Biden was under no obligation whatsoever to follow Trump's planned evacuation (which he didn't, by the way. Trump would have never screwed up this badly.) The type of visa and most especially the type of host often determine the length of hard times though. Before migrating, make sure someone is waiting to receive and put you through things.
