Ezegozie: 1st Classhuh?

Can't even remember the last time my department produced 1st class.

Anyway to cut the story short, I am not graduating with 1st Class.

By God's grace i will graduate with second class upper.

Does it mean that they won't give admission to every person that got 2.1 in Bsc?

Please what is your Bsc G.P and the course you are studying in Uis. I am asking so that i will know my stand!

Thanks for responding. And hope you will keep on responding because i really need you to be giving me necesary info
In 2011 only those that could document 86% CGPA qualified to enter the second round of applications from Nigeria. I'm not talking got admission, i'm talking got instruction to send transcript for final assessment.

Music/RadioIs Boj Of DRB Lasgidi Going To Be The Hookman Of The Nigerian Music Scene? by ezme(op): 7:43pm On May 13, 2013
Other artists may end up looking to him for catchy hollow melodies that be just perfect hooks for their songs. I just hope he would have nice individual efforts and not be like Nate dogg, Akon or T-pain.

I couldn't help noticing his efforts in making these tracks wonderful

nwabobo: Dude I ask again, how old are you?

The reason I ask is that your response to issues here suggests that you do not know anything about the history of MEND and their battles with the Nugerian government. Air raids had been used extensively against MEND but they were all to no avail.
Epa!!! I dey ask you, do you know what constitute an air raid? you think say real life na COD 3? People dey die oh. Abi you think say Egbesu talisman go save them?

Ozin: Yes I did! and who will declare no fly zone? International community led by the Americans/France/Britain and Netherlands who all have economic interest to protect in the Niger-delta?
you believe they would support MEND to overthrow a democratically elected government.

Ozin: The same Air raid was used to no avail,,,so say something else
Did you really follow the uprising in Lybia? The no-fly-zone was the reason the war became a fair one.

tinkinjo: I won't want to dwell on this but if you do a careful analysis you 'll realise that these guys hold the upper hand with access to the sea and source of income they don't even need advertised for mercenaries if they even need them.
If you 're from there, I promise you won't hesitate joining them.
I'm from the region but I sure would not enlist to fight anyone's war. Within the region we have our own differences,I'm from a minority ethnic nationality. What I'm open for is a sovereign National conference. I'm not a coward but I would not fight an Ijaw man's war. GEJ and his present performance is not worth fighting for.

confusion247: The air raid you are saying something about, is it a new invention? Was it there when the amnesty was offered? Were is the air raid now that boko haram is tomenting us?
There are rules of engagement my brother.Lets say a Northerner win 2015 and then MEND hoist a flag and declares say "The United States of the NigerDelta" .Then, the military can decide to stamp them out as miscreants trying to undermine the sovereignty of Nigeria. Look at Mali, the government and not the rebels are getting the backing of the international community. I believe the international community do not recognise MEND as a pressure group, they may even up tagging them terrorists going by their kidnapping history.
PoliticsRe: Ex-Militants Threaten To Resume Violence In 2015 by ezme(m): 2:02pm On May 13, 2013
tinkinjo: Do you understand yourself? If Libya and even Syria with better armed forces couldn't defeat rebels what made you think that Nigeria can? And who told you which side the international community would be supporting?

So long as we ignore calls for a national conference, we 're just waiting for the evil day.
The Rebels in this case(MEND and NDVF)do they have mercenaries to plan the rebellion for them? Do they have anti-aircraft weaponry? Or you don't understand what a no-fly-zone is? Didn't you see Libyans begging the international community to come and implement a no-fly-zone? Do you think the rebels would have won that war if the no-fly-zone was not implemented on time? Forget sentiments oh, how many Niger deltans are willing to take up arms? or you think a group of fighters with no real military training armed with talisman and Ak-47 not even up to 10,000 in number can stand the Nigerian Army?

berem: FORMER leaders of Niger Delta militants have warned that they will go back to the creeks if the 2015 presidential election is manipulated to edge out President Goodluck Jonathan.

The ex-militant leaders, who issued the warning while speaking with newsmen in Port Harcourt on Sunday, expressed sadness over an alleged plot to scheme Jonathan out of the 2015 race for the Presidency.

