World's oldest toy car.





A toy chariot dating back 5,000 years which archaeologists believe may be the world's oldest 'toy car' has been discovered in Turkey.

The little chairs on wheels, made from earthenware, were found during an excavation of the ancient city of Sogmatar, in the south-east of the country.


Sogmatar is believed to have been the home of Moses when he had run away from the Pharaoh.



The toy carriage is believed to have been made for the children of kings or leaders, one of the dig's head.

Technology sef. With all the know-how and easy access to info, humankind is suppose to be happier and more relaxed. No, we are becoming even more distant and violent. Obviously, we can't entitely blame it on technology but truth be spoken, most will be chatting and laughing to a person 7 worlds apart from them than leaning on the fence and laughing with a neighbour....that is, if they even know the neighbour.
