These accounts for less that 10% of the roads in Benin city, some aren't state owned/maintained.
Take a survey amongst residents, there lies the answer.

I also know ihama, boundary, and some other parts of GRA have accessible roads.

Majority of the roads aren't vehicle worthy. There is hardly anyone living in Benin who isn't lamenting the poor state of roads.

At what cost was the hospital built? You can hardly evaluate the success of a project without the cost and time it took to complete.

Whatever happened to the Minister of finance? I guess "Influence" in the context refers to ability to affect lives, opinion, wellbeing etc

For the records our production quota is 2million barrels per day. We are currently producing 1.2mil bopd due to vandalism of our facilities.

I have gone down this road using a keke-napep its unimaginable, the picture doesn't capture the horror of this road stretching over 100m, at some point it's tarred and ok.
From the discussion I had with fellow commuters I believe the people at Erediawa street are mostly in support of the government and will vote Enmass for APC because it's widely believed APC will complete the bad portion of this road as promised.

It's a clear lack of understanding of what lies ahead. A celebration that will likely be met and overtaken by the rude shock of unemployment.

Excellent! Do you have a readily available market? Tomato is perishable with a pretty short shelf life. How about planting it vertically using sticks as support? What's the cost breakdown from sowing to harvest, including labour? How do you source your seeds?
