Adverts / Re: I Need Contacts For Sources Of Charcoal Urgently by EVERWIN(m): 12:29pm On Feb 28, 2010
@AMG
@anyone that want to start charcoal export to Belgium

Can not give the link out by now.

My company is going to sell it in Belgium itself in collaboration with superstores X.

First I have to finish other biz; car/bus/trucks import in Nigeria (finish march-april).

After this I want to accept exportdeals of palmoil and charcoal in Belgium (before june).

Except when I see something better in Naija like oildeal/petrolstation/haulage/construction.

I'm not going to export myself becos i don't want headake from NEPC or something else.

You/reader have CAC and Nepc registration for charcoal or export on you own risk.

You export yourself till Belgium.

But if you want to go 4 incentives like EE Grant then on paper I can give a valid order(garanty needed) without any advance pay.

Pay on arrival after Belgium custom stamp.

You have to know its not like to put charcoal in container and export and sell it like that in Belgium.

If you import in bulk then nobody want it realy. You have to know what they want here.

*the specifications

*price/quality

*packaging

For getting specifications; samples are needed on different stages of the export.

Like first you have to produce an sample before starting, the sample have to come from an average of all you suppliers.

This first sample must have the same parameters as the last sample, else the deal fail!!!

Then its expected that the whole cargo have the same specifications.

Samples (max 1kg.) with data and your companyname can be dropped at offices in B/C and Lagos.

This people bring it to me in Belgium to labtest it.

For the prices they change easely and have to be competitive for coming season.

For the packaging: this is a very important part of the success of charcoalbiz.

Everthing falls or go with this; If you're going to pack this in Belgium you're going kaput, it cost to much labour.

It have to be packed correctly in Naija where labourcost is cheap.

And this in strong papersack packs of 3-5-10kg closed with rope.

Following the rules here some things have to be printed on top in dutch/french/german/english before the government allow it for selling in the shops.

This are the big guidelines for charcoal if we start then we go 4 details.

Joint ventures are nice in this, but I like that my partners also travel europe-africa to follow up together the biz.

What is a red flag here?

The 15000euro to invest?

Know that he hold his money himself till he gets his own choice of the units. After paying 4it he get Belgian government garanty that this units is for him to export.

Cash and carry, with government garanty.

Last time my biz partners have +750000euro profit but this was exceptional becos we help a failed shipping company from Germany to close down.

This is an extra garanty becos before my bizpartners arrive with more then 300units cars and trucks and to many people became jealous in naija and try everthing to block them in naijaport.

Then 4 your so called next red flag:

"To show you this biz and the way I ask 50% of your nett profit payable after finishing this first trip."

This is the entry fee to join but he pay it after succesfull sales and only on the nett profit.

Red flags suppose to sound like:

*give me personally 15000euro to invest.
*pay upfront 25000euro before we think if you can join us.

This units are very cheap to purchase becos they are all from my Nigerian debtors.

This units come from Naija people in Belgium that want to do carbiz before but are blocked sometimes becos of personally problems sometimes of money problems.

I get them free of their problems and get their goods. I get acceptance from Belgium government to export them as now the real and new owners.

Naija people in Belgium don't get money anymore to do this biz. My bizpoartners are IBO spareparts and car/trucks dealers that come special for this to belgium from Nigeria.

So all this units are already choosen by naija people to ship and sometimes already loaded with goods.

I'm very real and if you ask in naija community in Belgium about me they know I rule this biz and other biz.

I'm not an nigerian but a Belgian from traditional family in Belgium.
Politics / Re: Constitution Ammended: Presidents & Governors Must Hand Over Before Vacations by EVERWIN(m): 6:44pm On Feb 25, 2010
I like the frontshow appearance from the senators when they arrive with their nice BMW, 4X4 and wearing their laces/suits.

But during the sitting it was sometimes difficult to follow becos the microphones were falling out or were switch off at once, but SP David M. arrange it perfectly.

The senate was very creative and serious to vote this bill. This was a realy long debate.

It was nice when they came one by one to talk. And at the voting they all said loudly yes or no.

Very nice impact this loudly voting system maybe something to do in our parlement.

Let see now how the bill is going to roll in the house of Reps.

It was also an important day for our party in Belgium, our man Van Rompuy is now the first President of Europe, but thats another topic.

Come to Belgium.

You can joint venture with us (Belgian and Nigerians) if you have minimum 15000euro/trip to invest.

No risk, cash and carry car biz. +200 cars, bus, trucks available that is suitable for Naija market.

