What effort did Buhari make in encouraging our higher institutions in weapons development when he was military head of state.

What effort did OBJ make in seeing that Nigeria through the help of her higher institutions developed weapons that are exportable.

you have different price structures for shipping to Lagos and for shipping to other cities- I live in Benin.
