Hi everyone, I have 1533.343VTA and I'm definitely going wait for the value to rise...My only regret is for a friend who had 12,000 as at 2011. He had so much faith in the project but eventually lost it. He felt it was a scam and I guess he probably won't remember his username and password.

I got there around 4:50am and met 5 cars packed outside cos dey open their gate by 5am.

We drove in at 5am and waiting in d us consulate premises. At about 6:30am dey started security checks and we sha went inside d hall. They wasted our time cuz all d interview consulars were having a meeting. And dey started interviewing us around past 10 or so. In a nutshell, my num B402 appeared on window.... Hmmm I've 4gotten d window number cos of d extremely cold a/c. My interviewer looks good oo, beautiful white young woman.

jollyiwin: okay my fellow America . i got to US embassy 4: 50 AM and i was the first to get there. did all security check, about 5 different area. and got to the hall. immigrant was asked to sit in the right hand side of the hall. waited patentlly for my number to be called. then my number was called in window 21 for submission of documents. of wish i did, and there was a mis in my document (neco printout ) of wish i misplaced. but i have some backed up document (master script ) so when i submitted that document.

now i waited for my number to be called for interview so around 9: 10 my number finally appeared in window 18. where there was this young girl around her early 30 tees. the interview begun as followed.

me. good morning mam. how is the work going.
CO. fine thank you sir.
ME. i see
CO. sir raise your hand and say after me.
ME. i did . you know that.

The CO then asked for the documents one after the other and also asked if I've any other documents she hasn't asked for. I gave her all my supporting documents & she choose the needed ones out of them. Then, I did the finger print.
CO: Pls, go and have your sit, you'll be call to the interview room shortly. (Immigrants are interviewed specially in a room)

CO: Sorry for the mispronunciation of your name, can you pls correct me? (Immigrants are not assigned numbers since we're few)

Me: No
CO: Did you've any relatives there?

(He was right, my longest holiday which is less than a month is during the Xmas.)

He then gave me a paper and told me where to pick up my Passport & Visa package.
Then I walked out of the Interview hall with my ever smiling face like a bachelor who just get a Yes from his dream girl.
God is so great.

Advice:
1. Apply "One step at a time" rule so as not to get carried away due to anxiousness.
2. For those outside Nigeria, pls try and get the police report from your present country even if you haven't send up to a year in the country.
3. Get your Vaccination record so as not to spend unnecessary money. Ask those at home to get it for you & scan it if you're outside Nigeria.

Download the police report form that I attach to this post and then get an ink, after which you thumbprint and fill the form.Send the form to a relative in Nigeria with a passport photograph and a copy of your international passport details page.If you don't have any one to help you in Nigeria then you can use http://www.nigeriacrb.com/ As regard the Birth Certificate you definitely need someone to help you in Nigeria.

komakan: Yes U are right. And if he meant visa fee as in green card payment. I thought he ought to have paid before d interview if im correct.

He is talking about the green card fee which is $165 and not the visa fee which is $330.There are two fees one is for the visa($330) which is paid on the day of the interview and another one which is for the green card ($165) which can be before or after entry into the USA.

Day 3: Passport and Brown envelope collected today at 5:25pm Mail box etc (mbe) Naples.Michigan loading February 14 2014.

Amen.being the first person in Italy was fun and also scary. I was treated like I was an American, scary cos they took a long process to finalize my case.
