I don't know when Mike Ezhekome became an authority to quote, and you are peddling false info. Justice Ayo Salami was recommended for removal then to the president by the NJC, in which after his suspension and investigation, he was recommended for reinstatement by the same NJC. Jonathan didn't just blatantly give an order to suspend or remove him without the NJC recommendation...


After eight months on a controversial suspension that brought the nation’s judiciary to disrepute, Ayo Salami, who headed the federal Court of Appeal, was on Thursday recalled by the National Judicial Council, ending months of bickering and intrigues.

The National Judicial Council, the highest decision making body of the judiciary, voted 10 to 8, to reinstate Mr. Salami, confirming Premium Times’ earlier reports which quoted senior officials informed about the decision, hinting on his recall.



The decision, a source said, has been communicated to President Goodluck Jonathan, and a formal presidential order for his reinstatement is expected to be issued over the next few days.



Mr. Salami was sacked by the NJC under the former Chief Justice of the Federation, Aloysius Katsina-Alu, over what appeared more of a personality clash between the two heads of the appeal court, and the Supreme Court.

In law, "suspension is different from removal as sleep is different from death"

If you know any section that prevents the President from suspending the CJN, please educate me by quoting such a section.

It will serve you well if you can quote a section of the constitution providing for the suspension of the CJN...

The OP has been saying rubbish from thread to thread. Let him wallow in his ignorance... The suspension of the CJN is illegal and void. So the President chose to listen to the order of the CCT which is a lower court since that's his excuse, and decide to ignore the order of a superior court i.e the court of appeal to maintain status quo? Very interesting...

There's a rank of seniority in the judiciary and the legal profession as a whole. He's the most senior after Walter Onnoghen.... You don't expect them to bring a junior justice above him. It's not based on random appointment.

He doesnt't except it is a recommendation of the NJC and two-third of the senate has to pass a vote for such removal.

Section 292 of the CFRN 1999. -
(1) A judicial officer shall not be removed from his office or appointment before his age of retirement except in the following circumstances:-
(a) in the case of:-
(i) Chief Justice of Nigeria, President of the Court of Appeal, Chief of Judge of the Federal High Court, Chief Judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Grand Kadi of the Sharia Abuja and President, Customary Court of Appeal of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, by the President acting on an address supported by two-thirds majority of the Senate.
(ii) Chief Judge of a State, Grand Kadi of a Sharia Court of Appeal or President of a Customary Court of

Court case everywhere. Two different court (Federal High court and State High court) gave ruling on the same matter. State High court is in favour of APC and FHC is in support of INEC decision... Court of Appeal next.....

The bank lawyer came to court with the police order that was issued to withheld the bank account which the judge asked/instructed my friend lawyer to write/invite police in the next court date

The lawyer has wrote/sent invitation letter to the divisional police station to come/available in next court
date with whoever that made the complained/complainant about my friend acct

You still haven't answered my question, but anyway, I would say the police are not aware of the court case yet base on your scenario. Your friend lawyer serving the police a court order to produce the person who made the complaint is not enough notice. If the police are not aware of the case yet, they won't stop chasing him. Only a court order can stop them from harassing him. Normally, I expect that it's the police that should have taken the guy to court. Where is the guy now?

A cash in a friend bank account was withheld by bank.

He got to know about this when he decide to send some cash via his mobile banking app while his account balance showing minus/negative

His lawyer wrote a several letters to the bank about the incident which the bank ignored

His lawyer decide to sued the bank,then bank came with police/court order that was used to withheld the cash.

Which stated that my friend obtained money under false pretence.

The judge adjourned the case and instructed my friend lawyer to write an invitation letter to police,to bring whoever that makes a complained about my friend account to the court

The question is this,did police has right to arrest my friend on,before or after the case? Now that the case is in court of law...

My legal opinion on this is that, The police has the power to arrest your friend if a complaint is made against him because from the fact of your write up, you said he was arrested for obtaining money under false pretense which is a criminal allegation, and as such police can arrest him or invite him for questioning as the case maybe even before the case. Since you said it was your friend that took the matter to court, it depends if he's on bail by the police, he can still be questioned by the police even after the case (if jugdment has not been given yet) as investigation may still be ongoing except his lawyer seek the interferance of the court to seek an injunction against the police to stop harassing him pending the determination of the caase. thank you!

Yes, they were debeaked, I think at 18 weeks... But that doesn't mean much. Give them time, they will lay. Which feed are you giving them?

They are still on grower till a considerable number of them start laying before I will switch to layers mash. I feed them with Livestock Feed Self formulated. Also note that at their early stage of laying, the laying rate will be low but will pick up gradually. Try to give them multivitamin and relax, and hope for the best.

It's an honour... It's the content that matter, if the content is good, it will see the light of the day. The egg are still small due to the early stage. Only one was big among the eggs which was laid today.

Oh, I'm honored. I will answer your questions.
Firstly, I'm a Lawyer by profession and that's what I do for a living.
I started with 100 birds just for a trial to see how profitable the business is. Currently, I have 82 birds remaining. 14 died (11 died when they were still small and 3 died when they were matured due to sickness) and 4 was slaughtered because they were discovered to be male.

I bought the chicks at the rate of #230/day old bird (#23, 000). I have spent above 100k+ so far inclusive of the capital, feeding and drugs and excluding the construction of the Poultry house........ I spend about #6,300/week for their feeding and I'm expecting an average of 14-16 crates weekly i.e (if atleast 60-70 birds among the 82 lay daily that will be 70 x 7days = 490 divided by 30 eggs (in a crate) = approximately 16 crates and sold at 800/crate that is #12,800, minus the #6,300 for feed should give me #6,500 weekly... It may be more but just a rough estimate... Thank you

UPDATE: My birds are 23 weeks old exactly today, and few days ago, they started laying those Golden eggs just after a week of complaining here. They are currently on Multivitamins and I also gave them antibiotics. The change of feed did the magic (currently on LIVESTOCK self formulated feed). Lalasticlala and all those who contributed positively one way or another, Thank you... I'm happy and relieved