We are inside this biz since many years. Company in Belgium and Nigeria.

How it go?

You stay in Belgium for 14days (or at least 4days) to prepare and buy the units with us together.

Then We start cutting cars/bus trucks to lower shipping cost, and to sell them as spare parts later.

The rest of the units we keep to ship directly.

We load professionally the trucks with the spare parts together.

We ship them at Antwerp port.

We all go naija.

We claim them together.

I know how to ship and claim them stress free at the lowest price.

We sell them at market price. I know how to sell them at the highest price.

If you want I help you also to get your money back in Europe at no risk and mostly free.

So buy in Belgium cash and carry, ship it, sell it, transfer your money back.

All this you supervise and do it yourself together with us without employing any agent or somebody that run the biz 4 you in naija.

To show you this biz and the way I ask 50% of your nett profit payable after finishing this first trip.

Next trips as partner no cost anymore. Each trip takes 5 weeks preparation and shipping.

This biz have a ROI of 75% till 150%.

Car Talk / Re: Cargo Tracking Notes In Nigeria ? by EVERWIN(m): 2:38am On Feb 06, 2010
CTNS is a devilish system to generate revenue that will not reach the right hand fully.

I understand the view from NFG, that all this years the shipping agents all over the world chopped their revenue by not remitting monies to NPA, that they collect illegally from their clients.

This note was NFG reply on this and not to bring shipping agents to court becos they can not face them. But why designate 1 petite Ltd. for the whole world, and not more?

Why the NFG don't organized a public hearing or debates.

As a social believer, I thinlk that all money have to share equally to all people and government. All people eat moi-moi equally. No poor, no rich.

You can do heavy profitable biz but not on the head of small people and share your profits you don't need.

I know how it go, I ran different shipping lines, accountancy, biz in europe-afrique-us-asia where this people combined not have. I never misused power. I share to help people.

I love naija my inlaw country and want to make it OK, and Antwerp my base have to stay like it is.

Maybe His Exc. Dr. Goodluck Jonathan have to help to rethink and change the note to a more honest one.

Maybe something like this: Cancel the TPMS contract its still in the initial probation (how can a shipping agent (Otal?) that don't pay any monies to FG before, work as unique collector?),

then charge the shipping agents the 80% of the note and don't allow them to charge it to their customers.

If the agents don't follow the rules to remit the monies to FG, then ban them for shipping to Nigeria.

Use Naija embassies to produce the CTN, like visa system or choose traditional people from Antwerp (maybe me) to run it on minimum cost.

Then only 20% of the note have to be paid by the shipper.

End of part two
Car Talk / Re: Cargo Tracking Notes In Nigeria ? by EVERWIN(m): 2:34am On Feb 06, 2010
This CTNS is a new and unnecessary procedure in the name of "to have more cargo and safety in shipping".

The real deal is to heavely fill up the pockets from a few in NFG and the small Ltd. from a few people in europe.

The grimaldi terminal in naija is a safe place and thats why importers don't need this note.

Dhr.Gijsels and Dhr.Janssens and one rep. of Benin guy (inventers of the CTN) hit the jackpot now by collaborating with naija government, they will soon reach the forbes list with issuing useless papers.

Not to forget Van Tichelen F. and Somogyi S., the runner and his booky. Five people that are going to eat billions from all over the world for having friends in NPA, FEC,,

They even broadcast that they will reach several millions of euros in a short period of time.

This small players target high and hit the bullseye "NFG" and start singing NAIJA MONEY NAIJA MONEY NON STOP. Give me a T and H and I and E and F and S, thank you.

Poor Nigerian Federal Government (FEC), they are misled easely becos they were searching a way to get their revenue that is legally theirs but never remitted by shipping agents.

Exporters don't have to pay much in the upstart fase, but later when they change rates it will cut off the last breath of naija export.

Importers start paying from 50euro till 2500euro or more depending on bulk/grouping + observations.

This will eat the already small profitmarge for importers of units and bulk. Still, importers will face; bribe customs and clearing, and see me cost.

In general it will slow down imports and later it will stop exports.

It will boost smuggling to unbelievable hights and so will NFG loose more money by lower importbiz and employement that they before plan to take with the ICTN system.

By the way this system have a weak point and there is a way that you don't have to arrange a note.

Its something like the cotonou-Lagos system, maybe I'm going to sell it in future.

