, even outright werey client but you have a responsibility to MANAGE them all, and sometimes when you fail because of your own imperfection, you maintain your CALM and DECORUM and not acting like a tout..
A client bought an item worth 200k only from us last week and returned it after 72 hours that she doesn't like it and ask for a refund! The report got to my desk for approval, and I spoke to the client and she was saying rubbish so I rejected it! Later my boss called me and advice that I should approve, not because the client was right but because we have a NAME to protect and we can afford to refund! We made over 5 billion worth of sales last month and it was our highest figure ever, and we are still celebrating . Why allow this '200k' to spoil our joy? I learnt a valuable lesson that moment..The Yorubas here will remember that popular saying " ONIYANGI MA BA TEMI JE, ASO ALA NI MO WO!!! Do better oga.
Your Boss is what we call a peron with the gifft of trade by birth in my profession.

He was only able to pay into that account maybe because some took him there on trust. Why did he not pay before meeting the middle here.
See, reputation is a currency on its own. The middle man over the years has built that reputation where he can say pay and anyone would pay, including you yourself.
No, don’t come to a public forum and begin to expose another person’s trade secret they have made privy to you in trust. You don’t do that.
If this wasn’t a legit business, you know what that means .
Do you know how many potential clients that action have diverted from the middle man to the company?
What is bad is bad.
But it’s only God that lifts a person not man.
Middle men only exist where people do not have direct access to manufacturers or importers, but in the business of roofing that does not exist. This is the case for most businesses in Nigeria, If you do not know where things are sold you have to rely on middlemen but if you do you don't have to rely on a middle man. Once again I repeat those who got into trouble on Nairaland due to price and product variation are middle men.To supply is a diff ball game, U deliver to site and charge client. as in the case of sand and grinite mostly.

Any roofing tiles company that imports and does steel rolling and bending of ridges is not just an importer but a metal fabrication company. Such business is not a #1b business. They don’t have time for small users. They are different from those importers at the open market like Orile cooker where you can just go and pick and already made size they have.
There are different levels to this things. An average DIY builder or an importer cannot bent ridges. They don’t have the machine and technological know to do so. There own is just buying and selling. The best they will have is an already made one not customized to the specific roof. Na there leaking wahala they take start.
I bought from a chinses company in PH bross, SO I know what I am talking about, and also the guy in question paid directly to the Importer if you go back to the chat. Listen the way customer thinks is quite different rom the way you workman will think and reason. Client are most time suspective of whom they deal with when it comes to Nigeria hence good image is xtreemly important, people pay for this.

Not if it is locked to a network. If its a new phone less than a year then it is stollen.Reason is simple, the contract is still valid.

Some of these big companies will not deal directly with end user customers . They have their accredited distributors (middlemen). More, for an item like roofing sheets. These middle men are trusted by the company to do it right. The big companies want to avoid issues ranging from wrong measurements and specifications, wrong insulation, transportation, delays, missing items etc which could cause direct confrontation from customers. A lot could go wrong in the supply chain, that is why they pass that risk to a third party company. Rightly so, take for instance in this case, the ridges would have to be bent to specification ( size, quantity and other details ). Big companies do not want to take those risks and do not have that time.
In all, the customer is always right as long as they are acting within the bounds of the transaction.
Sellers should also know that customers are always apprehensive when dealing with a first time supplier, especially when they have made payment. Sellers should do their best to reassure customers until the goods are delivered.
Lets learn from the lawyers. As a professional, a lawyer would keep reassuring a criminal ( client) event until the criminal is sentenced. First they would say it’s not a strong case. After, the lawyer would say, don’t worry this case would be dismissed. Next he turns around and say, don’t worry we will challenge it in court. Then, he would come back to say don’t worry, the judge said you would only get 5 years imprisonment.
It is not deception but professionalism. Clients need that reassurance.
A company that imported stone coated roofing will not have time for a person who wants to buy 4.7m worth of roofing? We all k now that the vast majority of stone coated roofing comes is already cut to sizes and3 is a square metre in most cases, its a matter of counting. Big companies only refuse to sell to not registered middlemen when they have minimum quantity to sell as a unit or if they deal i n whole sale only. I have never heard of any importer who refuse to deal with clients directly probably yours will be the 1st.The problem or the issue here seems to be miscommunication, no monies were lost. However coming from a consumer point of view, I do not support giving a client price when you are not supplying them directly or at least doing the Job. In my DIY build, this is what I come to realize that put some of you workmen into trouble within factors beyond your reach to control then you get labelled scammer.

No my advice is 5his.this time you tool to post that video would have been better spent at gently and calmly explaining the process of the folding and bending of ridges and ridge caps. You had a BEST customer right there cos he paid in full upfront all U had to do was deliver. He paid smoothly but you did not deliver smooth .You sir are not a thief or scammer or a bad person but your customer service is lacking need to spend time to improve and upgrade.

Good day everyone, this is what transpired btw me and money121. After someone on nairaland (his brother) recommended me to him that he sells roofing sheets, I decided to give him a try, chatted this guy and sent him pictures of the type of roof I wanted, he gave me his price, and I told him I will back get back to him.. 3 days ago i texted him on WhatsApp and told him I will be coming on Wednesday which was yesterday, he said ok no problem. Yesterday morning which was Wednesday, I chatted him up for directions, he sent it.. got to the bus stop which he said me and my roofer should wait for him by 11:08am, I came to the bus stop and pick us and took us to the factory of his Oga (not his own) I didn’t mind. We sat there, discussed and and finalized the whole thing, I made payment (4.8m) by exactly 11:50am. After making that payment, this guy changed. He kept on lying to me that the driver that will come and carry my goods is coming that I should chill which I did. By 3:10pm I went inside to call him cos I was already angry and tired and needed to go home.. the tout started shouting at me and was asking me “which time did I made payment “? And even started insulting me. Just imagine! I got furious and the owner of the factory came out and was calming me down. The owner of the factory ( an igbo man) asked him, why will you be talking to a customer like that? He kept shouting and shouting till all his colleagues came out, that was when I knew that I fell into the wrong hand… imagine this guy (money121) telling my roofer that he shouldn’t count the roof tiles well and he (my roofer) should go and tell me it’s complete when it’s not.. I saw hell yesterday from the hands of this guy (money121) and yesterday is the last time I will do any business with any online vendor.

Hello house, 0704 947 1659 (IDE roofing ) this is the contact of the real owner of the factory.
I would like to think that there are always loading vehicles in these locations.I struggle to u derstand why he is acting as a venndor when he sells nothing but a roofer.Im sure he was pissed off when he realized you ha e a roofer. But sir why co tinue with the intaraction when u paid directly to the owner of the company ??
