CodeTemplar:Actually yam exportation is a crime in Nigeria, it's been so for many years. Just recently the Senate is working on it. Not just yam but many other food crops. That is why the customs had the right to seize the truck load of food stuff heading to Niger and co. There are many laws that seem to be dormant, the government activates them when they want to. As a matter of fact I think the crime for yam exportation is purnisable by death |
budaatum:Its amazing that this dude is posting the pictures of a white man to show the nation who is the largest producer of yam on earth an example.... Let me give you this free advice, please don't go close anything yam farming as you obviously know nothing about yams. Those your yams will be rotten in the earth. The big yams you see for dowry are not planted for two to three years.... Different species of yams produce different sizes, different tastes and different colors. The type of land you plant, the level of rain fall, the number of times you weed are some of the many factors that affect the sizes. Basic primary school agric text book would give you this basic knowledge. Don't let one white man fool you about yam. Yams are annual crops they die after one year, whatever that person is talking about is not yam, at least not African yam. And if what he showing in the pictures are his harvest after 3 years, well I laugh because we produce better yam in 1 year even in bad conditions here in Nigeria. Na free advice. I know you won't take the advice tho seeing the way you are here posting pictures and ready to show us that you know Some of us grew up having our yam farms at age 12 and you want to teach us about yam from a white man's article on the internet. Continue |
olaric:Ignorance is a crazy thing. So you don't know that if they are not registered to do business here it would actually be worse for them. They only reason why they are being handled like this is they followed the due process of doing business here, else they would have been treated terribly.... |
Cindypresh:Lol The entire Country is ignorant except you because Nigeria Army has been the ones carrying this exercise over the years. You who doesn't know is calling me ignorant. Every time we have these issues in anypart of the country it has been the NA. The confidence you attach to ignorance sha.... |
budaatum:Hhahahah He said they continue growing. Annual crops..... |
budaatum:Planting yam for two years.... You are obviously not a yam farmer |
Why we you always in other people's bedroom? |
You 're obviously not matured for marriage. You dont yet know what you want and you are self centered. You want a traditional man who will be traditional when it favours you. Lol Who marry na problem e marry |
The army said 16. You said 22 Na you kill the remaining 6? |
Cindypresh:If you are ignorant of something don't you think it's best to get information instead this display? You have been in Nigeria, I mean you have been on this planet and you have never heard of the army going on peace keeping missions? How do you expect the peace to be kept if the waring communities don't settle their differences peacefully? This na basic knowledge and You supposed to be educated |
Very interesting point of view |
CodeTemplar:Have you asked HOR member representing you what he did with his own money, most of these project Femi started them while he was still a member of the green chamber 10 months after he left office they are still commissioning projects almost every two months. The people who didn't do anything you didn't ask them what they did with their money, the only performing HOR member is the one you are asking how much was spent..... The bitterness in your heart may kill you if you don't check it. Show me any House of Rep member who has done anything close to what Femi has done. Have you asked them what they do with their own money..... You can't ever see something good and be happy, what sort of bitterness is that |
Nonybb:You count even read the content before opening your lame mouth to spew thrash. Was Femi supposed to leave his community, same community he represented in the green chamber to develop another community? Go an meet the HOR member representing you and ask.... Some of you are so tribalistic that you throw away your sense just to remain bigots |
TimFisher2:You are actually the uneducated on as you seem the believe that education means speaking English. If this video was one in Russia, Japan, China, Paris, Germany, Spain etc you won't hear them speak English, they would speak their language. You lack education that is why English seems to be so important to you. You are a twenty gift century slave, you see African languages as inferior to English and see people who speak African tongues as uneducated. Putin will hardly ever speak English, are you more educated than the Russian President? You had better work on your mindset and self esteem and emancipated yourself from this slavery..... A man makes a video in his home town and speaks the language of his people and you call him uneducated because he didn't speak English. You are a huge disgrace to Africa |
Aesthetical:You dont know that senior officers whose ranks command respect need to be sent to discuss peace with the communities. You think community leaders would take seriously the military if they sent somw recruits. Peace talk involves a lot of tecnicallities and diplomacy..... Every thing is shady to you people, always looking for something negative. It's ignorance that makes you feel that it is shady to send send senior officers to negotiate peace between two communities, just myopic |
Babajide is trying tho |
ruffhandu:I had seen this headliner on so many platforms and I was pissed off. Everyone has been going on and on about the Senate and leaving out the HOR. I just spoke with my friend who is a member of the green chamber this evening and he said "iBanking I won't lie to you I really didn't pay attention" i was on fire with him for about 45mins. I am currently in the UK but my sons and majority of my investments are there in the country. I have friends who are in high profile positions in this economy and I am disappointed in many of them, Fela Duro is expected to do the needful in so many areas, he is silent. Many calling me APC this and that and insulting me don't understand my stand. I made my first personal N12m at the age of 19 ( No be my papa monie). I am not hungry. I just want a system where who ever where ever would be hold accountable. My friend from way back is a state APC chairman, you have no idea how much I grill him when we speak All the policies the government have activated are legit but we needed a background check. I am majored in the oil and gas ,for me this is drilling without modludging |
Chinowuaturu:I don't think we are being fair to the Abuja indigenes, I understand it is the FCT but, they seem not to have a say in that ministry. Imagine you state governor not being an indigen of your state and now the chief of staff is also not. Many key offices in FCTA are held by none indigenes. I am not saying Wike is incompetent but aside Elrufai and Wike the FCT has actually not had a working FCT minister since 1999. Yet they have not had an FCT minister who is an indigen |
