Hello sis

I grate the ginger, half of one for 50cl of water. Half of a lemon, I squeeze out the juice with the orange juice extractor.

Heat up the water, put the grated ginger in your mug and add the hot water, better still, boil the ginger, pour in your mug then add the lemon juice!

Don't forget to take it before washing your teeth.

Makes me feel like I am having some green tea.