The former militants, who gathered under the auspices of the Niger Delta Ex-agitators Forum and the Association for Non-violence in Niger Delta, said they would see the outcome of the election as an act of God if Jonathan genuinely loses out in 2015.

NDEF President, Mr. Amaibi Ombi, cautioned that it was better to allow for a free and fair election than to manipulate the process in order to scheme out Jonathan.

On the recent comments credited to the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, Mr. Kingsley Kuku, and Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, Ombi insisted that such statements could not be a threat to Nigeria as a country.

Dokubo-Asari had warned that Nigeria would be history if he was arrested for threatening violence in the whole country if Jonathan was not allowed to run a two-term tenure as President.

But Ombi described Dokubo-Asari’s stataement as no threat, but a statement to canvass the need for the President’s critics to allow him (Jonathan) run for two tenures in office.

“We will go back to the creeks if the 2015 presidential election is manipulated to scheme out President Goodluck Jonathan. But if the election is not manipulated, and Jonathan loses out, we would see it as the handiwork of God,” Ombi stressed.

The former militant leader claimed that some politicians, especially those from the North, were using Boko Haram to intimidate Jonathan out of the 2015 presidential election.

“They have been sending Boko Haram to harass and intimidate President Jonathan so that he will withdraw from the 2015 presidential race. Asari’s comment was not a threat; he (Dokubo-Asari) just wanted Nigerians to know that there is a need for Jonathan to go for two tenures,” the ex-fighter emphasised.

In his remark, ANND President, Mr. Kenneth West, cautioned Kuku and Dokubo-Asari against making inflamatory statements but warned against any move to arrest them over their comments on the 2015 general election.

West said some well-known political leaders in the northern part of the country had made similar comments in the past without anybody suggesting that they should be arrested.

He alleged that the corruption began in the North and wondered why nobody raised any dust on corruption when the northerners were in control of government.

“Asari only warned that in 2015, if Jonathan is not elected President, Nigeria will not be one. He was only warning; he was not threatening. If we are talking about corruption, it started from the North,” he said.

I pity anybody that would take up arms and go into the creeks, Just one air raid and them go take down their camps. It would take the international community two weeks to arrange a no-fly zone. Can NDVF or MEND withstand an air raid for up to 3days? They should learn from Lybia and be smart about these threats flying around the place.

CultureRe: The "REAL" Hausa by ezme(m): 9:17am On May 13, 2013
Every time i go through this thread i get filled with envy. I guess we from the minority-ethnic nationalities don't really have much documented history on our origin and culture. The little most of us know is how to observe protocol in a meeting, marriage and burial rites requirement. Pagan 9ja you did a very great job here. i actually saw the Hausa man in a different light. what I believed to be Hausa is actually Fulani. I really wish your people can go back to their roots, the picture tells a lot and leaves little to be imagined. Religion really added majorly to decline in our culture, it attached all we do to Paganism and so when we embrace these foreign religions, we throw away all our customs and traditions.

Pagan 9ja is your major Sociology & Anthropology? Is Ethnography your specialty? I would be more stunned if you are not from an Arts background and that all of this is just leisure personal research.

Look i authoritavely put it to u that u know nothing about what goes down there...keep every knowledge u have to urself and keep thinking you every clue @ ur finger tips whereas u are only living in fantasy island. Its funny u r even attempting 2 bring in d emotional thing into it..jst cos i hv said the truth..."Uhmm.." c'mon beat the flakes off your eyes and see things differently with a better 3-D vision. I'm nt discouraging or stopping anyone from applying oh..so dnt get me wrong. Onto the next one joor...
Eeya.... Even with all your arguments on me being prejudiced to think I'm the only educated one here, you still failed to answer any of the questions I asked. My friend until you come forward with facts you are still appealing to emotions.

P.S: I have a friend who sat at home and got a shell job and he is a Shell contract staff, that isn't what you get employed as when you pass through SRD and internship. Listen and learn friend.

The thing I love about his videos is that he represents the regular guy, no excessive jewery, no excessive champagne popping, moves around in a cab or keke napep and no excessive bragging about money or fast lane life-style. He was just a regular guy back then In UNIBEN, never knew he had this much talent in him.