6 samwillyco1:We need to hold them both responsible. Look at the infrastructures Femi Gbaja put up in Surulere, it means every house member has enough funds to do the same in their constituencies, what are they doing with their money. We need to hold all of them responsible, they are all partners in whatever is happening. The speaker and other HOR leaders cannot claim they are innocent. Let's not leave them out. That is my own take. My friend is a member of the green chamber I have been grilling him, they are all in this together. Imagine if every HOR member and senator does even half of what Femi did in Surulere, the entire nation will experience a face lift. It's unfortunate that I am insulted for this view of mine, when it should actually be a welcomed opinion |
lendahand:In reality you lots are the reason they get away with such. Just as you are letting the house of rep get away with this. I have a very close friend of mine in the HOR and he knows my stand on this issue. The National Assembly must be held accountable Why not hold the entire National Assembly responsible m, why only the Senate. The Senate is The upper house, so by your opinion they decide. Sir if the House of Rep has no role to play, they would have just being a Senate session to deliberate on the budget, why would the HOR be called in if they had no role to play in the budget. They are both partners in crime and they both should be held responsible. You can hate my submission and insult me all you like but I having been asking you all to bring a superior point and none of you could bring one. Why is the entire National Assembly no5 being held Accountable? Why only the Senate, when it was a join6 session of the National Assembly that approved the budget. Instead of saying " oh yes it is true, we also need to call out the Speaker and the HOR" you all went about insulting me. Lol Typical Nigerians |

No I want the entire National Assembly held accountable. Not just the Senate. You cannot exempt the House of Rep, they are partners in the crime |
wardell30:Typical Nigerian. They would insult you when they can't defend themselves. Between you and me who actually just acted like a wild animal. Show me how I am wrong you can't. You just came and barked |
Betta Edu wreck many people career. |
palsenator:The joint session of the National Assembly approved the budget, we are not yet serious as long as we focus only on the Senate. We should be holding the National Assembly responsible and not just the Senate. But no you all have chosen to rain insults on me yet none of you can actually say I am wrong. Everyday we talk about the Senate, most Nigerians don't even know Abass. Look at the level of development Femi brought to Surulere, it shows that every HOR member has more than enough provisions to develop their constituencies.... The national assembly should be held accountable not just the Senate. Imagine every HOR member replicating Femis projects in their constituency, imagine what the country would look like in a few years, then the senators also from their senatorial districts...... If anyone of you can give me a reason why the Senate alone is being dragged and not the National Assembly I am willing to listen. No be all of them run the budget. |
Angelfrost:So as smart as you claim you are, you empty head doesn't tell you that the lawyer you pay to argue your case goes a long way to determine what you get? If you get a lawyer that can't defend you properly you get the hammer. Your smart empty head doesn't know why some lawyers charge as high as a billion and other charge 20k..... Slowpoke |
Ikinternational:Lol I don't expect the likes of you to take any correction any ways. No one is arguing with you slow minded folks. And look at how arrogant you sound. I have see so many touts with much better manners. |
Babalegba:It is not an argument. I am educating you. As you obviously don't know how a budget is passed. If you like learn, if you like don't learn and go on saying the "senate" did this and that. |
True that |
Angelfrost:Did you read the part where she assaulted a law enforcement officer. Do you know what would have happened to her here in London of she trys that? Before you start comparing money laundering by politicians and theft, armed robber and kidnapping etc simply go and read up what the law says about this things. Didn't you finish primary school? Or you were among those jumping school fence to go throw sticks at unripe mangos. We were thaught about the 3 arms of government, you should know the responsibilities of each, so slamming the judiciary for laws made by the legislature tells me something interesting.... |
Brandiebird:.... I am saying our level here in Nigeria can not be compared to that of theirs yet Nigerians keep comparing. Would a Nigerian staying in Canada send mere N2m to build a house? The guy is screaming and running around doing interviews because of $1k This is money that people living in Nigerian villages have. A truck load of oranges from one farm in Benue, do you know how much that would cost, and yet the farmer would consider himself a poor man. My point here is in Kenya $1k is a whole lot of money despite having a much lower exchange rate and that is because of the poverty rate. It's not just Nigeria. $1k cannot get you a proper apartment for rent for a year in most developed countries or developing countries. So for someone coming from Canada and $1000 seems like a big deal to him...... |
Single, Virgin and POOR. I am not approving any form of immorality but virginity is never a guarantee for success. If you no use your brain hunger go kill you and your husband despite marrying as a virgin. I am saying this because many believe that if you marry a virgin m, your life go soft. Life never even soft for the person was get the virginity |
The budget was approved at a joint session of the national assembly no the Senate. It's so bad now that a Nigerian youth doesn't know the process of approving a budget? You dont know it's not the Senate but the National Assembly? The level of ignorance displayed by Nigerian youths is alarming. Modified: So many goats bleating about instead of accepting a stated fact. All these insults you slowpokes have rained, and none of you could actually provide any point to say I am wrong. You are angry because I corrected the OP and didn't condemn the action of the National Assembly. Well as long you are holding only the Senate responsible and leaving out the HOR on an issue they are both responsible for them you must be sick in the head. By the way I wasn't arguing, I was correcting a notion, but ..... I am talking to educated people who don't know the difference between the Senate and the National Assembly. No wonder most of you don't know the arms of government and government agencies to hold accountable for your problems.... All you calling me APC and many other names, look I have a very close friend in the House Of Representatives and while discussing this issue I told him to his face " You members of the house ate part of whatever drama is unveiling you also owe Nigerians an explanation.. You lots insulting me for saying the entire National Assembly should be held accountable are the true enemies of this nation.... A huge number of Nigerians think with their asses |
