Bunkering has reduced drastically in Rivers state. The air quality is normal now. So I don't know how they arrived at their statistics.

Let me fault you, some bunkering sites back den produced diesel referred to as La casera. It looked good on the eye but the octane rating was less than required.

I can tell you 100% it has increased, the only reason we dont have that black dust is simple, ways of refining has greatly improved, More Enlightened people have now invested loads of money to improves the purity of diesel production in the bushes. At this point, I recon the Fg should localize the production of things like diesel.
