have him to commit in writing when he will be moving out. draft another agreement to effect the new date. the truth is that once you paid he has used the money and the only way he will refund you is to get another tenant which might take time. just be patient with him and let your brother be in the situation as well

cement is even 2700 in a retailer's shop now... I dont understand where this is heading. seems no one is even controlling them again. this is something we produce locally, why should there be an incessant increase like this?

I intend to build one story building, made of 4 bedrooms on both ground floor and up floor.
But due to shortage of fund, I want to complete the ground floor and then move in. To complete the up floor when things improve cash wise.
The building is to be simple and built to last.. With a master's bedroom and guest toilet distinct.
Please I want an estimate of what the ground floor will cost me.
Suitable enough to reside in.

its impossible to determine the cost without a detailed design... consult an architect. you also did not specify the location

I'm in urgent need of a contractor to build my house next month. The house is a family house for me, my wife and 2 children, I need a rough cost quote for the specification below. I have already purchased 1 full plot of land in the Lagos area towards Ajah. The plot size is 650sqm, please advise what size house footprint is suitable for this size of land i.e 250sqm, 300sqm etc...

The quote must be for a fully functional finished house ready for my family to move in without the need to do anything than just furnish.

Basic design concept

2 stories
4 bedroom ensuite (UPPER LEVEL)
STUDY ROOM ( GROUND LEVEL)
1 ground floor Toilet room
1 large kitchen
1 medium dining area
1 large ground floor communal living area
1 medium upper floor communal living area
1 storage area ground floor
Entry reception area

Ground floor
Large kitchen - The kitchen will be center of the house and one of the main features, with use of long walls and high ceilings the kitchen will almost appear like a backdrop displaying all of its features in one go. Natural sunlight from a large window space will allow the kitchen to always be in the spotlight. The kitchen will be an open planned area with no doors but could strategically place a stud wall to demonstrate its independence but having naturally flow into the dining area and then so into the large communal area.
Medium sized dining area - The dining area is also open planned and just a mere extension of the kitchen however will be an area that will allow full view to the whole ground floor in its entirety.
Large lower floor communal living area – This area will be the largest in the whole house, with high ceilings and long walls the room will give a sense of freedom and space. This too will be opened planned and will be the first sight upon entrance of the house.
Storage area/room – This will be a novelty area, open space with closed walls hidden towards

Good day, your passport that was given back to you has been deactivated on giving you a renewed one. your case will be treated as a lost passport. you'll have to do a police report,
court affidavit to do that. Might take 4-5days in abuja or 5-6weeks at the state command. Your children also needs passport but dont do it unless you intend to use it now. Your wife can renew hers in the state you reside.

for 5bedroom, you'll need a design before a budget can be derived. however, you can drop your mail or pm be for some rough sketch. your budget will also largely depend on your finishes.

TTC is a bastard! I never wish this experience on anyone. Not even an enemy. This journey has taught me a lot...I have a childhood friend that I've been on this journey with. We would lament together, pray and hope for God's mercy together. I invited her and her husband to RCCG (my parish). I would call her on days that Daddy G.O was ministering to TTC faithfuls. I would tell her about medical information that could help our struggle. I simply carried her along...then I saw her in church recently and realised her stomach was protruding, at first I thought she was bloated or had fibroid cos I couldn't believe that my friend would be pregnant and not tell me. Fast forward to one Sunday after church, we had greeted and gone our separate ways when she sent me a message asking where I usually got the babies' photos that I use as my DP. Then It occurred to me that I should just ask her if my suspicion was true...I said to her that Oluwa don pick her call and she no gist me again...she said she was sorry o, that she was advised not to tell anyone that the pregnancy would eventually speak for itself. That she was really sorry make i no vex and then went on to start listing her WIDD. My people, I just weak but still thanked God for her because if God could do her own then it is certain that mine would not be too much for Him to handle. I am also grateful to know that she is one name off my TTC prayer list...God indeed answers prayers and we shall all testify.

do not worry, yout time is fast approaching. and dont think everyone you see in church got their miracles from God. My boss waited for 12yrs before God answered them. Just be steadfast and have no alternative to God. in your set time, God will honour His word in your life.
