APC AND LIES ARE INSEPARABLE |
DEAR PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN, • It HURT them you ended their subsidy fraud… • You sold off NEPA and ended their fraudulent NEPA contracts, it HURT them…. • You removed ghost workers from civil service and reduced their wealth, it HURT them… • You refused to renew their oil blocks license monopoly, it HURT them… • You handed NPA verification to a third party and eliminated port frauds, it HURT them... • It HURT them you stopped the bootlegging in fertilizer distribution… • You HURT them by stopping hoarding of petroleum products, where Nigerians sleep at filling stations while they make astronomical profits... • You pinched them where it HURT most by making sure elections are free and fair… • You HURT the cabal by looking into their face and telling them “Nigeria belongs to us all”... • You restored rail system that gulped billions of naira yearly, it really HURT them… • You made Nigeria proud by insisting cars are now produced in Nigeria with 70% local content, halting their money laundry schemes, it HURT them… • They have bullied you, lied against you, insulted you and made Nigeria insecure just to distract you and be able to get back to business as usual…But I promise you sir, they will not bully our votes! • We will go to the poll blindfolded for you…for their wickedness when they get what they want this time will be too costly!VOTE PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN COME 28TH MARCH 2015 FOR A NEW NIGERIA |
The attention of Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has been drawn to statements from Generals Muhammadu Buhari and Ibrahim Babangida purporting to be responses to the advice he gave both men to retire. Since Babangida libelled whole generations of Nigerian youth as being unfit for leadership, age has become an issue in the coming elections. While it is true that neither youth nor age supplies wisdom on their own, it makes sense to ask those who have been recurring decimals in our country’s sorry history to leave the stage. That is all El-Rufai asked of these men who seem to think that their failure to do their best for Nigeria when they had the chance qualifies them for a return to office. Our people surely deserve better. El-Rufai is amazed that General Buhari cannot debate this matter without scurrying to the gutter, making claims that are baseless and unsupported by any facts. Mallam El-Rufai’s tenure as FCT minister was a period of stellar performance in remaking our federal capital. Despite the difficult decisions that had to be taken to restore Abuja, Mallam El-Rufai continues to receive deserved praise and recognition for his achievements in restoring the Abuja master plan, introducing Nigeria’s first computerised land registry and helping thousands of Nigerians achieve their dreams of home ownership in the federal capital. Buhari is perhaps one of a tiny few blinded by their prejudice from recognising the quality of El Rufai’s service. That same prejudice accounts for the baseless claims of corruption Buhari levels against El Rufai. The fact is that Mallam El-Rufai served Nigeria with integrity and has never been convicted of any corrupt act. He is boldly contesting the false charges which the Yar’Adua government filed against him in court. It is strange that a Buhari who protests when unproven claims of N2.5 billion (about US $3billion in those days!) missing oil funds are levelled against him can gleefully elevate similar claims into facts when it concerns another. How would Buhari feel if the corruption allegations made against him by Group Captain Usman Jibrin, then a board member of PTF, are today reported as if they were proven facts? So much for “corrupt background” and “shoddy performance”. Mallam El-Rufai wishes to remind General Buhari that he has remained perpetually unelectable because his record as military head of state, and afterwards, is a warning that many Nigerians have wisely heeded. His insensitivity to Nigeria’s diversity and his parochial focus are already well-known. In 1984, Buhari allowed 53 suitcases belonging to his ADC’s father to enter Nigeria unchecked at a time the country was exchanging old currency for new. Against all canons of legal decency, he used retroactive laws to execute three young men for drug-peddling after they were convicted by a military tribunal and not regular courts of law. Buhari was so high handed that he gave himself and his officials immunity even from truthful reporting. That obnoxious Decree 4, against