Investment / The End Of Oando? We Don't Wait And Start Dropping Oando Shares by EVERWIN(m): 2:15pm On Oct 26, 2015 |
@Oando_PLC is stopping all projects and value them as legacy a good idea? Freeze and/or sell off a percentage of your downstream? Running upstream for $$$, and facing the global players that don’t support. Is #OandoIsNigeria or not? The coming week(s) are going to be crucial on the survival of Oando. Maybe Betting on the Conocophilips asset with Agip and the Chevron rig deal is enough to generate the hard needed cash , maybe not. Putting All the focus on cash generative to survive till next Q ?…orY?… xxxxxxxxxx No thank you, we continue dropping our Oando Shares worth millions. xxxxxxxxxx #HowLowCanYouGo #DropItLikeItsHot But we keep watching @cnbcafrica , @NSEcontact , @BizWatchNigeria , @nairametrics and @Oando_PLC for more news about Oando. #NowPlaying "On The Way down" - @RyanCabrera Thanks @Rotankwot for the song choice, realy fit the current situation. @TrafficChiefNG @btvanewsroom @GatewayTraffic Follow us on twitter @EVERWINIMPEX |

Now that Google is stopping his service of GNBO on the 15 march, does somebody know about other companies that deliver a similar free service? So our website http://everwin.gnbo.com.ng/home is going to be offline from the 15th march. We are still in business it's only google that stopped. We are thinking of a new website to start. Is here any NL or company also with GNBO, and what you choose as solution? What about the stress to transport all the data to a new place. 1 Like |

Fashion / Re: CAMOUFLAGE CLOTHES: Is It Illegal For Civilians In Nigeria?! by EVERWIN(m): 3:21pm On Apr 03, 2013 |
Legal or not, better don't wear it in 9ja as civilian, becos the guys with the gun are always right. I know the designer camo and police t-shirts are popular at parties. It's similar 2 one thing I meet be4, the importation of a big quantity of ex-army MAN trucks in Nigeria. Be4 importation they need repainting, take all the ammunition and arms out. Or get permission from the armyoga at the top, for bringing them in and repaint them in Lagos. |
Business / Re: People To Come Together And Start A Trustworthy Haulage Company. by EVERWIN(m): 8:31pm On Feb 13, 2013 |
True, got that idea 2 start a haulage company with more then 20 shareholders already since longtime. I believe strongly in partnerships with a lot of people becos when one Bleep up in biz theres more then 10 others to chase and beat him. So nobody can mess up or we will find him any where in the universe But, its not easy 2 start. We're you go see the shareholders/investors. And you have 2 know that there are companies in naija that own +8000trucks!!! Of course I/we can do better, I have 10M 2 start and years experience in naija and abroad. How much u people have? Min 20 people all bring same $. And another condition I be liftime director/chairman . |
Business / Re: Partnership in business - Your Experiences by EVERWIN(m): 12:50am On Feb 11, 2013 |
Oops I forget 1 biz i do be4 with naija and ghana partners. Moneytransfer and door 2 door. Lot of work and stress but rewarding. It was nice biz also but I stop becos the clients dont send much things anymore, its crisis 4 them. So bought me out. The number one biz is importation, thats running phantastique . |
Business / Re: Partnership in business - Your Experiences by EVERWIN(m): 12:38am On Feb 11, 2013 |
I went into many partnerships b4 and mostly it involve naija partners. My partners always have 2 bring equal investment into the biz. Once I start a retailbiz with a few female naija partners, they give headache a lot(lol), but it was good till the demand of the products in the market was not anymore there and we stop biz correctly. Another biz I started with naija Igbo partners many years ago (till 2day) was very profitable and successfull (stil is): the importation of trucks, busses and the spareparts from it. We bought gigantic much things, like whole auctions, government liquidations, vessels, each time many trucks, machineries, busses and cars. Then we prepare the cargo 2gether and do the shipping and claiming. Then we put it 4 sale or haulage. Its great, mostly be4 the cargo arrive all the things are already sold or having a purpose becos evryone want our goods. Every step of this biz is with nigerians and they're doing fine and honest. The only problem you can meet in a biz like ours is that people around you get jalous. I expected some 419 to happen in Nigeria but it happened in Belgium, end 2010. My white people waited till I was in Naija selling my trucks; then the thieves moved inside our trucksplace with the local belgian government they tricked to fight for them and trow the nigerians out of our place. You know naija people are not standing strong (pali or not) in our country so they run from them. My naija partner call me quick in Nigeria 2 come back 2 Belgium. I quick arrange some good Antwerp CID to face the local goverment. But they tooked all the trucks and goods 2 an unknown destination. Arriving back in my country I started my fight, firstly I put all the bad guys on the map. One policestation, but be4 i go there they close and run. Then i went 2 see the mayor and that 1 said ;"sorry, I was not knowing its from you" Then I see a belgian exporter (gangleader), that was so jealous that we we're successfull that he arranged this thing with a big transporter and a recycling company. I took the best lawyers (and my partners their best praying (pastors) and local powerfull 'doctors') and sue their asses off in court. During the waiting of the courtcase, some nigerian associations were offering us their support, like they want 2 go with hundreds of them there and break evrything. But then becos of our united effort and power we succeded and the bad guy went broke, the transporter out of biz and the recycling company returned our things. The courtcase was 100% won by us. Now its biz as usual. A few times I went 2 meet some nairalanders in naija. They were nice but I could not go with them into any partnership becos they were not having their own working money. And that even after my partners filtered them from the mass applicants. Nigeria is great 2 do biz but u have 2 serve the right god and have the luck to get the right bizpartners. Very soon I'm going 2 start another biz with partners (maybe a lot like cooperative biz) in Naija, so the youth get work and it involve agriculture, processing, transport that bring evryone $. But it can also be real estate. And in the mean time, don't trust anybody, clean ur mouth and carry on. (some guys know what i mean) 3 Likes 1 Share |

