As far as crime is being perpetuated against a black person in the UK, the police would turn a blind eye, and reverse is the case, if it happened to a Briton, they would go all out, to carry out all manners of forensic research, by taking their time to scrutinize every surveillance cameras around.
A Black person can also be a British person, and crime knows no colour when a law is enforceable! There might be prejudice but that is as far as it goes!

And they told you the victim (Luca) is a black man? You just dey cap careless

London Police generally don't allocate investigation time to non violent crimes. I learned this when my bike was stolen many years ago. They just said they don't have time to be requesting and checking CCTV upandan. They will just tell you you are OYO unless you were physically harmed in the process of the robbery. Theft and such no too concern them unless the loss is huge (hundreds of thousands)
The have this mentality of you insuring ur priced possession even up to mobile phones.

They are def not armed, its a grab and run thingy. The PC only pursue crimes that are in the public interest. Also Evidence is hard to gather in such instance.

E be like say if you nor get certification or licence here,na minimum wage be your portion o.

Btw what are the low hanging fruits certification one can do and start earning 50k and above.
I came here months ago and am considering prince2 certification.
Can anyone guide me on which firm that can do training and exams for me at an affordable rate.
Btw,how much does it cost to do prince2 and do you think prince2 is popular in UK compared to pmp?
From my personal experience, I can tell you this for free, ,The UK employer give less attention to your certificate, They focus more on Experience cos most of your interview questions will be case studies. So how do one give answer to a case study when they don't have any personal or gone fru situation where they could use such as a case study?. Unless such job is at entry level then I don't know,
PS .Some Employers even go as far as even saying things like UK experience!

The denial rate for Chinese visa is very high. They feel you should know the language and the rest. The visa application takes just 2 weeks max if you already have all your documents. Also it depends on which of the visa you want to apply for. This is the website: https://www.visaforchina.cn

What do people abroad pay heavily for? let me tell you, Nigerians in Nigeria pay more in taxes and multiple taxes than those who live abroad!
To live in anything near 30% of lifestyle abroad in Nigeria is almost 50 times more expensive than any bill abroad in the west. Start with Electricity!

Shame.

Many aspiring abroadians do not know that abroad is filled with uncertainty.

Many marriages have been strained because of relocation. There was the case of a married man whose wife abandoned him because he could not provide after relocating abroad. He died in his tent in a biting cold during winter.

Only a numbskull would sell his child for relocation purposes. There is no guarantee of success after relocation. Even the local citizens are struggling to survive, then a foreigner thinks he is special because he is a foreigner. Just imagine.

If you are doing well in Nigeria, stay put, make money and send your children abroad to school. It is easier for your children to climb than it is for you at middle age.

You'd pay taxes. Some would argue that the taxes are working for the people. Well, I pay taxes that don't even apply to me. I paid unemployment tax, but when I became unemployed, I was denied unemployment benefits, despite paying for it. I cannot owe my landlord, they'd report me to the justice system which would create a negative record for me for credit, and applying for certain things.

I cannot speed anyhow or drive nonsense, I'd receive a fine. All roads are tolled, and if you don't pay, you can't pass. You must declare all your earnings annually, and if you hide an earning, and they find out, you'd receive a heavy fine. I received a fine that is the equivalent of 2.472 million naira in today's naira for making a mistake in my tax declaration. It took me 4 months of pain to pay that fine.

Food is outrageously expensive and when it is organic, it is over the roof. Food that can potentially hamper one's health are affordable.

Then loneliness is something else. Many have gotten into trouble for being unable to deal with it.

Security is not always top notch, but the media kills most of the stories in order to paint their country as being on top of things.

But roads are good, schools are working, transport is mostly okay, but everything comes at a heavy price.
What shyte country do you live? we nd to know cos sometimes people dey count Pakistan and Bulgaria join Abroad!

After the Supreme Court yesterday gave a landmark judgment granting financial autonomy to Local Government Councils across the country, local government workers in Abia state were captured on video rejoicing and singing President Bola Tinubu’s praises.

The excited workers couldn’t hide their joy as they trooped out to celebrate other outcome of the court case. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of the amelioration of the sufferings they have endured under the Labour Party governor that has hijacked the council funds without paying workers that salaries for month.
You do know that was a bad decision. Now the LGA chairman can do as they please with funds no more check and balance.
