NB: Anyone that wanted to mention Fashola or Akpabio as doing well, should stop and marry the level of development in those states with what accrues to the state from the FG and revenue.

There is really nothng wrong with govs comming together to form an association or as the cas may be with the NGF,a uninon. Compare the pupil to school ratio in Lagos state to tht of any state in the country. Lagos state has more govt shools than any state in the country and also a larger population of students to cater for.
