Construction firms are currently building eight prototypes for the new border wall.

At the end of the building process, the best prototype will likely be chosen and put into place along the entire border


It's been reported that four of the prototypes will be made of concrete while four will be see through

DailyMail. com has obtained drone photos that offer a birds-eye view of construction on Trump's new Mexican border wall.

The photos show laborers hard at work on eight different prototypes for the new border wall, which Trump hopes will more effectively keep would-be illegal immigrants from crossing into the U.S.The prototypes are being constructed in the California desert, near San Diego.

Construction began at the end of September, after being stalled three months when firms that didn't win contracts protested.


Reporters and photographers were invited by Customs and Border Patrol to visit the construction site this week, where crews already had large slabs of concrete poured.



Budget: $21.6 billion

President Joko Widodo of Indonesia, on his way to an important state event, got stuck in traffic forcing him and his security detail to get out of his car and walk 2 kilometers to get there.

Indonesia's notorious traffic congestion was on display for the world Thursday after the country's president was forced to walk two kilometres through the scorching heat to attend a military parade.




Widodo and senior government officials were held up by gridlock as they approached the military parade in Cilegon, a port city about two and a half hours drive from the capital Jakarta, the presidential palace said.

After a 30-minute wait, "the president then decided from inside the car that he would walk," Widodo's guard Ili Dasili said in a statement.

National police chief Tito Karnavian, who was also stuck in the jam, joined the president.

After Hurricane Harvey struck Texas in August, all five filmed a video urging citizens to help out amid the devastating flooding.

'We love you Texas,' the elder Bush, who raised his family in Texas and served as a US Congressman for the state, said in the video.


Funds collected through concert ticket sales will all be donated to victims ofthe storms and distributed from a number of charities.

Some of these charities include:


*.Houston Harvey Relief Fund, focusing on the greater Houston region

*.Rebuild Texas Fund, assisting hurricane-ravaged communities across the state

*.Florida Disaster Fund

*.Juntos y Unidos Por Puerto Rico, launched by First Lady Beatriz Rossello and a private sector coalition

*.The Fund for the Virgin Islands.



Tickets for the event's 10,800 seats were first available Wednesday to Texas A&M students, faculty and staff, and will go on sale to the general public Thursday.

Prices range from $30 to $600.





Three of the former presidents, Obama, Bush 43, and Clinton were just together last week as they celebrated the opening ceremony of the Presidents Cup golf tournament in Jersey City, New Jersey, on September 28

All five living former US presidents will take part in a benefit concert later this month to raise money for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.


Former Presidents Barack Obama, George W Bush, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush and Jimmy Carter will appear at Texas A&M University's Reed Arena on October 21 for the 'Deep From the Heart: The One America Appeal' concert.


The event will also feature rock and country musicians including ALABAMA,the Gatlin Brothers, Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, Sam Moore, Yolanda Adams, Cassadee Pope and Stephanie Quayle.

Country music artist Lee Greenwood will emcee the event.