which truth was no defence, was used to jail journalists and attempt to cow the media as a whole. That tyrannical legislation shows the essence of his intolerance. These are facts of recent history. The story of counter-trade and import licensing, the cornerstone of Buhari’s stone-age economic strategy and those whose interests it served, is a tale for another day. Mallam El-Rufai respects both Generals Buhari and Babangida as elder statesmen. He believes their age, experience and guidance may contribute to the success of any future government. El-Rufai however believes that it is time for a new generation of leaders with new thinking and wholesome democratic attitude to move our nation forward. The vicious response by the Buhari camp to a simple statement that their almost-70 principal should retire is proof enough that a Buhari, the new Democrat, tolerant of views different from his own, is yet to evolve. And that is sad, for his fledgling party and its leadership. Buhari and his cohorts may wish to reflect that it will take more than attacks on personalities to become electable. Having seen his version of discipline, Nigerians are not likely to cherish an encore. But they will welcome an engagement with the issues and problems of everyday life that have hobbled the peoples of this land. http://saharareporters.com/2010/10/04/el-rufai-buhari-should-stick-facts |
Obasanjo, the story of Jonathan, History and the Historians By Sunshine Anifowose Hell is the home of those who sees white and calls it green during the era of moral phenomenon, says Danthi Allegieri, a French Scholar and Motivational Speaker. Fellow Nigerians, please permit me to tell you some lies and let me explicitly say that I am ready to bear the insults and attacks these lies might generate from readers, most especially those rooted in party ideology, norms and believes. The lies are about the comparative character and idiosyncrasy of two Nigerian Leaders. Olusegun Obasanjo, the Owu born former Military-Maximum Dictator turned Civilian Ruler and Otueke born Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, who God currently saddles with the responsibility of distributing dividends of democracy to all Nigerians. Obasanjo had, in the last 15 months, been going from one public fora to the other, blasting and mesmerizing the personality of President Goodluck Jonathan. Obasanjo had declared and still declaring Jonathan a grossly incompetent and an epidemically corrupt leader while Jonathan had refused to pick up the gauntlet with Obasanjo for reason(s) best known to him. However, after critically studying the frosty relationship between the two leaders, I wish to declare without any fear of intimidation that Chief Olusegun Obasanjo should stop insulting the common sense of Nigerians with his unnecessary diatribe against President Jonathan because Obasanjo has no moral right whatsoever to be doing what he's presently doing against the incumbent administration. For the 8 years Obasanjo ruled Nigeria, he built only one University which was for himself. Bell University, Ota, Ogun State is owned by Obasanjo. Today, Jonathan has built 12 Universities for Nigerians and the generation yet unborn. Today, no sky-rapper can be traced to Jonathan any where in Nigeria unlike an opposition leader in South West who had bought 40% of his state resources. Readers, kindly remember that Obasanjo built his library and hilltop in Abeokuta when he was in office. Jonathan, today, via the intervention of TETFUND, has built more than 30 libraries for Nigerians and generation yet unborn. Obasanjo conducted an election in 2007 that he tagged “do or die.“ The winner of the poll, late Umoru Yar'adua, publicly confessed that it was characterised by irregularities. He fought Yar'adua, the Prince of Kastina till his death in 2010 for accepting that Obasanjo un-democratically imposed him on Nigerians. Meanwhile, in 2011, Jonathan conducted an election in which was nationally and internationally adjudged to be free, fair and credible. Furthermore, for 8 years, Obasanjo could not do anything on Lokoja-Abuja road which he awarded without mobilising the contractor. The road is almost completed now. Gory cases of Motor accident and robbery had drastically reduced on the road. Ore-Benin road is now a porthole free courtesy of Jonathan's transformation team. The most busiest road in West Africa sub-region, the Lagos-Ibadan express road is now under re-construction and expansion of international dimension. Akure-Ilesa road is presently under