The only way you can format an internal HDD is by trying to install an OS or better still remove it put it inside an external HDD case, plug it into another system then format.

Remove the CMOS battery for up to 30 minutes the replace it back, the password should now clear

Made further research for Iyalaje 1 on the smart watches, of all the ones i saw, this particular brand caught my attention KINGELON K2 it has many name on the internet and it is also known as Ansmart Swatch Universal Smart Watch, Star Kingelon K2 or Star E2602 .. You might wanna check it out ma'am if its any good and affordable and within your business channel i think i might have you order one for me.

Man you seen to have reoccuring problem with linux particularly network manager 0.7 wich has always work for me well different stroke to folk right?

The guy tat has haiar d200 have tried connecting for a guy before and i must confess i dont like it first, its a winmodem made by quallcomm and it can be be problematic after you might finish configuring it, secondly, you must be prepared to get your hands dirty if you are comfortable with that.

The reason why i dont post is because of this very forum its a pain in the ass sometimes what you post will not be displayed and what i posted yesterday was not what i originally submit. Anyway you can search the synaptic and am not talking about quick search use the word livecd and check the result one by one and am sure you'll see it the pacage name start with d,sorry i have this short memory problem. yes it can mirror the harddrive to create some sort of livedvd that you can used to boot from another system other the one you create the dvd from. I don have a linux system now i could hv search for it you

Theres this debian/ubuntu application that does it though its natively debian package have forgotten the name but its in the normal ubuntu repository, forgotten the name but just search the synaptic, if i remember well after mirroring your drive if allows you to burn it to the dvd the file system alone and not your personal files i.e content of the home folder you can boot from it as a live cd from another system. its awesome have only used it once and thats a long time ago but i stumbled upon it live last year while checking for a particular application through the synaptic. goodlucks

yeah blackweaver is right that unless your home directly that fail to mount that kinda of thing has not happened to me b4 in my years of using linux solely and try sound juicer its the best around and concerning your music reaper crashing of some sort lunch them from the terminal you know that should give you the clue where the problem lies. If its lack of mp3 encoder thats causing them to crash install lame.

I cant wait for the new gnome to arrive or maybe i'll be making my switch back to kde. Cheerio

If you basically want qt4 why not download kde4 applications as it comes with qt libraries and which i think is what matters than trying to compile.

About the proxy thing i have had that problem myself before and it was caused by the update manager working in the background and as you know apt, synaptic and updtate-manager are basically the same (thing more or less). Simple reboot fixed that. And you said that you are not using any proxy directly or indirectly? open top in terminal and see if any application that might be using apt, like if u using mint there about four or five application using apt in mint. google for the problem cos am always too lazy to consult google

i dont think you need to go to nokia site to download qt just install an application that has qt as its dependencies like vlc or any kde application the qt should be installed and any application should be able to access it thereafter.

If you need to repair your bootloader just search for and download supergrub its a 4mb application just burn it to a cd and boot from it and voila it will repair ur bootloader
