gentiles:check my signature ![]() Don't worry, you'd know me well, when the time is ripe. |
We're moving away from the dictatorial leadership gradually. We'd soon enjoy true democracy, devoid of force, intimidation and slavery. Obi is coming |
Osinbajo is one of the leaders we never had. I reserve my comment |
Ogbeni japa . He no wan see the defeat of his party coming. Waa gbayi sir. You did your best! This was same man who first kicked against the Muslim-Muslim ticket in 2015 by shopping for osinbajo instead. Buhari was siad to have staged a walkout on hearing of Tinubu's agenda. That's how we rule in Yorubaland. Religous bigotry doesn't have a place to live especially when it comes to the choice of a leader . Tinubu is not a true true representative of the yoruba nation. His level of acceptance here is a proof. |
muykem:If adeleke appoints good and competent people to work with him and they work as a team. L'obatan. You don't have to be a PHD holder to lead. |
derecho:Our wicked rulers have made governance look like the hardest thing to do. NOPE! They've turned it into their heritage. They've built a fake class for themselves by intimidating and deliberately inpoverishing the people |
Zagaboss:Obi way |
Thisday is speaking vernacular here ![]() |
othermen:Another pained being. Pęlę tięooo. You mean all those who voted pdp were induced? My doctor friend and wife voted pdp. How much do you think you can give an MD of a thriving hospital or buy his conscience with? You resemble tinubu your boss with this idea |
helinues:Take it or you leave it, politics is what concerns us all, Muslims oo, Christians oo, traditionalists oo, atheist oo. Cos the choice we make is going to affect us all collectively. When boko haram abducted the kaduna abuja train passengers, both Christians and Muslims were among the captives. Now that fuel is extensive, we all buy at same price at the pump. One Religion dominating a political party is a bad omen for Nigerians. I'm Christian but voted fashola a muslim, I also voted buhari in 2015 and openly campaigned for him. A reasonable muslim would also think this way when voting a candidate of their choice. When you talk of religon, it can't be taken away from our political space cos its interwoven. Otherwise, buhari and other northerners wouldn't be rushing down south east time to pick Christians, religious leaders for that matter as ruining mate. Tell your mentor he won't win because of his bad choice. Its obvious he's quite desperate. He ought to have asked our leaders how they did it successfully. Had Tinubu fared well in the south as wrongly claimed, he doesn't need the northern leaders to dictate to him on his choice of a running mate. Jonathan lost in the north but won massively in the south and middle belt. The outcome of the just concluded osun election is a proof tinubu had been using force on us to gain relevance. Don't forget osun is his state of origin. If he couid lose osun, lagos isn't sure for him. As a typical lagosian, we know who be omo onilę and atohun rin wa. Make I no talk much. I'd remind you of today after the presidential election. The north knows Tinubu's height of desperation. See how the northern youths are mocking him. That shows there's problem ahead for him. They know the choice of a muslim as running mate wasn't borne out of a genuine mind. They know its a very wrong formation, likewise if any aspirant had picked a Christian-Christian ticket. Citing mko as an example is an insult. MKO was a man of the people. He had lifted lots of yoruba, hausa and igbo from poverty amd made them millionaires for life. Tinubu would never give you shishi, if you don't belong to his camp. His outburst is also of a great concern, his manners too. A leader is supposed to be of decent a mind. Nigeria of the 90s isn't same of Nigeria of today too. We're already divided. Bokonharam say their leaders had failed them so the need a country where Islamic law would be their guide. IPOBs too said they're leaving, so are my people with yoruba nation. Think about it |
BIZNess123:See consolation. Pęlę tię . Una fake permutations never do? Instead of voting Tinubu, I'd vote Obi. As you can see, nobody can talk of rigging or insertion of ballot papers thumbprinted in hotels by election fraudsters as it was in the past anymore. The worst any desperate aspirant can do is buy votes. As you vote, e dey enter inec server so, going to court is a waste of money and time. All the factors which could necessitate this had been addressed under the new voting system which is devoid of fraud manipulation and ballot box snatching. With the new electoral law, every politician would want to perform else, they'd not get anther term. Adeleke should buckle up now cos he'd be thrown off if he fumbles in the next 4 years. Votes can now count and the masses can now decide who should represent them. Buhari really tried on this even though its against his wish. The north east you're banking on are electoral fraudsters. The manipulation is always perfected in various hotels in abuja. They watch the results of other regions as inec announces them. By the time they now come, they'd either tell inec there was no flight or that they couldn't reach abuja due to logistical reasons and insecurity. By the time they now begin to announce their results , people would be dumbfounded. If they like henceforth, let them say airlines are on strike as the reason for coming late to abuja from borno or yobe, inec wouid probably have announced the result before they get to abuja. No more rigging. |
You dey mind jagaband? Our elders warned him of sponsoring Buhari's election but he refused because of his utopian lifetime ambition . He has never lost any election but he has lost this one. There's always a first time. Osun his home state and lagos his adopted state used to be his footstool. But now, the owners of the footstool( the masses) have collected their property from him and thats real democracy at play...governemt of the people, by the people and for the people. So shall it be in Lagos next year also because our minds are made up. Lagosians would not know how much evil this man had caused us until he loses grip of lagos. Just because ambode ignored him on some terms, he was able to do so much in such a short time. You can imagine lagos declaring budget surplus for the first time since Pa Jakande's administration in early 80s. Those shouting BAT would stone him after power changed hands in 2023 , seeing massive developments which lagos really needs and deserves. |