Even when you send 10 invitations, the invitees will bring their bros, sis, uncles, aunties, neighbours, with all their kids and their friends with kids and their bros and sis.... They can come from all over the world. As some passingby people see the party bubbling they join aswell. Better prepare its a african tradition you have 2 do it. Hope ur going to annonce it on NL becos we r ur best friends, so wheres the party? What u think about a beach party? I hope the beach is big enough to contain all ur guest.

trimwis: They truly entertain good. When I was in Naija and I was stopped at one big crossroad out of Agege by the police. They sent their girl police to talk 2 me. Men, she asked the usual fee of N100 but she was talking, dancing, lafing, touching , putting all her body through the window. I must say this is N100 well spent. After I go still saluting when I looked my backmirrow. From that time on when i'm around I have 2 pass my favorite policegirl checkpoint. Customs are moneydemons when you import goods they don't have concience, and their fees are the hardest to bid down. |
Business To Business / Re: If u are based in germany or belgium, please ur adivice is highly needed by EVERWIN(m): 7:25pm On Aug 31, 2011 |
@ bullet G This cars spareparts/engines was a good biz but now there are too much people inside this biz. The profit come slow becos of much sellers and changing rates can kill the profits. If you want to make serious money you have to enter trucks and trucks spareparts/engines biz. Impex this into 9ja bring more money then selling co ca in e. To start this u need min. 10T euros, that give you one truck and some spareparts, or any other nice combination. Normally you need more 2 invest but is a good start. Money is not everything you need also knowledge in this. I see big naijapeople buying cars/bus/trucks and once in naija they see that its not selling. To avoid beginners mistakes you can try (subjet to ur status) to join our team in Belgium. We can give you examples now at Antwerp, we have now 9 truckscombinations ready for shipping in september. There are also trucks/spareparts in Greece and Bulgaria that are in high demand in naija if you know how 2 search 4 it in these countries. Whats is also possible you buy busses and stuf them full with electronics (watch out 4 import restrictions), clothes,, and put the bus on top or inside a truck. I can also sell you cheap available roro or cargo space with my shipments 2gether, its perfect to ship ur spareparts and car engines cheap to 9ja, if you want email me. Another idea is buying bulk oliveoil in Greece and his islands/Cyprus (look 4 subsidies)and import it inside Nigeria (see Nafdac) for repacking and selling. Business / Re: Transport And Haulage Business by EVERWIN(m): 3:19pm On Jun 15, 2011 |
I want to sell my part of a Haulage contract: its between my naija/belgian company, a chinese construction company and an oil company. time of contract: 5years, (1months is gone already) monthly earnings: N450000N/truckhead+tipper, No other cost like management, repairs, bribes, maintenance, insurance,, place: port harcourt transporting; stones, gravel, building materials,, Everything written in a nice contract, one for the sale and one 4 the haulage. Sell it 4: N9Millions=> N1M downpayment and every month N150000N till N9m is paid in full if you bring in 1 truck. If you bring 2 trucks its N18M. You miss 2 months my payment; the contract break and ur out. My companions have already 6 trucks driving there, the person that buy my share is going 2 work together with them. I sell it becos I dont like to do things in PH or go to PH. I can assist the buyer in europe 2 buy a second hand truck(s) that is needed in this biz. If you bring ur own truck, the truck have to be in excellent condition to pass the test of the oil company! They don't like macks but if u realy have a good mack they consider becos one companion bring 2 macks and they accepted them. See my NL profile 2 contact me. Or put a reply here. |
