Going to Edinburg in Scotland from Abuja using Qatar Airways. The Journey is Abuja -Doha -Dublin-Edinburg. I want to ask, does one need a transit visa for this kind of journey?

You'll need a transit visa in Dublin unless it's a technical layover there( which means refuelling or dropping off some passengers without you leaving the aircraft)

1. Can you confirm what statements reflect in the compulsory documents to be submitted per application and that they are the proper banks as per your question? If it doesn't then you need to clarify that

2. The most Important thing is that the maintenance fee for each application is uploaded correctly and properly

3. That the consent letters are signed adequately and uploaded were relevant

If you can be certain about 1,2 and 3 then I don't think you will need a cover letter

The maintenance fee for the 2 kids are contained in the father's (me) system and were uploaded correctly in the kids application alongside the consent letters. The only error is on the application form which stated the main applicant will submit the maintenance fee

Not sure you can edit after payment and canceling to re-do would be costly. It's a honest mistake and I think you should be able to explain this to them during biometric capture. You can also do a co er letter explaining this and upload as part of your supporting documents submission

Hello house, I mistakenly said the maintenance fee of one of the dependants will be declared by the main applicant whereas the maintenance fee for the 3 dependants is in the spouse's account. Can I attach a cover letter stating this.. the MA only have her maintenance fee while the spouse account have the dependants maintenance fee. I'm yet to upload the documents and biometrics is on Tuesday... @duchess90, justwise, @bigtt76

I live in Abuja so I have no issue with that... the 15th appointment is :15 which is for priority visa... is there any problem if dependants do biometrics before MA. It will be waste of resources for MA to pay for walk-in on 16th while her appointment is on 17th. I will try and amend date for the dependant for :15hours. Hello advise please, I have a family of 4, one dependant (child) got appointment for 15/08 which I just noticed is for :15 , other 2 dependants (adult and child got appointment for 16/08 (12pm and 13pm) while the main applicant got for 17/08.... can we all do walk-in on 16/08 (what is the cost implication) or 2 dependants can do on 16 while MA and other dependant do on 17... help please

1. Do a change of account name ,it is pretty easy and straightforward at the bank

2. Not sure what you mean by bump (the highlighted) does that mean add the dependants maintenance to the main applicants? If that is the case and you are all applying at the same time you might need to ensure the 28days rule is met

1. Trying to avoid salary palava in the office because once the name is changed on the BVN, it might take time before it is rectified in ippis..

2. Bump here refers to additional pof for dependants..

This is the scenario
- account A has the pof for main applicant, meant for CAS which took effect on 1st of January and meant to mature on 30th of January

The additional pof of dependants will be ready by 15th of January, meanwhile pof for visa is expected to mature by 15th of February, my question is if the pof for dependants is added to account A on 15th of January, the whole POF is expected to mature for visa by 15th of February, POF for CAS will mature and will have the whole family POF by January ending.. statement of account will have opening balance of 15m (pof for MA) and closing balance of 30m (pof for the whole family)... Will this be an issue for the school?

Hence I asked if the pof can be separated into different accounts of the MA.

1. My wife's account is still in her maiden name while passport and admission have married name... Will this affect pof and payment of school fees.

2. The pof required for CAS is already counting in one account while that of dependants will be ready in few days time, is it advisable to bump the remaining pof in the same account or put it in separate account? Will the school have issue with the pof if it starts with 10m then you have 23m on the statement of account.

3. Can someone use 2 account numbers belonging to the same person for pof...

4. Is reference letter compulsory for study gap... appointment letters and ID cards for both employment are available.
