Obasanjo wrote and Leaked that Letter to incite hatred Towards Jonathans led Governemnt and there instigate a Coup likely thru his loyal Soldiers ....
Same style He did with Shagari and Ekwueme Back then in the 70s
But Unfortunately for him - He shot himself on the Leg this time around

I keep telling People , OBJ is frustrated. To the Brim - Aside his Farm and some little royalties he enjoys as a past President , He has lost everything

The SW Politics has long drifted away from him while in Office as President
The North He divided can never align with him - Only Charlatans from the north will do that
South South and SE is no go area for him

He has gradually diminished into a Political Midget - No sensible person in Nigeria revere OBJ again , Everyone now knows He is daft and empty

Presidency. And His Security Advisers analysed the letter and swung into action - Heavy Shakeups in the Army ...40 Generals are to be retired , strategic re-assignements to quash whatever evil plans he habours

OBJ SHOULD JUST GO AND DIE
PoliticsRe: Tony Elumelu - The Next CBN Governor by fagin1982(m): 6:03pm On Dec 28, 2013
Within CBN We can find Capable Hands good enough to pilot the affairs of CBN - There are lots of Directors within CBN who do the real jobs only for the Governor to take the Glory ...Majority who are Monetray Economic Experts ...Mallam Sanusi is an empty Banker like every other Banker on the street - Not surprised He spent his whole tenure buying awards just to confuse people

Most of His Policies are off track - always doing a trial and error .If not what's the essence oftrying to return back N50,N20 and co back to paper notes -

PLEASE READ. BELOW - WHAT WAS WRITTEN ABOUT SANUSI

I have never heard of a thing more stupid or embarrassing than a governor of a central bank of Nigeria not understanding how revenue from crude oil is administered. Sanusi Lamido exposed his ignorance and shallowness after days to trying to snub the superior argument of smarter technocrats.

It is clear to me why the monetary policies of Nigeria under Sanusi Lamido have not helped improve the economy since he emerged as CBN governor. His over dependence on hot money to stabilize the currency, and his straight jacket, textbook copy and paste monetary policies has had many Nigerian economists scratching their heads. One of them has asked, ” where did Yar’Adua bring the man from?”

His arrogance and pride has made it impossible for him to learn from his subordinates in the Central Bank who are smarter and more experienced than him in monetary mechanics. Top officials of the bank say they miss the intellectual edge of past CBN governors, and deride the present as one who is only interested in publicity and speech making.

After watching the public embarrassment of the Central Bank of Nigeria today, I can confidently posit that Sanusi has run the CBN with faulty data, and has not been thorough in the discharge of his duties. There is every reason to believe that this CBN governor is over-hyped and over-rated, and blinds his inefficiency and dullness with public presentations and pirated publications, like the few for which he has been sued for plagiarism.

Sanusi Lamido Sanusi does not have the academic credentials to be governor of CBN and he knows he does not qualify. No wonder he is rushing out and not demanding a second term, he can’t be that lucky. The issue of Sanusi’s record in banking and monetary economics has been debated severally. Professor Peter Ekeh of the State University of New York at Bufallo wrote about Sanusi’s record saying:

The information we have on Sanusi’s preparation for his present position is sparse and unpublicized. We read that he did his undergraduate degree in Economics at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, graduating in 1981. We do not know in what area s of economics he specialized. It is traditional at that University to write a Research Essay in the final year. It would be important to know on what topic Lamido Sanusi wrote his essay. It is also good information to know what class of degree he earned to enable him to graduate from that University. The publicity piece on Sanusi on the Web site of Central Bank of Nigeria tells us that Sanusi took M. Sc. (Economics) courses, apparently without taking the degree at the end, although he is said to have obtained a distinction in Monetary Policy. Did he abandon the M.Sc. project? We are told that Sanusi returned briefly to teach at Ahmadu Bello University.

What subjects did he teach? These are elementary facts that should be available from a full curriculum vitae of the Chief Economist of the Federation. They are the sort of questions that any interviewing body would demand from any young academic who applies for the position of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in any of our universities. In addition, we may demand to know from Nigeria’s Chief Economist whether he took any professional examinations in banking while he worked at ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers) and United Bank for Africa before he became the CEO of First Bank of Nigeria. Finally, it will be beneficial for our judgment of the qualifications of our national Chief Economist to gain information on whether his studies in Islamic Law at the University of Khartoum, Sudan, in the hiatus between his years at ICON Limited and UBA, were related to his banking profession. The Central Bank Web site informs us that Sanusi bagged a First Class degree in his Islamic Studies in the Sudan. These are not over-bearing or over-probing questions. We would know about such background of the Governors of the Central Banks of any other African countries from their curriculum vitae.

