Well, they usually have a pay structure. It also depends on how much value is placed on your area of expertise. Go ahead and demand what you expect, if you are really needed, they will negotiate.

Thanks to all the guys and ladies that shared their encounters. Before this post, I used to think guys who were molested as kids were very few on earth, so I was surprised that my little/harmless tale of molestation could trigger up other people into writing about their own experiences.
