Hmm, I think so because a jobless woman speaking low of #500k salary of a single man can never be satisfied. The ideal thing would have been to talk about her own joblessness and how she hope to get a job as quickly as possible to support her man's 500k salary.

Her inability to see her own joblessness as a bigger issue than her man’s 500k salary is deeply troubling. Now picture her audacity/confrontations if she lands a 1m job while he’s still at 500k. Trust me, you don’t want to picture it, my dear. 😀

I understand your point.
With due respect to the OP, most ladies like his don't aspire to earn significantly as they believe in a man footing the bills. They may end up becoming a non earning SAHM.

Acidosis:
It's not just that someone earning less than 50k has the audacity to mock and belittle their partner's 500k salary. The problem is that the instant that woman earns even a single kobo more than her man, that marriage ends and never to be revived again.

Why do you think so sir?

Hotels are no longer safe.

honestly
It's a problem of strength of character

After this administration and he continues his presidential ambition from where he stopped, I will never take him serious.
Is it safe to assume that we rarely have people with strength of character in the political space?

I used to respect Tope Fasua back then. His posts prior to his political appointment was always insightful.
Upon his appointment by the current government, I don't understand this former presidential aspirant anymore.

The OP's instruction is clear but some teachers didn't read to the end.

There are several authorised samsung service centers

i fixed my phone at their center in saka tinubu.

https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/offer/nigeria/service-centres/

addresses are here

please shine your eye well

the samsung center in saka tinubu is on the first floor of a storey building. there is one bastard opposite them with a store with samsung service center branding. . they will pretend to be samsung people - but they are just your run of the mill phone repairers

the samsung service guys may or may not have the screen on ground. you would have to pay and they would call you to return in a week. i think i paid 150k, i cant remember. a week later, they called me and they replaced the screen in 20 minutes

Thanks a lot sir. I'll give check them out.

SamuelLoch:
This was me until last year... From a line to several lines affecting my eyes... Research said it was a software update, but a staff of Samsung service center said it's pressure that killed the "cell"

Long story cut short... I made the switch to Huawei and I really do not miss my Samsung streak...
AMOLED screen with rich features, some features beats Samsung...You may want to look into Huawei (high-end models)

By the way, I replaced the super AMOLED screen thrice in less than 2 years and I didn't damage the screen in any way. I hope this won't be your case

I don't think I want to replace as my Note 8 was also screen issues.

Mpcoll001:
try Google pixel. I switched to pixel late last year after being a Samsung fan for about 8yrs

I'll think about it. Thanks a lot.

I returned to the embrace of my Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro after my Samsung galaxy note 9 turned green and went dark.

No one should have to pour money down the drain like that

I've been loyal to the brand since 2013 but not anymore. I'm looking for a reliable brand to switch to.

Kewtt:
Stay away from Samsung phones especially the amoled screens. Cos you'll be buying only the screen. Xiaomi offers spare parts in Nigeria..... Samsung you go find spares tire

I woke up to a green line on my S20 in December and now a pink line yesterday 😪

On the contrary- it reduces the cost of governance as the Ministers will be elected members of parliament- not just anyone from the street because he us a friend of the President, so the likes of Betta Edu who embezzled billions of naira would not have been Ministers in the first place

Are you sure they'll run the model you stated above or run another that suits them.

Another increment to the cost of governance we ought to bring down.

Tech people should get more innovative. Why should I send money from GTB to zap only to send it out to Zenith or Opay? What's wrong with GTB to Zenith or Opay directly? Nigerians are no longer interested in fintech apps that add nothing to their account balance.

An investment based app that incorporates traditional investment instruments (shares, treasury bills, MMFs, etc.) and cryptocurrencies would have been a better innovation. A touch of Standard Chartered app's risk assessment + Yellow Card's trusted and tested crypto listings + i-Invest TB and fixed money instruments + VFD's target and crew savings + Palmpay's loan service will change the market's dynamics completely.

You don’t need to send money to zap before you send to other account. Zap is a direct debit platform that allows you to debit all accounts/cards you linked directly and make payments (transfer in this instance)

The pastor is correct. It's called honorarium. Even in my church, there's an unwritten rule that you cannot invite guests - whether a pastor or an artist - to your church and leave them empty-handed. This is quite different from appearance fees, which typically involve fixed amounts, legal conditions and consequences, down payments, and invoices.

Okay.

Acidosis:
Scope of church services in that you don't expect the pastor to start teaching people how to conduct weddings or church management in a bible study service or prayer meeting.

People who have been called need to be trained to manage their gifts properly. As powerful as the prophetic gift is, for example, it can be used to destroy a family if not handled correctly. Jesus taught and mentored 12 disciples. The training the 12 received was not the same as the training given to the crowd at the temple. Consider Apostle Paul and his mentee, Timothy. Same principle. Paul taught multitude like you would do in Bible studies, but he had people he taught the basics of church management and dispute resolution.

We know it is mainly to minister to the people. But we also know that, many times, churches invite them to draw crowd. However, we can’t use that as a reason to charge appearance fees. After all, many men of God also receive the same invitations for the purpose of drawing the attention of the multitude in hopes of winning them over, without charging any appearance fees.

See, nothing justifies appearance fees. Let’s just leave it at that sha.

MOGs don't call it appearance fees but a pastor colleague at RCCG confirmed to me that inviting his fellow pastor to his church is at a cost as they're not expected to go empty handed and if he's invited, he's expected to be honored. It's now a NORM not expressly stated but implied.

Hhmm

School and job opportunities in Nigeria is meant for the rich and those that have strong connections with the rich, it only favor them not the poor that have nobody, before we go understand and fully believe time go done go.

I beg to disagree. As regards school, I'm grateful for my parents making the sacrifice to train me.
As regards job opportunities, myself and my sister got our jobs through graduate trainee programs and got in without knowing anyone. My sister was promised a head office role during her interview as her CV was rich (first class graduate, worked in a top radio station...). She was posted to her desired department but not the desired unit and she's doing well.

I've always encouraged people to give their best when pursuing jobs and strive to be the best candidate as it's a FIERCE competition. It starts with the mindset. When my mentee was starting out, I told her never to have the mindset that good jobs are only possible through connections. She got into a good organization without knowing someone.

It'll continue to decline

Dont mind him.
He was a member of Christ Apostolic Church ( Bishop Idahosa) before he started Christ Embassy

Bishop Idahosa is Church of God Mission

Is NANS still relevant today?

Dear OP, is Masters of Development Finance professional or academic?

Also, how does one know the fees for the
courses as a post graduate student told me the fees were increased recently.

He didn't declare a state of emergency in lagos state during the impeachment of the speaker but invited them to abuja for settlement. Tinubu is a dictator

He hosted both parties (Wike and Fubs) but they couldn't reach a truce.

Is it Wike that demolished the state assembly complex in Rivers state?

He claimed renovation

They'll be fine in the end. It's the masses and the environment that will suffer

Why can't Wike be tamed?