a never-seen-before massive re-construction. Ikorodu-Sagamu road was awarded by Jonathan two weeks ago but majority of the highly comprised Nigeria news medium refused to publicize the contract award of the road. I am also pleased to inform Nigerians that the reconstruction of Ibadan-Oyo express road has been completely done. Second Niger bridge is under construction. Our Airports have been re-fixed. The rail transportation system has been fixed. Many Nigerians had adjudged Jonathan's administration to be corrupt! I am going to react to the allegation empirically. The number one anti-corruption organisation in the world is Transparency International. In 2006, Transparency International, under the watchful eyes of Olusegun Obasanjo, rated Nigeria as the second most corrupt country in the world. In 2014, under the leadership of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Transparency International rated Nigeria as the 44th most corrupt country in the world. Now, I ask, who fights corruption more between Obasanjo and Jonathan? Fighting corruption is more than arresting ex-governors today, parade them on television tomorrow and release them next tomorrow. In term of unemployment, I want to ask, which job did Obasanjo provide for Nigerians when he held the insignia of power? Apart from the poorly organised National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP), which job did Obasanjo gave to Nigerians? Obasanjo destroyed the Nigerian Telecommunication (NITEL), sending thousands of Nigerians into labour market. Today, NITEL in on the verge of being re-organised. I also make bold to say that Obasanjo ruined the National Electricity Power Authority (NEPA). Today, power supply has been privatized and handed to private individuals. Transcorp Hilton, Abuja is said to be owned by Obasanjo, however, today, no establishment can be said to be owned by Jonathan. The 12 new Universities established by Jonathan has employed about 20, 000 Nigerians. YOUWIN has produced more than 1, 000 millionaires in Nigeria. For the 8 years Obasanjo ruled Nigeria, he only recruited 1,957 Nigerians into the Federal Civil Service. Today, Jonathan's administration has recruited 4685 graduates into the Federal Civil Service. The Military, Nigeria Civil Defense, Nigeria Police, etc had employed more than 15, 000 under Jonathan's Presidency. Nigerians should note that unemployment amongst graduates was at 70% in 1984 when General Buhari was the Head of State. Also, as I write, the Jonathan's administration has built 127 Almajiri Schools in the north, reducing illiteracy in the region in the process. More than 5000 Nigerian graduates have been sent abroad for post graduate programmes by President Jonathan. Fellow Nigerians, most especially my fellow Yoruba youths, please I urge you to put aside your religion, ethnic and political interest and say the truth! Who has governed Nigeria better between Jonathan and Obasanjo? Those of you set to vote Buhari because his running mate, Yemi Osinbajo is a Pastor in your church should have a rethink! Those of you set to vote Buhari because he's from the north should think about ONE NIGERIA because Information from the Federal Ministry of Works has it that Jonathan has constructed more roads in the North than in the Southern Nigeria! Obasanjo had been blasting President Jonathan over the activities of Terrorists in the North Eastern Nigeria but I wish to ask him (Obasanjo) that despite his military background whether he was able to solve the militancy problem in the Niger/Delta region when he was the President of Nigeria? Please what moral right does a former military dictator who failed woefully to confront militancy has to be blasting President Jonathan over the activities of political terrorists in the Northeastern Nigeria? President Goodluck Goodluck is not a magician. He is the only President that has governed the nation of Nigeria in line with the rules of law. Despite the incessant attacks and insults on him in the media, he has refused to jail any Journalist, socio-commentators and bloggers. Jonathan has respected the fundamental human rights of Nigerians than any other Leader Nigeria ever had. The Change Agents have been tested in Lagos State, what they gave us was cosmetic governance. We tested one of them in Ekiti, it ended in 16-0. A change Agent in Osun has refused to pay workers' salary for 3 months. Same in Oyo State. Edo State civil servants are the worst paid in the country. No Street Light Pole is working in the whole of River State. The National Leader of the Change Agents has bought virtually all that is gold and glitters in Lagos State. They said PDP has ruined Nigeria, meanwhile, Obasanjo and Atiku, the Chief Navigators of the Change Agents spent 8 out of the 16 years PDP has been governing Nigeria. 