Fulaniherdmens: ok its my pleasure.
If you live in a city, you can engage the service of foreigners like the Togolese. its b/w 150-200k they will only charge u for labor while u procure the materials so it doesn't concern u if they use 100 persons all u need is to make sure the actual date is meet and don't pay all the funds. you can start up with 20% after negotiating with labor fees. but that above range is idle ok. Duplex was 500k in Lagos Island that's what i paid these labors. 2 trips of 20ton sharp sand 35k thou depends on current mkt 1 trip of 20ton plaster sand 45k thou depends on current mkt *100 bags of cement. 2650 per bag.
NB: Go and inspect the work urself when and after the job. Pls howmuch bag of cement wil it take me to plaster a 3bed/2bed semi detached bungalow Hong bungalow all ensuite.. And what's the labour cost.. Kindly assist |

Family › Re: I Am Suspecting My Wife Is Cheating. Should I Confront Her? by Erums(m): 4:14pm On Oct 21, 2021 |
owo8184: I am a young married man with 2 kids. The marriage is 6yrs now. Due to the situation of the country, we’ve not been staying together. I hustle in a University environment in one of the states in Southwest while she works as a freelance for some organizations in Lagos.
I normally come home (Lagos) on monthly basis. But during this lockdown, I have been in Lagos with my family.
Prior to our marriage, there is this guy she met when we had some misunderstanding. They started a date but later called it off when we settled. She didn’t give me the details but based on what I read on her phone back then, I knew they made out together. The said guy is now in Port Harcourt but I am aware he normally comes to Lagos.
Just today, I heard my wife giving someone a description of where they will meet somewhere in Agege (where she uses as her office). I was curious to know the person. I didn’t ask her because she would find a story to cover up. I found a way to check her phone and saw that her ex - the said guy was the one who called. May I say that we have fought over this guy several times even before and after our marriage. She won’t let this guy be in her past. She’s either calling the guy or the guy is calling her. This time, I chose not to raise my voice but monitor her closely. She left home for work today. I may not be able to give details but every surrounding clue indicates that my wife has a date today. She returned home and I found a way to check her whatsapp but alas she has deleted her chats with the guy.
Just this night again, she received a call from another man asking her when she would come to his office. She once told me that the man was asking her out. In all these, I want to believe my wife is up to something. Infidelity is the last I would accept in this marriage.
Should I confront her with all these observations? Please, I am confused. be wise.....get receipts before confrontation...also begin use condom |

n3xt: Give him 80 bags
Let’s assume you’re using 4 bags per room which is impossible. 80 bags would do fine regardless the size of your project.

clark0: I would suggest you use a stone coated roofing sheets, it is less cheaper than 0.5MM long span roofing sheets.. In order to avoid being shortchanged, get someone who you could pay 3K to help take the measurements. However, let him know before hand that you are not contracting the job to him that way he would give you the exact measurements. It’s best you buy the roofing sheets from sellers around you especially a factory.
P.S. Stone coated roofs have 50 years warranty. Stone coated is cheaper than 0.5mm |

Nero2424: It will be obviously odd, but if thats what you can afford, go for it. Again if your house is next to mine in the same estate " i go dey look you like spoiler".
On the sarcastic side of it, when EFCC start arresting people in the estate, you will be the last person to be arrested. Basically I will be renting one part of the building, the 2 bedroom section... So i felt its not economically wise to use Gerald for a apartment to be rented |

n3xt: Big man question.
My client used asbestos in 2016 and I think it was odd in midst of hundred of houses with stone-coated tiles until I see far more expensive projects using Nigerite asbestos in 2021.
Reason: Better insulation and sound absorption.
__________
You can chose to be like them or chose to be unique and different.
#functionalityoverform I get ur point... But this nigerite roof, how e be...? |