End of part one

Business / Re: Dangote Liquidates $1.27bn Loans In 10 Banks by EVERWIN(m): 2:20pm On Jan 25, 2010
Mr Dangote is a great man, becos of connections he grew big and if banks borrow you any amount anytime you will have profitable biz.
Good he helps Nigerians to build up employment and trades to boost up GDP.
But I think he was force to pay back quicker. This is a peanut he give back, compare with the loans he get everywhere to pay.
He shows good repay, then his connections can arrange to get new loans to expand. Ok, this is good, so long the small people get also something even when they have to work for him.
Naija banks overborrow the friends elites, I think some banks have problems now.
How I see it, its 100% connections.
Let me tell you how I know:

When I was a time ago in naija, I want to go 4 contracts becos I get good things to build up the country, and have the power to exceute them 4 real.
It was difficult to arrange, no people that I know that have some influence to introduce me and for myself I find the distance to far to meet out of nowhere some big players.
A lot are airplayers (nothingworth), so I watch out and choose to trust only bizpeople that I see on tv or newspapers, but they're too far.
And maybe the real naija bizmen  going to say that my investment of 20% me, 20%nbizmen, 60%bank was stupid, and seeing a white person they think you have excess capital available.

Another of my country concurrent follow me from back, he get naija girlfriend that talk, talk and talk.
The girl make jumps and promisses of heavy shares in the biz so she reach the connections for him.
They dont get anything to invest themselfs only talks.

They push and naija bank give them 1.4BILLION just becos of connections, ,no colatteral or garanty.
They cash the money and don't know how to do the promised things.
Contracts that they don't know how to execute.
Then they ask around who can do the contracts, even in my country.
Sure theintroducers don't get any commissions from them.
They have empty shell companies international now that do a small % trades with the loan.
The bank need early repayments but I think the money fanish.

Only a few are ready in naija to build up solid things.
I like Dangote bizstyle, but his concurrent Mr Otedola is also doing a very good things and get people employed.
Properties / Re: Urgent Advice Needed: Start Business Or Buy Land? by EVERWIN(m): 6:13pm On Jan 23, 2010
First take a holiday, maybe abroad (europe). See everything from an other perspective.
Think, meditate and rethink.
Maybe you see something good to import to Naija. (I have some things)
Buy a sample of it and go back to naija.

Go to your village and buy farmland (use half million), employ there farmers (catfish, cassava, plantain)
Ask you're family and future wife inlaws what kind of small biz (hairdress, taxibus, market) they like, invest for maybe 8 people each N180000, for sure half of them going to fail you, but when even one succeed good, you're in biz. Stay on you're budget and don't let emotions carry you to give them more.
So you have land and food available and small source of income as backup.

Same time: Go to a good bank, don't say how much you have.
Open a Ltd. Start Import. Do everything officially, so you're going to qualify for many loans.

The things you buy abroad, you sell it double to customer in Naija.
Yourself put extra money on top like you sell it triple in the eyes of the bank, to get loan.
After doing this 3 à 6 months, ,naija bank freak out and offer you a loan or/and creditline (I know the do, so).

Employ you're father/mother/brother/sister that you trust on payroll and let them ask for loan or stand garanty for you.
You get loan for buying land at 2% and start building on credit.
Take the max. loans allowed and go inside more biz with it.
Like me, I like to borrow and borrow even when I have money, more money more biz possibilities and more profit.

Meantime your savings are used to generate many turnovers in your Ltd. Work together with real white europeans, not the fake libias or chinese.
Or work together inside a group with heavy famous bizpersons in naija.
And then stay alive in naija, becos friend/family/all the people want you're money and biz. Everyone want you then dead or alive and first like to scam you.

Let you're money roll in profitable investments again and again that you monitor personally, don't let it sleep in the bank, always ask the bank more loan to get more biz.

Is this loan for real estate or for import-export business?

I'm a Belgian and we can team up together.

I trade already more than a decade with naija.

There are a lot of things to do with this loan;

*import trucks, spare parts, caterpillars, machinery; garanty very profitable and I do this already, with this you can only win

*deregulation possibilities in oil sector: my Belgian concurrent is already is Nigeria and he secure a loan in an Nigerian bank without collateral for N1.4BILLION.

I don't know exactly the Nigerian movements in this sector but I can talk and fix contract with oil companies because some people are from Belgium/Holland like me.

*We can even bring oil and/or oilproducts in Naija from here.

*We can go 4 contracts in Abuja, or get from developers subcontracts.

*This 10M will be enough to let things start rolling, because when we start and I present myself with the projects, some people will follow automatic to join us.

Let me know what you prefer to do?
