Dear nairanlanders, my friend just came back from USA & he wants to raise a 3 story building like this. its much of a hall and small partitioning inside. please he needs a breakdown of the total money he will need to raise this building. he has a land already. and the building won't be a contract job but a direct Labour,he wants the house to help him with analysis from foundation to building,tiling,painting,doors,Windows and electrical.

please help a brother to spend his life savings wisely.

I was actually searching for old school mate when I stumbled on her name, I added her and we became friends. she's intelligent and we got along in various discourse. few years later, she was posted to my state for service and I just returned from my tour from the land of the boko. we met for the very first time then (still friends), thought of dating her never even crossed my mind. I was back in abj (even sent her kilishi through my gf then that came to visit), she came to law school in Abuja and we met couple of times (still friends) after series of disappointments. I turned to her and she couldn't believe I just asked her out (neither could I tbh). after 8 months of ground standing, she accepted me, 4 months later I proposed to her and today we are happily married. I couldn't wish for a better partner.

mere looking at the structure is not enough to ascertain costs. what kind of building is it? residential or commercial? how many units? most importantly, you will need a working drawings to have almost accurate bill. if you have these details, pm me for further details

it depends on the following
1. soil texture which will determine the type of foundation
2. finishes (roof, floor, ceiling, fittings, sanitary wares)
3. duration (as longer project duration increases project cost)

I can attest to this, one thing I've learnt is that you know the problem before you even go to them. I lost over 100k to these criminals months ago, they condemned my engine so tey I had to sell the car off 150k less the value. few of them are honest though. any mechanic that always has cars in his workshop is good and honest if not nobody would patronize him again. those dubious ones are always poor no matter what .

what you have is not sufficient to derive a quote, what is the size of your land? describe your brief and let professionals come up with a proposal for you, you can then make adjustment. until this is done you can't have a workable quote
