Not one single world class project has been initiated and completed in that state since the return to democracy in 1999! All we see are local gov't level projects littered everywhere, and a state gov't that unashamedly shows them off with pride as legacy projects! If not for the fact that they've done reasonably well with security and sanitation in Umuahia, i'd have written off Abia completely as a failed state!