Perhaps more important is Sanusi’s publication record. Fortunately, in modern times several vehicles exist for accessing the records of anyone who has engaged in academic or professional publishing. For this exercise I have employed the liberal vehicle of Harzing’s Publish or Perish. The result for Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is distressing. He has ten papers listed. They come from such newspaper-grade media sources as www.gamji.com and Daily Trust. All of them are about Sharia, Islamic Law and women. None of them is about economics or banking. The Web site of Central Bank of Nigeria boasts that Sanusi has publications in learned journals, but none is listed. They surely do not appear in the public record.

While these questions from Prof. Eke may never get the answers they deserve, it is important to not that Nigeria has put up with its worst CBN governor in history. I can only compare Sanusi to Reserve (Central) Bank governor of Zimbabwe, Gideon Gono, who after a disastrous two term run, exited this year. Lamido Sanusi is a good man, but he is not smart enough an economist to run the CBN.

bennygee: there was no jubilation in nigeria wen IBB overthrew buhari.i wonder how old u were then? if u dont know history, pls ask questions. IBB had to wait for idiagbon to go on Hajj before he could carry out his evil act. Buhari initiated good programmes like WAI and fought corruption tooth and nail. he even crated Umaru Dikko back home to face trial for his role as "Rice Minister" which was riddled with corruption.
He ignored IMF suggestion to devalue the naira which IBB did immediately he became president and increased petrol pump price.
u peeps shouting GEJ as saviour would look back in a few years time and know that this GEJ govt is the most corrupt and unashamed bunch of looters ever witnessed in history of this country.
Stella Oduah purchases cars that are obviously over priced and u peeps here celebrate her,Farouk Lawan takes kickbacks and people hail him as a saviour.Arunma Oteh spends over 800k of tax payers money in one day at a luxury hotel on the bills of the SEC and we hail her as a smart lady.when will we wake up in this countryhuh
Please stop displaying your ignorance - Buhari is empty - Go back to History , - Someone who overthrew a Civilian Govt ....Plssssss do not even talk about Buhari , He is part of Nigerias problem - As old as you are as you claim yet you don't understand how politics is played in Nigeria - My dear if you think a Minority civilian president can just step and fight corruption - then u are either lying about your age or u are empty as regards politics

Buhari I repeat is empty - This Democracy and u must follow procedure - Buhari was able to pull some stunts in corruption just becox it was Military - if he dares such in a Democratic Govt - He would be impeached by even his own fellow Notherners

Let's leave GEJ alone -

Aside the deplorable road i can tell u that within the next 2 years, with the sluggish way of road development, the congestion will be worst than china. Y cant they sort out alternative source of transportation like the light rails, water and all before doin this cos we're way above the acceptable standard of vehicles by kilometer. Btw,nobody is talking about spare parts availability abi Dem wan they import that one?? We should learn to stop putting the cart b4 the horse.
You have a great point here Bro - but economically I think this Policy will benefit the country better than you point - The aims and objectives of this policy is to stop Capital flight in dollars. From imporation which is killing our own currency - Nigeria economy can return back to Glory if we can reduce importation - The so called Asian tigers are what they are today cox they depend solely on Manufacturing and expotstation - If Nigeria can tow this same line by producing our own goods , atime will come , when Supply ll exceed demand locally , prices willl crash for the good of the citizens , and we can expand more by exporting the surplus

God will bless GEJ ...He might not be getting everything right but His sincerity of purpose make me wana be a better Man

yibomustgo: Jonathan did not address Obsanjo's allegations. What he has done is to just repeat the allegations and denied doing them. He tried to give Obsanjo some body shots while doing it. I don't see this a good response to what Obasanjo asked in his letter.

Jonathan failed to address the corruption allegations i.e Stellah Oduah and co....

Jonathan failed to address his talk about only Ibos voted for him and Ibos being his backbone....

Jonathan failed to address the allegation of Al-Mustapha release....

Jonathan failed to address the insecurity questions in the country....

Jonathan failed to answer the question of supporting opposition parties with the promise that they support him for re-election...

Jonathan failed to address the problem he caused in Rivers State as sitting Governor, Amaechi is being humiliated by police and GEJ loyalists...

Jonathan has failed to address the allegation of weapons being shipped to Enugu and not the rest of the country.......

