Geovanni412: Reading trading books ..you always hear trade with the trend
If the market ranges over 70 percent of the time, then how do you trade with the trend?
In a situation like the picture below, how do you trade with the trend?
How can correlation help in any scenario like below?
I think the only way to define a trend is relative to the previous bar close on say a 4h chart or daily or monthly and Fibonacci areas or ATR areas above or below the high and low of that bar.
Anything can happen with the close of each new bar...especially if news is around the corner.
Opinions? My opinion if I'm a trend trader?walk away. There are other pairs to trade. |

The OGs you mentioned left cos they fall under the category of the 95% of failed traders. The 95% is super real gan. At some points in life, they rethought their lives and realized how much they have wasted on charts....hence they moved on
I'm no where near the 95%
Results proved it for years, and still proving it.
So naijababe left because she was a failed trader? Wow!!! Really good to know this. |

Geovanni412: At the bolded,
He has made adjustments to his initial plan to facilitate changes. That shows he is not stupid but knows what he is doing.
And even if you are correct that his actions are 'stupid', sometimes doing 'stupid' things is what makes people successful
How would you describe a man who tries to invent a machine that experts tell him cannot work?
Yet this man continues for 15 years and over 5,000 prototypes and at a point in time, he is being fed by his wife's earnings up until his eventual success.
That man's name is James Dyson, inventor of the bagless vacuum cleaner and he is a billionaire today.
Just because you think sth is stupid does not mean that it won't work.
At the end of the day, if infofirst believes in his mission, all he needs to do is to keep making the necessary adjustments to make the criteria stricter till someone succeeds.
Links: https://nymag.com/vindicated/2016/11/james-dyson-on-5-126-vacuums-that-didnt-work-and-1-that-did.html You do understand what info infofirst is trying to do. He wants to condition the traders on risk management which is the only key to this business as everyone have a good strategy. I really appreciate him for this. |

Yes it was bad but not this bad
Removing of fuel subsidy, floating naira without having backing brought us here
Buhari is a failure yes but at least he was careful Tinubu and his team are even more ignorant than Buhari team and are too carefree
Economy no be by gra gra... You tackle is slowly
None, zero of tinubu policy has worked all backfired leaving us far worse where we started If you are an economist, you'll know that Buhari left us in a terrible state. |

ajepako: Bros, you are right
Even the KAI brigade guys are running the show
They get their shares from landowners, CDA members who allocate illegal spaces to market people
As a matter of fact, that is how some Lagosians earn their daily money, collecting daily levies from those sellers and sharing with KAI for protection and prior notification when they are coming to raid. It's sad that govt doesnt have the balls to do the right thing but always wanna shaleye. |

ajepako: You will see those KAI officials sharing those goods in the evening in their offices or store rooms later
Extremely heartless and hungry APC political touts in uniform!
On the other hand , traders can overdo too
I understand the need to sell and earn money because I am a daughter of stall owner in Idunmota when I was little, but market folks should be cautious where they sell and trade, especially on main roads often hindering free flow of traffic, insulting pedestrains and motorists who dare to walk or drive where they put their market with no recourse for existing enviromental and safety laws..
Bariga, Idunmota, Dosunmu, Balogun, Oyingbo, Yaba, Bajulaye, markets are getting worse these days because market women have taken over the main roads in these areas. Bariga market especially has taken over a large portion of the road that is even presently under construction, from Jagunmolu to Finbarrs College road to UNILAG
I believe both parties, KAI and market people should exercise restrain
Haba! No be person dey give them space to sell their market. If you want to kill street trading, go after those that allot spaces but they won't do that because they are their foot soldiers. |

seborrhic: That police officer smashing that goods table with glee,I just wonder what goes into the minds of people like that. Even if whatever the person is doing is illegal, must you show joy in inflicting pain on another human being? How many people can rent shops. Even in the US,there are street traders,so it's not like with all the laws and good life over there, people still don't do street trading to survive The funny thing is that they won't go after the person that allocates them spaces to trade. Those are the main culprits but they will turn a blind eye to this fact. |

EruditeSupport: You actually don't know what it means to be an elder brother. That's an irresponsible elder brother up there. I'm a firstborn, and i know what I've done for my younger siblings in this world. It's not a matter of entitlement mentality. Blood is thicker than water. In a healthy family, the strong supports the weak until they're all strong. Well, it all depends on the type of family you came out from. Don't mind that guy. He might be in the western world where it is all man for himself or might come from a family that holds similar notion. Where I come from, it is one for all, all for one. No man must be left behind. |

tollyboy5:

I keep saying that many people will just open the bible and read the opinions of Paul when he was writing letters to different churches and now want to enforce Paul letters as the standard of Christianity. Paul was not even amongst those that were with Christ and understood all what Christ was about. People like peter, James etc. Paul was an apostle like Barnabas and need validation from the disciples of Christ. Any time you want to see a pastor or anyone cap about the bible they will quickly open to one of the books written by Paul.
Many people don't know that the Hebrew or Jewish religious practice is nothing similar or close to Christianity, its even closer to Islam than christian.
Without data I'm very sure an Israeli can easily switch to practice Islam compared to practicing Christianity. Some of you that are not students of the scripture should keep quiet instead of talking about matters beyond your comprehension. So you know better than apostle peter who validated apostle Paul's teachings. |

I am currently in Ondo and my parents and siblings are based in Lagos. I got a text from my sister this morning that my mom is not feeling too well.
She has been feeling pain all over her body and has been complaining of things moving in her body, leg etc.
I am seeking medical advice though some religious friends said it could be an attack (Ofa). She also has this rashes on her body as a result of all these...what can be done please? Anyone experienced such? This is a spiritual attack. Hospitals won't give proper diagnosis. |
