My wife gave birth yesterday (22/02/2022) after two days of labor which nearly took the life of my unborn kid. Thank God for the doctor in the second hospital who attended to her immediately we got there before asking for advance payment.

The problem now is that she gave birth through C.S and the Doctor said her bill is #200k last and we must deposit at least 100k to buy drugs that will stop her bleeding because she's seriously bleeding

I've managed to gather 50k which the doctor used to buy some drugs that yesterday. I didn't budget for it. I've spent everything i had before the child birth (Story for another day).

Please i need help. I need a favour from you all. No matter how small it is. I'm dying of frustration. I'm depressed. I can't think straight anymore. Please whoever see my wife or baby worthy to be helped should assist me. MY wife was on TTC before we finally got this breakthrough. Please help us and many that will help us May Almighty God bless that person with his/her heart desires and those who which to help also but don't have it, God bless you too.

Doesn't mean baby is small oo.. With the way my tommy is despite me saying I'm carrying large, my stomach is not big ooo.. Small bump doesn't necessarily mean small baby though there's an estimated weight baby ought to attain at each weekly milestone, body size sometimes matter and the elasticity of the womb (donno if my choice of word is correct). I know a family of grown up women where when they are pregnant, the tommy firsts shoots out and at 4 /5 months you will think they will soon deliver until you catch them carrying on in the next 4/5 months before delivery, that did not make the babies come out as multiple or even measuring 4kg(lol) and the tommy stays pointed no matter what they drink or tie

Did a scan at d hospital today too and was given May 27 as EDD as against all d June av bn receiving, dunno hw dey get dere own may o because my last period was Sept 2021 and na June I want my pikin oo

I will lead by example by providing Little one's gender and I'll like us to follow suit. I'll try as much as possible to always update our roll call till the end of every successful birth because the Lord has perfected all that concerns us, He will surely see us through alive and healthy.

I hope we have started shopping for baby's things(I have and almost done)? Please let's endeavor to do so before we become heavier which would then become harder to do. For those who are going through financial challenge, may Almighty God miraculously surprise you beyond your expectations and He will make things easy for and on us.

Furthermore, please let's take our antenatal drugs seriously and also eat healthy like eating fruits no matter how little it is.

Lastly, God Almighty that has brought us this far will see us through. None among us shall die nor have a still birth. We shall carry to term and people shall rejoice with us very soon in Jesus name.

Good evening mamas, so pls I av having stomach pain round under my abdomen on the 8th and went to do a scan which the scan confirm the baby is fyn bt I have fibroid, I went to the hospital with my scan result on d 9th and d 1 of d Dr said I'm having a false labour contraction bt ll still do dere hospital scan(bt d lab tell me dey v close around 2pm) den he gave me injection and ask to b taken paracetamol 3tyms a day. The second Dr said d pain am having might b due to the fibroid growing wit the baby. The pain has reduce after the injection day bt didn't go totally, d cramp ll jt hook me for a while and relief me den hook me again afta a while though was told to cum back for check up next week. I came back home now and sumone told me I had a stain, looking at the stain, it was like a water discharge that release out from my pant(though I wear only pant and a cloth nt so free). Is it sumtin I should be panic about or I can still wait and see by tomao because there's assurance I can't do scan from the hospital again tonit.
Am just 23weeks pls

I think you should carry out a scan in a private lab. Please do this as early as possible tomorrow to be sure of what is really going on. There shall be no loss in Jesus name.

Your blood pressure is ok and I think only your doctor can advise on what to do concerning the low pcv

Good morning Mamas. Is PCV of 28% too low for a pregnant woman? I went for PCV test at 4months and it was 28%> I did another one at 6months and it still said 28%. I don't know if the error can be from the scientist or that's just what it is. The doctor recommended that I increase my fersolate intake to twice a day.

It is low for a pregnant woman. I had pcv of 29% at 5 months plus low blood pressure and I was admitted to treat the 2.

Good morning mamas. Hope we are all doing well? So I did a scan at 37 weeks and the scan was showing 34 weeks. Please has anyone experienced this?

Some labs or sonographers are inexperienced and can therefore make one panick. I'll suggest you try another lab and yes, it happened to me once and I went to another lab which gave the accurate week. Happy waddling

Thanks for the roll call. I am fine and baby is fine too. When I go for antenatal visit in the hospital, the doctor hardly says much concerning at anything at all. They just ask how I am feeling, check baby's heartbeat and dazzoll. I hope they're not missing out anything essential. But on my own, I feel just fine. Sometimes I forget that I am pregnant sef��

9k is too much teamie. Obstetrics scan should not be more than 2k highest. Even in a private lab in Abuja suburbs like Karu or lugbe it is 2k.

Sorry I've been so quiet, it has been an eventful few weeks, had chicken pox, then Covid but baby is healthy/kicking Alhamdulillah and I'm much better too.
Sex is XY, I've started shopping in bits but hopefully should be done in few weeks.