TimmyTen:O lęęęęnu ![]() |
Sergio101:Garfield1 is still learning in politics. I once told him |
This one plenti naw. OP, How's Birnin Kebbi ? |
helinues:Labour party didn't Labour in osun let alone Labour in vain. How much did they spend to support the LP candidate? The main focus is on presidency. We're not after the osun governorship race. The majority of us supported Adeleke who's going to be declared winner in a matter of hours from now by INEC. Your mentor jagaban actually was mocking the pdp and Labour at the national level, not state, ever though he made that comment earlier this week in osun. As the apc laboured in vain in osun, so would they Labour in vain in 2023 presidential election. They just wasted their billions. We're tired of bad leadership. Obi is coming. |
dryakson:Nothing will harm.you bro...in Jesus name. Since you're going to pray to God, you're safe. Ęlęru lo ma fi ori ara ę gbe. |
NwaIdeato:We the true sons and daughters of Lagos will replicate the Osun narrative come next year. I respect aregbe for respecting himself. O ti japaa. He didn't want to see the shameful defeat of their party. |
NwaIdeato:Even here in lagos.. oju wa ti la waaaa |
NakedTruth4eva:Yes oo, we plenti for dia. This isn't about tribes or ethnicity. We're tired of bad leadership. This isn't the Nigeria we bargained for. Personally, I'm doing well but I've got lots of people depending on me. If they were OK wouid they have been doing that? Here in Lagos, the obidient children are massive. Some are only trying to mind their words cos of Tinubu's thugs. Next year's election results will mean an end to bad leadership. One thing is certain, you can't follow me to the polling booth to see whom I cast my vote for. Igbati oloyi lo ma ję There are still some blind supporters of corrupt politicians. Dem plenti for nairaland. If you say you're supporting Obi, they'd say you're Ipob lol. See that twitter user, does his name look ipob? That's what they call us but we don't care. Igbehin lo maa ye oloku ada won. These people im referring to are very poor oo. They also feel the heat but their brain is just upside down for no reason. ![]() |
dominique:Kudos to buhari for reluctantly signing the electoral bill into law. Have you heard of ballot box snatching or burning of collation centres as usual in this election? E no dey work again. The worst they can do is buy votes but people have gotten their tricks already. They know its another 4 years of suffering once they sell their conscience |
ShaqFu:this isn't presidential election. Focus is on presidential poll not any states'. |
Wintertime:people are doing that already and willingly nationwide. I read about a northerner here weeks back, who sponsored a big billboard for obi in sokoto. He's an hausa youth . He even promised to deliver more as they were undergoing printng. I'd share the video here below this post so you'd watch. I'm also doing a similar thing personally with my funds. People don't really need much money to promote a candidate if he has some level of pedigree and integrity. I'm yoruba and i dont know Obi personally but i believe he will deliver. In 2007, I was in America when Obama was vying for presidency. People donated heavily for him. In addition People willingly spent money on banners, face caps and all, cos they trusted him so much. Same is happening right now. Today I've been able to convince 2 people who said they'd vote obi. I do this everyday , for free. So, don't worry. Just watch as things unfold. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byS5mlQQ_jA |
Wintertime:Yes, only if you're the INEC |
Wintertime:Stop being nasty. That will be done during electioneering campaign. It's not yet time. Anyone who does that now would be arrested. Its illegal. |
Na wah oo. If singing of the electoral bill into law would be the only achievement of buhari, it's commendable. Rigging will be pretty difficult with the new system in place. Ekiti election went the vote buying way but in Osun, its a different scenario. People were openly offered money but they rejected it and voted the candidate of their choice. These guys have taken us for a ride for too long. 4 years ago I watched a police Spokesperson, a woman, after the same osun polls. When asked why collocation was burnt down, she said some irate youths were protesting and as they shot in the air to scare them away, the bullet accidentally landed on a generator powering the collocation centre and caught fire and the fire now extended to the collation centre and burnt it down .She didn't even know how to lie The votes were already in favour of adrleke but they deliberately set the collation centre where the election results were kept ablaze. Such nonsense won't happen again Kudos pmb. |
Astrid4:Remember you guys beat chest that pdp will never win osun but from all indications, people have decided and it's the consequences of bad leadership we're all seeing today. 2023 ma ti dun ju. My advice for you is canvass people to vote apc cos chest beating no pas social media oo |
If PDP wins osun, Sanwoolu should prepare to pack his load cos na serious whipping for 2023. Osun is Tinubu's birthplace and state before Lagos. E go though though |
adioolayi:Campaign hasn't started yet. What you see is sensitization. Make campaign start, you'd be amazed |
ArewaQuitessenc:impressive! |
When I once told some Nigerians that we actually live longer than most of the oyinbos, awon ęru akata took a swipe at me. See a 103 year old man. In any of the western countries, the media would have turned his house into a tourist site by asking questions what made him live so long. In most of the villages we still have people who are well over 110 years old. It's only in our major cities where life expectancy is set at 50 years |
Umedia:Tię ti ba ę. Na dem |
