Pension administrators have offices everywhere that anyone can walk in, register and get his/her PFA PIN without any stress. Why didn't you advise that Op openly to visit a pension administrator office to open an account or the mobile apps/AI you mentioned before telling him to call you for his PFA PIN?

We will expose all of you forming alliance, setting traps for innocent job hustlers to fall in to defraud them one by one.

What they pay similar to gratuity is lumpsum which ranges from 25-50% of your total pension contributions. The remaining balance is used in paying monthly pension.

Retirees in Nigeria today have two options to draw their pension from. The first is what is called program withdrawal while the second is called annuity.
Program withdrawal is directly under PENCOM while annuity is under the supervision of the National Insurance Company.
It is necessary that retirees should make enquiry as to which of the two is better . The two of them are trying to outdo each other on service delivery to their customers.
As a retiree myself, I registered for program withdrawal but there is this advice from some quarters to move to annuity.
I welcome information on the two from fellow Nairalander as to which is better so as not to make mistakes on my choice.

1. Access to your balance and statement of account, annuity is invested in a pool of funds from other people

3. Tendency of enhancing (Increasing) your monthly pension every 3 years while annuity is statutory.

On the 6th of January, the sum of Twenty Five Thousand (25000) Naira was fraudulently withdrawn from my wife's Stanbic ibtc Bank Account. What baffles me was she didn't get alert for the transactions till even as i types this. She found out her money was missing when she bought airtime directly from her account.

We went to the bank to get statements of her account put realised her ATM CARD was used on the POS centre and machine below in the picture.

Please, how do we track this transaction?