There are more questions to be answered.

brighter: fagin1982 pls what is the best method way to present the answer to this question because it is a partocular question delaying my submission which I must do today to avoid last-minute-rush. I seriously need help
The Question says -What amount of sales, in Naira per month, must you achieve to reach profitability
And the second Question says In which month do you would you achieve this

First things first - U must have given them a figure for ur Yealy sales revenue
Showing you know how much products u ll sell in a 12 calender and the unit sales

From those same units generate a Gross Profit Margin % ..after then you can now be able forecast and say in the first , 2nd or 3rd month I ll break even which is the point of profitability

Profit Margin % is a factor that determines it u are loosing or making it
Moreover bear in mind you don't tell them Longer months whrby the business doesn't generate money to service both varibale and fixed expenses- this will mean biz is not viable.

I know there are bizness that takes upto 9months to before yielding like Farming -I guess the will consider theirs differently but in Manufacturing , Sales , services - they expect the business to alyst service its variable and fixed expenses until they breakeven ....

Just Google Profit Margin % and try to relate it this Question - I blv u ll understand better

Your profit can come in the 4month but be sure ur capital won't be affected

Pls don't mind my typing - am using a fone to type

newacca: What amount of sales, in Naira per month, must you achieve to reach profitability?

Does it mean break-even point per month?
My good Friends I want to bring to your notice - A very tricky Question that might disqualify a lot of people from going into the 2nd Round - If you are yet to submit please take this serious

Under Financials and Profitabilty. - YouWin will throw away a lot of viable business just because of this little mistake - they will just take it u don't know what you are doing - This is a competition you know

The Question are What are your. Expected sales Yearly - Give ur ansas in Units and income

2nd - What amount of sales, in Naira per month, must you achieve to reach profitability? This is the killer Question

This Question simply means Break-even point and there's an already derived Formula for Calculating it

Most people just subtracted production expense from Sales revenue and got there answers

THIS WRONG

Please if you re yet to submit ,kindly lookup what Gross Profit Margin % is all about - It will give you a better understanding on how to go about answering the Question

YouWIn is only Interested in ur Financials and Profitabilty - These proves how viable ur biz is

Does it mean break-even point per month?
My good friends ...I just discovered this this morning after long tots of trying to find the logic behind most of YouWin Questions under Profitability

Its unfortunate this particular Question might disqualify a lot of people ..

What amount of sales, in Naira per month, must you achieve Profitabilty -

It simply means what is your break-even Monthly

There's a Formula under accounting on How to Calculate this

Most People just subtracted Production cost from Sales revenue and got there answer
This is very wrong and will likely disqualify a lot of people
This YouWin Business Format is very tricky

Please If you are yet to submit - try to learn about Gross Profit Margin and How Break-even point is derived

There's an already made Formula for calculating Amount of Sales to Achieve profitability Monthly

favour ume: They would have said These equipment. Even if you wrote for your sister, it does mean that what you wrote is right or wrong. My own is, if we wish to explain something to someone, let's be good enough to tell me the truth and make life easier for them.

"Equipment is what is called a mass noun, a collective noun, or a noncount noun. Collective nouns are nouns that refer to a group. Both a singular verb or a plural verb can be used after a mass noun. A singular verb is chosen if the writer thinks of the group as a single unit and a plural verb if the writer thinks of the group as a number of individuals."

Equipment isn't countable so there's no
plural. You can have 1 piece of equipment or you can have lots of equipment but you would never have equipments.

So, it is the words infront of the equipment that suggests if it is singluar or plural. And from here, they said 'this' equipment
I believe your judgement/explanation -
Another Example is STAFF ,there is nothing like staffs. , It can be used as singular and plural but what differentiates the meaning in a sentence is the word that comes before It

Example
I love THESE staff of yours ,they network very well

I love THIS staff of yours ,He is a team player

Please tell me about THESE staff
Please tell me about THIS Staff

safarigirl: 5 Reasons why the Super Eagles will do well in Brazil

1. Team Spirit: For the first time in yeaes we have a team that is filled with guys who are happy with each other, no one is made to feel out of place, from the home-based players to the European players, Warri wolves to Chelsea, they are made to feel equal. They play together and pray together they joke around and make fun of each other. It is beleived that whatever happens in the locker room goes a long way in determining what happens on the pitch, so.....

2. Determination- With determination a blind man learns to sew, a deaf man plays Mozart and Mandela brought the end of apartheid. These guys don't want to make up the numbers in Brazil, they don't want to go home after Round of 16, they want to reach the semis and they can do whatever they set their mind to

3. The surprise factor: Even Nigerians don't know who will make that team, it may be you, it may be I or anybody...what more our opponents

4. Underdog factor: Just like no one expected much from them in AFCON, so is it now, they may not be feared now, but even the '94 team weren't feared when they started

5. Prayer: Yes, a lot of people may say this doesn't count, but I doubt Brazil would be 5-time World champions if they weren't so religious. Basically in God We Trust.

