Asking Nigerians about that will make them upset because they believe they are rendering you an help. Do anyone know if Notarized Birth certificate, police report will be accepted because Italian embassy are making legalisation more difficult
Legalize it in any EU Embassy, if they are practicing the Hague Agreement then they should accept it in any EU Country

Most Nigerians married to Koreans are doing it for the paper... Korean women are not easy to live with ..and most of them are lazy
They messed up..i had a 9ja guy..that married a Korean lady..can u believe that when him and his wife went to immgration for his paper..they took her into a room ..when she came out she said ..that they told her he is using her to get paper . ey
They will take the paper back once divorced ..thats what i heard ..
The immigration offices does that to women from all countries if they feel something doesn't seem right or outright biased. Is that even possible for a Nigerian to become a SK Citizen? Coz I heard China doesn't.

You mean the USA won't give a damn?
Yes. Because they know for a certain the European Union nor the parliament will never enforce that. It's not like they truly value those EU countries.
Travel / Re: European Parliament Votes To End Visa Free Travel For US Citizens by eurozone1(m): 2:15am On Apr 04, 2017
dotcomnamename:
The European Parliament has voted to end visa-free travel for Americans within the EU.

It comes after the US failed to agree visa-free travel for citizens of five EU countries – Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Poland and Romania – as part of a reciprocity agreement. US citizens can normally travel to all countries in the bloc without a visa.

The vote urges the revocation of the scheme within two months, meaning Americans will have to apply for extra documents for 12 months after the European Commission implements a “delegated act” to bring the change into effect.

The Commission discovered three years ago that the US was not meeting its obligations under the reciprocity agreement but has not yet taken any legal action. The latest vote, prepared by the civil liberties committee and approved by a plenary session of parliament, gives the Commission two months to act before MEPs can consider action in the European Court of Justice.

Australia, Brunei, Japan and Canada were also failing in their obligations, but all four have lifted, or are soon to lift, any visa restrictions on travel for EU citizens.

The Commission is legally obliged to act to suspend the visa waiver for Americans, but the European Parliament or the Council of the European Union have the chance to object to the “delegated act” it uses to do so.

In December, MEPs pressed for the move in order to “encourage” Washington to play its part, according to a statement by the parliament.

But Migration Commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos warned of “consequences”, including potential “retaliation” and a drop in visitor numbers precipitating substantial losses for the continent’s tourism industry.

I will not be used as a bargaining chip in the Brexit negotiations
Just days ago the Council said it would liberalise the visa regime for citizens of Georgia travelling into the EU.

Georgians can now, subject to final approval of the regulation, stay in any EU country for 90 days in any period of 180 days without needing a visa.

Carmelo Abela, Malta’s minister for national security, said: “This agreement will bring the people of Georgia and the EU closer together and will strengthen tourism and business ties. It follows the completion of the necessary reforms by Georgia, addressing document security, border management, migration and asylum.”

Last month it was reported that the EU was considering the adoption of a US-style electronic travel permit scheme – a move that could create a new administrative hurdle for British tourists after Brexit.

Immigration minister Robert Goodwill told Parliament the EU was discussing the possibility of introducing a version of America’s Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA).

Currently foreign travellers must pay a fee of $14 (£11) when they complete ESTA, an automated online system that determines their eligibility to travel to the US.

“British people are now used to the US ESTA scheme and, therefore, we view with interest how the European scheme might develop and what similarities, and differences, there may be to the US scheme,” Mr Goodwill said.

“This type of scheme is generally there to help enhance security. To get to know as much as possible about the people who are intending to travel.

“It isn’t just flights, it could be people using ferries, or other border crossings into the European Union.”

Alan Brown, an SNP member of the European Scrutiny Committee, pointed out that Leave advocates in the referendum campaign had said there would be no need for visa-like travel schemes after Brexit.

The current refugees situation is making people very nervous, then multiply that with people who DO NOT want to see black people, and then multiply that with a city well known for racist attacks. Do your research and decide for yourself.

