Mankind2024: Target or exit price ?? If you ain't ready to accept the worst scenario of sub N18.00 or possible negative equity, please japa or surrender current holding at trough length +/_ N18 to N30. The Breweries are in for the worst case scenario in the history of NGX. Due to the negative impact of the devaluation of the naira and the high cost of funds on the Company’s capital structure, especially on the Company’s debts, the proceeds from the Rights Issue will help to reduce the huge debt burden arising thereby leading to a healthier balance sheet.” “Coupled with ongoing cost savings and other operational efficiency efforts, the Board is optimistic about steering the Company back to the path of sustainable profitability in the near future.” The implication of the above is that you may buy NB or any of the Breweries for your children future and generational wealth antecedents. For the current PBAT reform to normalise, it would take at least 5 years, plus ➕️ his guarantee 2nd term. Any breakage in governance will further reverse the anticipated future reward of current suffering in Nigeria. Thanks for the insight. Fowl wey never see food chop, dey think of future generation? |

Mankind2024: Back to the falling knife phenomenon. IB is likely to test sub N3.50 or less, by December 2024. if there is no turnaround after the current RI, then, potentially heading for DELISTMENT by 2028 or thereafter. The current RI is the 2nd in less than 5 years. The RI of 2019 Nov/December was a fantastic failure. International Breweries raised N164.39 billion through a rights issue of 18.266 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N9 per share. The said rights issue was pre-allotted on the basis of 17 new ordinary shares of 50 kobo each for every eight ordinary shares of 50 kobo each held as at the close of business on November 6, 2019. The Management claimed it was fully subscribed. To me, I'm of the opinion that some selfish people are in to acquire this Breweries at a give away price of Sub N1. A hidden agenda cannot be ruled out, anything is possible in Naija.
NB still falling, may likely stop falling and breach the N30 by year ending, may recover fully from the phenomenon, earlier than predicted.
Champion B may likely test sub N2 by year ending, potential delistment vs buy out. New owner vs conflicting state interest.
Guiness is difficult to call, might delist if there is no turnaround, the management of the company is still in denial. It was rumoured in mid 2023 that the company was planning to exit the Nigerian Market. Time will surely tell if there is any incubating exit plan on their agenda.
The falling 🔪 knives of the Breweries will surely present an opportunity for the most patient investors, maybe from 2030, if there is a turnaround, otherwise the Breweries would suffer the fate of what befell the construction industries in the 90s. Nigeria Breweries NB, Buy more, Hold on, or Sell Off? What is the Target Price? |

For your information the fact that the marriage ceremony was actually done does not cure the fact that the promise was fraudulent since its sole intention was to 'extract' sex from the lady involved. And in court, how will you prove that his intent was just to sex her? His word against her own. |

I know a guy who did it. I will keep out the name of the lady and the State where it happened. But this is not fairytale. All the 'Elders' were arranged. None were real. The guy bleeped the girl mercilessly even when she was pregnant. Until her tummy came out very well, then he told her the truth that he did it just because she was forming hard to get, and relocated. If you doubt me, it happened in Rivers State. Enough said. |

Exousiang01: Only commoners talk like this. People of royal and noble blood dont talk this trash. Pray make you no get issue wer go require your king to involve, na that time you go sabi say them get power. if they no longer exist, then there would be no need for them to resolve shit. They are meant for the waste bins. Only fools still regard monarchs as anything. I spit on the name of the Obi of Onitsha, the Igwe of Nnewi, the Oba of Benin, the Emir of Kano, the Alaafin of Oyo, the Ooni of Ife, the Sultan of Sokoto, and all other nonsense people called monarchs in Nigeria. Since I was born, I have never needed any monarch for anything, and will never need any monarch for anything, unless I go into politics, then as usual, I will go to their palaces just to bribe their greedy hands, so that I can get votes from the stupid people who still listen to them. After the election, whether I win or lose, I am again done with their irrelevant arses. (Spits) |

In the whole world and more so in Nigeria, all royal families should be kicked out and disroyaled immediately.
They are totally useless, and inconsequential. Imagine a Professor still getting involved in royal nonsense. I spit on all his academic certificates. Useless Professor. |

"I had been speaking to this babe for weeks and our chemistry was good, so I was looking forward to spending time with her. She said she would be available to meet after she completed a project she was working on, and I kept waiting for the green light to plan a wonderful evening for both of us. I got lucky one evening or so I thought, and she agreed to spend an evening together. The day came and I went to pick her up from her house, and she came out with a friend of hers. Throughout the evening, she kept talking to her friend and I felt like a ghost. That was the last time I saw her. I cannot be with someone like that." |

"This was back in Uni, but it was record-breaking. I had a talking stage guy called Eze. At the time, he was older than I was and was working while I was in school. On Valentine’s Day of that year, he came to pick me up for a date. He took me shopping for clothes and shoes. Afterward, we went to have dinner at a fancy restaurant. We ordered food and just as we were about to settle in to eat, he got up, excused himself, and disappeared. I called and called him, but he did not pick up the phone. I waited and waited for him to come back but he did not show up. I could not even eat my food because I was so upset so I got them to pack the food and I went home. Only for him to ring me the next morning and act like nothing happened the day before!" |

"I went on a date with a guy who should probably be hired to work in MCC within one of the Heirs Holdings companies. He literally had his phone out the whole time and it was off-putting. When he came down from the car, he made a video of me walking, which isn’t my vibe or something people in our generation do. When we got to the restaurant, he kept taking pictures of me which frankly made me feel uncomfortable. Where the hell did he plan to post all these pictures? I know I’m a hot babe but act like you’ve been here before and stop embarrassing your family. The final straw was when he asked me to take a picture of him. I already do that at work, I’m not trying to do that during moments that are supposed to bring me happiness." |

"We met at a motive, and he got my snap. Things led to things, and he said he wanted to take me on a date, my choice (He’s an IJGB so he said he didn’t know places, in hindsight, it wouldn’t have been hard to ask his friends but let’s not talk about that). It’s funny because when we were setting this up, he had to move an appointment and was telling me “Oh I’d always put you first.” On the day of the date, we were going to see a movie), and on our way, Zinoleesky’s manager texted him that he wanted him to produce a song for a person he manages, so he told me it was an opportunity that he couldn’t miss out on. He’s a music producer, my first mistake was answering him when he said he worked in the entertainment industry. We watched the movie, got ice cream, and then he carried me to that studio session in one apartment bedroom. At the time I thought it was alright, but in hindsight, maybe not. Two days later, he ghosted me. A day or two after that he sent me his beats on Snapchat unprovoked, without an accompanying message. I aired him obviously." |