@OP, anybody can make a list for or against those points, it don't mean shaytl

Obasanjo Attack On Jonathan!!!
Mallam Idris Mohammed (Dakata, Kano) Wrote::

"You don't expect Jonathan to lick your ass. You must be a wicked man to send nearly 10 names to Jonathan and wanted to force him to make them Ministers. When you were in his position, Did Shagari, Abdulsalami, IBB, Shoneko or Buhari send list of Ministers that must be appointed?

"You want to appoint all Exco of PDP alone and when the party members and the President say No, your start writing baseless letters. ..
Your political influenced have dropped to nearly zero and it is wise for you to proceed straight to retirement and leave Nigeria for the younger generation".

Obasanjo, you are frustrated and I know that, you are scared that the little man, from a small village in Bayelsa will leave a legacy that will overshadow your fruitless 8-years in office.
"An Hausa proverb says, "That a woman that have no child, will like the whole world to die at the same time".

"All the corruption allegations against Jonathan's government in the last 11 months are mere fabrication, as they are well orchestrated, by the same people and group".
How can Nigeria lose funds that is bigger than her revenue? It does not add up. You cannot lose what you do not have.

"Obasanjo should leave Jonathan alone, leadership is turn by turn. The rail Obasanjo could not manage, Jonathan has fixed the bulk of it in just few months. The power plants (electricty) Obsanjo abandoned, wasting over $18billion, Jonathan has fixed them and linked them with gas for operations. The roads, airports are getting better, Agriculture is booming again after over 45 years of neglect.

"Obasanjo, Allah is bigger than you. Leave Jonathan alone. You failed in your 8 years, let this man work. - Hope For Nigeria.
God bless this writer ....OLUSEGUN. AREMU. MATTHEW OBASANJO is a huge failure

All those things to make this unreasonable man a great Nigerian were made available to him but for where? He only talks before thinking. The Question Says :

What is the minimum equipment COST that is necessary to commence trading or expand your businesss...Amount in Naira , enter numbers only ...

Ans - ( amount in Digits ) not list of Equipments

2nd Question :
Describe this Equipment. ( In 30words )

I think we are expected to pick the most essential equipment here and do a 30word description and not listing everything you need ...If we are to list everything we meed as equipment , 30words won't be ebough to do that , the list will be endless and YouWin knows that

Pick up your most essential Equipment and describe it ...simple

NB: DESCRIBE according to an English dictionary. Says ......... Give an account in words of (someone or something), including all the relevant characteristics, qualities, or events

The Questions says ----- Describe THIS equipment ....THIS in that sentence says a lot ...
List and Describe are not same ...
EQUIPMENT here means singular not Plural

Godspikin: Any past winner should please help in the following areas where I have some challenges.

1. The total capital requirement (14.456m: total investment + 1 month operating cost) far surpases the maximum amount Youwin grants (10m), so I requested for 9.9m and indicated that I will spend 260k, family m friends (1.65m) and raise the remaining 2.56m from the bank. Is this a wise decision? What's ur opinion? Kindly note that I did this because I felt reducing the amount to fit in to the Youwin requirements does not represent the reality of d bizness n bliv it may backfire in d next stage. Pls advice.

2. Describe the benefit your proposed staff will bring to d business... Including expertise, TRACK RECORD IN THE INDUSTRY... I don't know how best to go about answering this, any help?

3. What are your expected sales within the next 12months... For a business that is just starting a lot of factors could affect sales, is it wise to just use the projections of output per month without putting into consideration that output may not automatically translate to sales in reality... any advice.

Please I will really appreciate critical but positive contributions, especially from past winners.
- I am not a past winner , am just hopeful like everyone

For your budget which is above 10m , I suggest you find a way and trim it down to 10m on paper for now ...Reason , I spoke to a past winner ,and the first thing he said to me was always follow ins
tructions , -YouWin has asked you to limit you budget to 10m unless you have a verifiable source to make up for the balance ... You can never say u expect to raise money from Bank ..Pls wch Bank - Na your Papa get the Bank that you re so sure you ll be granted a loan...If you say. From Family and Friends - It sounds better
So for your proposal of 14m - trim it to 10m only on Paper ( For your mind its still 14 ) or state clearly that you will raise the Balance thru Friends,Family, Investor.....This will help you cross the first hurdle ....The 2nd Stage is whr we re expected to show all working - Then you can come up wth Balance from Frends and co

