You are correct. I have made this peace with myself. I have accepted that he'll cross my mind sometimes until he completely goes off. God has been of great comfort. I prayed about it and even when i do think about him, i don't feel like i lost anything. I have found peace. I miss my husband already. I know i'm going to be a blessing to him and can't wait to at least meet him. Whoever he is, he's one lucky man!

Why should America brand Nigeria as a terrorist country with this one incident? What ever happened to Richard Reid the shoe bomber on a france to miami flight?? that just died down because he is a british citizen, Why didn't America brand the Uk as a terrorist country then? oh hooo.

It was on the front page of the standard news yesterday that the alquaeda link reported that umar got initiated here in the Uk but people are pretending not to notice. When they talked about it on BBC, they talked at length how a 'Nigerian national' tried to blow a plane on Christmas day but when it got to the point of mention how he was trained here and stuff, they said that for only 10seconds.

Been making really good progress, hardly think about him and even when he does cross my mind, it's like a dull memory for which i can't get a clear picture. It has all been thanks to God. I had to pray about it so it doesn't blind me when the real deal comes along.

thanks for all the good advice, i put some of them to good use and didn't even have to do a lot because the key was loving myself and seeing that i am better off without this ex, i thought it would be difficult noting i couldn't get over him for almost 10years!! bu God said yes to my prayers and now, he is a candle in the wind and gone with it!!