@Abnur Okay Thanks, but I have done the Authentication of my Certificate In Lagos state ministry of education, before I found this thread and the schools I sent to in Poland accepted it, what I just want to be clear about is Would the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legalise it, like do they care to know if it is State Ministry or Federal Ministry.
Or they would only look forward to the stamp on it and see the proof of its authenticity, then proceed with the legalisation,

And how cool is Katowice/Gliwice?

I would definitely NOT recommend you going to such a remote part of that country.

No u cannot take any form of contract from Poland if u don't live in poland..
A buddy of mine that arrived Europe recently was thinking of switching to Poland coz of the cheaper tuition fee, how easy do you think it is to be given US summer work visa from Poland? I know it have gotten quite difficult around the western Europe.

Things have really changed in Poland, the last time I was there in Poland things is not the same anymore, people don't visit Herenda, Naija boys have really given naija a very bad image, too many pregnant and single mothers everywhere, I was even thinking whether I'm in UK or Poland. These stuff you mentioned was happening 2011-2012, even the polish girls I met abroad are more friendly than the ones I met in Poland a year plus ago.

Well I'll be humble to admit say I dey wrong shaa.

All the same...the embassy was not fair to us back then.....2010 specifically.....meeen...they had a 99% refusal rate back then.
It was more of less like a scam on Nigerians trying to school in Poland back then....they just dey collect all of us 22k visa fee for free...
and when you get to the embassy they reject you for no reason.
We couldnt fight back.....three of my cousins were refused for no reason...and when one of them called back to ask for the reason he was refused....the embassy started threatening him ...very unprofessional

I was even lucky that the school return about 2700 euro out of the 3000 euro I paid...but believe me the school use my eye see shege before they return the money..i almost get heart attack....because that moni na osusu wey my mother collect for contribution....lol....some schools dont return a dime..

so guys you see why I dey vex for the embassy....but all the same I was wrong in my previous post thats why Ive deleted it.

funny enough....most of us wey the refuse back then didn't give up.... Femi is now an aeronautic engineer based in Holand, Austin is now is the US Army and Nedostic is now doing his PHd is Czech.

Perhaps everything na part of God plan for us.....that's why they reject us back then.

Its nice to know the embassy is now issuing again...For those that have enough money...I'll advice you remain patient and apply for Australian or Canada....they give a lot of student visas these days

My advice for those currently studying in Poland (Eurozone and others) with current Polish visa is that they use Poland as a stepping stone to other countries. Europe is in a deep mess and it may even get way more messy...You can take a clue from Mikkyangel....even though we both no agree on my previous post on yabbing those yeye polish embassy, I still respect him a lot with how he goes the extra miles to help people with info.....the guy is not stingy with info at all...he's a great guy

Sorry bro, but you seem to get it quite wrong, am not living nor studying in Poland, neither am I looking for polish visa for myself. I have been living in Europe for reasonable number of years. My inquiries here was for a friend who is considering Poland as an option of studying in Europe. All the same I don't believe Poland to be that bad, atleast wasn't when I visited there few years ago.

Quite a good number of schools admit Nigerian students without the need of TOEFL. You have to write the universities for a waiver since you already had all your education life in English language. Best of luck.

I can't say am surprised. Poland have always been affiliated with anything Racism. The level of their ignorance is mind boggling. It's quite funny coming in contact with them outside their country. That is when you can see the true form of their ignorance and low esteem. I have been very much around, a simple Google Search or interview with a Pole will show you what low life they are, mostly from their male counterparts . Ignore it bro, take it as one of those things.

Nigerian immigration staff at the Airport checking are criminals, I remember seeing a full adult dude for so bullied about parting with some money that he cried when he heard his flight announced for check-in, the look on their faces when another guy arrived and they were about to start with their bullying before the guy brought out his EU passport and with a frown on his face, lol, that is how case was immediately dismissed.