26 out of the 31 Governorship Candidates of the Change Agents are former members of the PDP. Lastly, I wish to advise Obasanjo to start talking like an Elder statesman he calls himself. George Bush would not talk to Obama the way Obasanjo has been talking to Jonathan. Thambo Mbeki would not talk to Jacob Zuma the way Obasanjo has been talking to Jonathan. Gordon Brown would not talk to David Cameroon the way Obasanjo has been talking to Jonathan. Is Obasanjo the only former President in Nigeria? Why always Obasanjo? Nigerians, think! Think!! Think!!! |

THIS NEWS IS NOT CONFIRM. JUST CALLED MY FAMILY IN BENIN AND THEY SAID IT MIGHT BE RUMOUR, THAT THEY HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. PLEASE LETS STOP THE RUMOUR UNTIL ITS CONFIRMED |
APC CANNOT BE SEPARATED FROM PROPAGANDA AND LIES. We are aware that several of them, especially the National Publicity Secretary, have been marked down for arrest in the days to come. We know there are evil plots to frame some of them on trumped-up charges. We know our lives are in danger. But these and more will not deter us from continuing to act in the national interest or from seeking to effect change through the ballot box. HE SHOULD SHOW US PROOF OF THIS CLAIM Tinubu’s Lagos home has been under siege by soldiers for four days TINUBU OWNS THE NATION NEWS PAPER AND TVC AND STILL THEY CAN SHOW US PICS SOLDIERS AROUND HIS HOUSE |
Jonathan has said election will be conducted and if he loss, he will handover while are some people still speculating this interim government. APC should let nigeria be, their desperation is getting to much and it might put them into bigger problem than the can imagine |
NO PICTURE, I DON'T BELIEVE. TINUBU OWNS THE NATIONS NEWSPAPER AND TVC AND STILL HE CANNOT SHOW PROOF OF MILITARY AROUND HIS HOUSE. APC CAN ONLY WIN IF THEY STOP LIEING |
WHY DOES APC STAND TO GAIN BY ALWAYS LIEING |
Tinubu's Bourdillon home at 4.40pm Tuesday, but he claims combat ready soldier has been around his house for three days now. This is my proof that it's all lies and propaganda or if anyone have the proof he or she should upload it for all to see.

THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE. THE MAN IS SPEAKING FOR HIMSELF. BENIN PEOPLE ARE GOING TO VOTE GEJ IN MASS. ALSO IN ESAN AND AFEMAI GEJ HAVE WON ALREADY. ESAN AKUGBE....... AHU |
The reason y I hate APC, is that they will not commend and appreciate our law enforcement agency for this achievement. But they will be quick to condemn when boko haram kills civilian. |
How did APC know what will be discussed in the meeting. The way this party spread lies and propaganda is alarming well we are still waiting for Amechi to finish what he started by naming pastors who collected bribe and am also waiting for his mass protest. |
1. Obasanjo’s government spent $16bn for power and only achieved a name change from NEPA to PHCN yet some people and even Obasanjo say Jonathan’s Government is corrupt. 2. Olusegun Obasanjo and Atiku Abubakar were involved in a $180m Halliburton bribery scam that made world headline news, yet Obasanjo says Jonathan’s Government is corrupt. 3. Obasanjo and Atiku spent about N1trn with Siemens for the production of the National ID Card, with a N34bn bribery scam. I am yet to get mine, yet Obasanjo says Jonathan is corrupt. 4. Bola Ahmed Tinubu used Babatunde Raji Fashola to build 1 kilometer of road for N1.2bn while Akpabio of PDP built same for N120m yet Tinubu and Fashola say Jonathan is corrupt. 5. Bola Tinubu and Raji Fashola spent $460 million (N55 billion at 2009 exchange rate of N118/$1) of tax payers' money in the name of Lekki-Epe Concession Company (LCC) to build a toll gate and went ahead to tax Lagosians even after claiming to have bought back the concession for using the road with no records, yet Tinubu, Fashola and Obasanjo say Jonathan is corrupt. 6. Buhari delegated all powers to Afri-Projects Consortium (APC), a consulting firm owned by his Wife’s brother which allowed his In-law’s firm to initiate all projects for the defunct PTF, approve and execute all projects for the PTF. APC made away with N25, 758,532,444 (Twenty-five billion, seven hundred and fifty-eight million, five hundred and thirty-two thousand, four hundred and fourty-four Naira). Buhari claimed he did not know but both Buhari and Tinubu claim Jonathan is corrupt. 