Onyegecha: I agree, but Nollywood must first stop defrauding those who patronize them. The virus of fraud will not allow them to go far unless they get rid of it. The idea of packaging a one-hour story into six or eight parts is soooo very annoying. What about the endless adverts that often take up half of the film? Nollywood needs urgent rebranding. Anyhow, i am proud of their accomplishments so far.

God bless u,the reason I said a thousand megawatt; imagine if all the states have been doing at least 100MW every year since the return of democratic rule,,by now the thing go don reach 1000MW. Our problem is that we hardly plan beyond our noses,we don't see the future.

The solution to power problem is not rocket-science naa,let every state government build 1000MW of electricity,that will be 36000MW...that will virtually solve the problem of power in this country.but they are waitin for federal government.the federal government must also repeal the law that does not allow states and individuals to distribute power.

The ponit am making is that KANO state with a"supposed"population of 9million. Shudnt be collecting the same IGR of 2billion with Abia an Anambra with far less population,is either the people are not empowered or the population figure is not accurate.the more reason revenue allocations shuld be based on revenue generated by each state ang not on the size of population or the number of local government councils.

I scored Chime high because Enugu has a much lower allocation than Rivers, Imo, Akwaibom and Abia.

Obiano can hardly be rated objectively but he scored high in his first few weeks.

But Bros,in terms of resources and federal allocation+ 13%derivation,DELTA state Governor shud by far be the worst.the state is about number two or three (regarding allocation)and yet nothin to sure for except swimming pool (as in pool of. Bethsaida ,Odo mmiri Bethsaida,that cures all infirmities) and poultry farms.

All these despite the security challenges in the state.
For these I am rating kwankwaso of kano state 9 out of 10, this is because i believe in improvement. The next governor should do more to get 10.

Did u say 2billion a month IGR? That is too small for a state with claim of having 9million people. Abia and anambra with less population make about the same 2billion monthly IGR.