But the Final answer He gave was cut ur budget in line with 10m or Be sure u can show evidence of the Balance , and pass the first stage , during the training you can make clarifications ...A lot of us are having the same issues - Choose your answers wisely , don't mention you will get the Balance from Bank please --

For your 2nd Question - They just wana know how prepared you and your Team are to manage the said Biz...Oridinarly any biz u claim you wana do , u shld have little experience to put you thru ...Simply tell them Based on you so years experience on so and so , you have the basic knowledge to carry you along in the business ,If your BSc degree relates to ur biz , also cite it - Inform them too that your team will be based on expertise ands experience , maybe you will employ an MBA holder to head your management team and all....
My 10kobo advice o ..Some oda people will surely help out

For the 3rd Question - Go thru the thread , that Question has bin answered

Tayeni: lol@ chin chin packaging.if u call me Mr know it all, Na u sabi. Call me all the names you can think of. Its my opinion. You have yours too. State it...I have no qualms admitting if I'm wrong. You sound like breakeven period is the only indicator of how viable a business is. I'm sorry if I don't follow your school of thought. No be fight.
It seems your idea is an agro allied one so you should know one or two things about agric biz. Let's take a sector u are familiar with. So tell me, please how possible is it for a poultry farm for example to breakeven in 6 months. Before u build it pen, stock it, feed them from day old to point of lay(6 months!!! gone already before revenue starts trickling in). However, this doesn't mean agric biz is not profitable...the agricultural sector has one of the longest breakeven periods yet youwin! gave it a place of priority..... the lull doesn't mean your agric idea won't be picked. Stop equating "innovative" with short breakeven period like you seem to have done in your post.
There is a question there asking you to estimate your lead time for manufacture, setup or breeding. I believe there is no right or wrong answer.....it all depends on the peculiarity of your chosen business.
But then, these are my opinions, there is a chance I'm wrong.
Lol ..Bro you are funny, its alright - Na ideas we dey share
About the poultry you said ..YES you can set up - breed and sell both broiler , turkey under 6months

Have you heard of. English Turkey ...In 90days they are double the size of the normal turkey u see along the road ...You can decide to sell or slaughter and run a cold room selling in parts ....

For Broilers 3months is enough to raise giant birds ---
It must not be pullets/layers everytime

Well it depends on what you choose to do

Best of luck

@ TAYENI. I forgot to mention , Did you watch the documentary on YouWin few days ago ...Did you see the guy that is into RADCO radiator coolant ...That's manufacturing ....He stormed the Market , broke even before 6mnths ....He came with a great INNOVATION , He has conquered the market. ,RADCO is a house hold name for every motorist .....When FG came up with the program , they attached INNOVATIVE to it ...not just because they like using the word but because. Of it market domineering qualities ...Not when you go and fry chin-chin and package it in a nylon and u expect it to fly after 6months

Think outside the box ...If @dis level you are given 10m either as a starter or u wana expand and you want the whole time in the world to hit the roof ...Then you are not and Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurs are resilient , creative , go-getters , flexible. And record breakers , In a country of over 170million , you still think that its rare to break even in 6mnths - My dear better take up a paid job or rather stick to buying and selling...

Men de Hammer steady ....

@ Tayeni ....I made the comment of 6months breakeven. , when u quoted my statement I wanted to reply you and make clarifications , but I read in between lines of your comment you seemed to me like the type that knows it all so I decided to let it be

If you are into full time entrepreneurship and understand the understand how Banks ,investors , and Loan sharks appraise a Biz plan you will understand better . This grant is not your personal money , u are trying to convince FG that your business is good enough to carry along the goals and objectives of the program which include ur ability to sustain your running expenses which is key to every small scale business ...let's leave theory aside .....You have a staff of 5 people who you must pay monthly , you have a business running everyday with expenses. And you feel after 6months you can't break even ..Its simply says your business is struggling and might go down with time

I have worked in a system where loan applications are reviewed , and I simply borrowed that 6mnths break even target to spur fellow contestants up .....

2ndly So many viable small businesses break even after 3months including Agric ,IT and co that you mentioned

My Agro biz broke even the 2month I started ..Banks that you see around most corners of the streets break even after 1-2months ,Choose the right biz brother

blink182: I'm not into manufacturing though, I'm a tech based business. All I need is a website, ssl certificate, long term domain purchase and hosting, long term office rent etc, my recurrent expenditure is very minimal with 4 take off staff. I want major expenses handled by the grant while I focus on expanding organically and creating more jobs.
Hmmm brillant package -- You no get issue then cox I blv proposals are accessed based on individual needs