7. Rotimi Ameachi spent N50bn to build a 2kilometer monorail that is yet to be completed; but Amaechi, Tinubu & Buhari say Jonathan is corrupt. 8. 56,000 ghost workers were discovered and flushed out but the former President asked GEJ to allow the 56,000 ghost workers remain in "service". When President Jonathan ignored this "request", Obasanjo claimed he was corrupt. Nigeria was rated the 2nd must corrupt Nation in the world sometimes within 1999 – 2007 when Obasanjo was president, then rated 3rd from 2007 to 2011 but in 2014, Nigeria was rated 37th in the world with a four months review that will place Nigeria at the 46th, yet Obasanjo says Jonathan is corrupt; even the PDP refugees that are now APC Change Sloganeers are saying Jonathan is corrupt. It is a truism that Nigeria is steadily changing for the better in all facets as the systemic rot did not set in in one day. NIGERIANS! Please judge for yourselves and say NO to any fake CHANGE. It is selfish and deceptive! You must be the change you wish to see in the world. - - - Mahatma Gandhi Like · |
Atleast we know how PDP got the money they were spending for campaign but please how did APC get the money they are spending for campaign, because they have spent more than PDP |
I just hate this APC because of their lies and propaganda. Any report or information that doesn't favor them, its either fake or cooked. If they think they will rule Nigeria with these propaganda and Lies the should rethink |
eluquenson:you are and hypocrite fashola started the construction of that bridge in october 2008 and finished it in 2013, while the FG started the second Niger Bridge in 2013. it took fashola 5 years to construct the bridge while this is just the 2nd year in the construction of Niger bridge. GOD BLESS GEJ, GOD BLESS NIGERIA |

Fellow Nigerians, I was very shocked today to see General Muhammadu Buhari in attendance at the Council of State meeting currently ongoing at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The General had avoided every crucial meeting that requires his contributions to the development and peace of Nigeria for over 9 years now, only to suddenly appear at today's meeting when it involved the issue of election. The only way you can know a leader that truly loves you or your country is through his contributions to the socio-political and economic prosperity of our country. without mincing word and I stand to be corrected, Grandpa appeared to me like someone who is only interested in taking from Nigeria but not giving anything in return. If I am wrong, please prove me wrong now by stating any of his personal/private contributions to his community in Daura, Katsina State and in any Nigerian State or community since he left office in 1985. |
There was pandemonium in Ajegunle area of Lagos State, yesterday, when political thugs exchanged gunfire which led to the death of two people. LEADERSHIP gathered that a politician (name withheld) vying for the Senate was accompanied by his supporters, including suspected thugs, from Amukoko in a campaign, but when they arrived Ajegunle area, some thugs loyal to another politician of same party, wanted to know why they had to encroach into the area without informing them. An eye witness, Ibrahim, said the Amukoko thugs called Campus Boys were the first to open fire, causing their opponents to fire back. He said two people were shot dead while about six people were wounded during the process. LEADERSHIP gathered that a top politician vying for another tenure in the Lagos State House of Assembly on APC platform, Ladi Balogun heard the shooting and quickly called the policemen attached to Ajegunle division. The acting divisional police officer of the Ajegunle police station, SP Augustine Chime, led a team of policemen to the scene. Upon seeing patrol vehicle approaching, the thugs took to their heels to evade arrest. Ibrahim disclosed that, “All the appeal for peace made by the politician proved abortive as both thugs pulled out their guns. Passers-by and residents of Layinka, Barra, Arumoh, Oduduwa, Olowojeunjeje, Alayabiagba, Iyalode, Ojora, and Bale streets respectively, scampered for safety. Alayabiagba Boys were the hoodlums that faced the visiting Amukoko hoodlums. “I had to run into somebody’s house when I saw the guns with hoodlums. They were many,” he said. http://leadership.ng/news/409311/thuggery-2-gangsters-die-shootout?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter |
